Very nice beach theme condo. Beautiful balcony view of beach. Nice private beach access walkway. We enjoyed the beach, swimming in the pool and playing tennis. The condo was well stocked with beach and tennis equipment. We would stay here again.

The condo was in a great location and we were able to walk down the beach to some of the restaurants and attractions on the island. We loved spending the mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We were very comfortable in the condo and had everything we needed while we were there. Thanks for a great week on SPI!

We love the location of the Sea Vista condos. This specific condo has to be one of, if not the, nicest condos we have rented here. Clean, well stocked with kitchen and, more importantly, beach chairs, toys, etc. the view from the balcony is amazing. The owner is gracious, attentive and super easy to work with. We can’t recommend this rental enough.

Condo was very comfortable, clean and had a great location! The cherry on top was the very comfortable master bed.

This condo is so much more than what you see in the website. The items that are provided that you do not need to bring from home: beach towels, beach wagon, crockpot, blender, really all kitchen items are provided to cook, hairdryer, curling iron, flat iron, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, sunscreen, games/puzzles and so much more. The Condo will be like your home. It is super cute and decorated well. The beds are so comfortable. Bath towels are great quality. Extra blankets and hangers are available. The host was very responsive to messages. The condo amenities are 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, gated parking, walk down path right to the beach with wash showers after beach, elevators, security on duty and very friendly to help with check-in. Overall AWESOME and will return next year!

The condo was in a great location, near the 'end' of the condos/hotels, so it was easy to walk in that direction and not see the crowds on the beach. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise each morning was my favorite. We enjoyed going down to the beach daily, and the umbrellas/chairs were such a nice bonus to have handy. Highly recommend!

We were so happy that Lisa was our host for our first trip to South Padre Island! From the week of arrival on, she was checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and were comfortable. When we arrived, we asked her ideas of where to eat, as it had been a long drive and we simply needed someone knowledgeable to get us to the ‘best’ first dinner on the island. Lisa was so patient on her Friday night, texting us ideas and tips! Throughout our stay, it was such a comfortable feeling to have Lisa’s help with any questions. Having a wonderful host is such a bonus! Now for the condo. It is even more beautiful and ‘homey’ than in the pictures. The view of the water, of course, is gorgeous - and can be seen from the living room/kitchen as well as the master. But even at night, Lisa’s décor and perfect warm lighting was so inviting. The lamps, the colors, the soft throw blanket…all created such a cozy feel – and not something so easily attained, at least in our experience of renting vacation places! It also checks so many of my ‘must-have’ boxes for comfort and relaxation, such as "quiet place, comfy King bed, drip coffee pot"...I cannot recommend this place more for all it has to offer; and as far as hosts are concerned, if there was a ‘perfect’ host score, Lisa would be over the top. An absolute joy! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your beautiful home and view - and your expertise on the island- to make our first trip so much easier. We can't wait to come again!

Pros - excellent unit well equipped with food prep appliances, beach items, towels and bath necessities. The tall deck chairs give let see over the guard rail for an uninterrupted view of the gulf. Cons - Short vanity heighth for tall people. Pillows, pillows everywhere. Enough to even frighten Martha Stewart. After the second day I swear they were multiplying. Bottom line - if all we could find to complain about were pillows and the size of the vanities that means this is a great rental unit

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Arrived early and the host was super nice and was available from the day we booked till the stay ended. I will definitely book this one again. You can’t beat the view. Drinking coffee on the balcony whatching the dolphins is the best! Thanks for the opportunity to have a great stay.

I can not say enough great things about the property. We didn’t want for anything while staying there. Beds were super comfy, condo decorated beautifully. Really felt like home to us. Also, Lisa kept in contact with us through our stay on important information and kept us in the loop. Nothing with her condo specifically some water issues on the island. Her special touches and her communication is what makes it even better. Thanks Lisa so much for your kindness and opening your beautiful home to us. My parents are already planning another vacation and there is no doubt of where we will be staying.

We loved everything about our stay! The home was in an amazing location, only steps from the beach, it was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed and more. Lisa had thought about everything and she was super responsive and attentive to our needs. We were there as a family with our young kids and are they had a blast! They’re asking us already when can we go back to “our beach home” 😄 Highly recommend…you won’t regret this choice!

We had such a great time staying here! The condo was clean and comfortable, the view was fabulous, and it had everything we needed for the beach too! Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit!

This condo was great location and equipped with what we needed. The only negative was the wi-fi. We had ALOT of trouble streaming from the TV each evening. This was a girls trip and that is part of our enjoyment of beach trips...beach during the day and catching up on shows/movies at night. The owner tried to help but the only thing that worked was turning the wi-fi off and then on again, which took 6 minutes each time (we timed it one time out of frustration). Happened MULTIPLE times each evening. Overall we were pleased with the beach experience.

We spent four days in this amazing property and loved every minute of it. From the moment you arrive at the door the beach feeling sets in! The condo was clean and awesomely decorated. The fridge and stove appeared brand new we did not use of the dishwasher as we ate out and only used hand wash amounts of dishes. Bedrooms are airy, both bathrooms had everything you need. There was even laundry in the unit. All that aside - the outdoor area has spectacular views of ocean, moon, sun😄 when we were not at the beach or ezploring all that the island has to offer, I had my coffee out there and read my book - you'll come back rejuvenated for sure. The host was super responsive and truly cares for the home and that the guests feel welcome and at home. Thank you to Lisa and George for making us feel part of the family! We will be back!

We had a wonderful week staying at this condo! The decor was very nice, the kitchen was fully stocked, beach towels were provided, the beds were comfortable and we loved the high bar chairs out on the beachfront patio. A real treat was the beach closet with umbrellas,chairs & toys and a cart to take stuff to the beach. I loved that we were on the quieter side on SPI. We will be back soon!

We had a great time even though the weather wasn't very good. We will definitely go back. The condo was super well equipped, & the bed was very comfortable. Lisa was great to work with.

An extremely well decorated condo with all the needed amenities as well as a fantastic view. The high Adirondack chairs on the balcony were perfect! Great location with easy access to the beach. A nice pool and hot tub, along with tennis courts added to a great experience. Super nice hostess!

The ocean view is fantastic and cannot be overstated. The condo is very nicely decorated and well equipped with misc. beach gear and misc. kitchen supplies which make it more special. Lisa responded quickly with questions. The complex is well maintained and all of the staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay on the quite southern end of the island.

Easy beach access, closet full of beach supplies and well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, etc). Fabulous place to stay as a family with little kids!

This was a lovely clean condo with spectacular views and cozy beds. The closet was packed with sand toys, boogie boards, a skim board, two large umbrellas, coolers, chairs and a wagon to pull it all with. I really liked this location at the end of the strip with no condos on the west side. The beach was not nearly as crowded as other places on the island. The sand is soft, the water is warm. The waves further out at the sand bar were perfect for boogie boarding and the waves at the beach were calm and shallow enough for the little ones to play in the water. Little crabs come out at night, it’s fun to track them down with flashlights. Con: Mosquitoes were fierce and Texas sized- but only at dusk.

No complaints! This is our second stay in 306. The view is to die for, the beds are fantastic, the kitchen is well stocked, the decor feels like a Caribbean escape. Lisa is a great host, prompt in responding to questions. You won’t be disappointed!

We visit Padre and stay at Sea Vista with several families every summer. We’ve stayed in a couple of different condos and seen several of the ones our friends have stayed in, and this one is a gem. It’s very comfortably furnished with comfy beds and bedding. Best of all, it’s well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a big meal or visit the beach. We flew to Padre, and the condo had all the things we usually cram in the car—coolers, chairs, boogie boards... Our friends paid the same amount for a different condo and didn’t even have a cutting board! Lovely 3rd floor view of the beach and light crowds on this part of the island.

We loved our beach vacation! The sunrise views from the balcony were amazing! What a wonderful way to wake up each morning. Proximity to the beach was also exactly what we were looking/hoping for. So close, and an easy walk down to the sand. The beach closet had every toy and beach necessity imaginable. Lisa was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to check out Sea Turtle, Inc and then grab Gabriella’s for dinner!

Lisa was very helpful and the condo was very well equipped. The south end of the island is a little less trafficked, so it was nice to have plenty of room on the beach. Third floor was perfect...not too high up if you want to take stairs... but not too low that you couldn’t see the whole beach from the balcony. We will stay here again if we get back to SPI.

This condo was a great place to unwind for a week! We spent all of our time going back and forth between the beach and pool - it was so convenient to have both options readily available. Kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils we needed to cook in the unit. Would definitely recommend!
