The villa itself has everything you might need and more! pool, tvs, pool table, aircon, bbq etc. Swimming pool and beautiful surrounding area was great with plenty of seating. The interior appeared to have been recently updated with modern kitchen, bathrooms living room and many balconies ( lovely views).The villa is located in a nice neighbourhood and very near local shops and gorgeous beaches. It’s also near the A22 motorway so getting to the rest of the Algarve was easy. The host was also available for any queries. Can’t fault and would highly recommend it

A casa é otima e muito grande. Tem tudo o que é necessario. Apenas falta uma mini cozinha no piso da piscina. As obras que andam a fazer numa casa ao lado não foi agradavel mas foi apenas azar.

Very pleasant stay. The house corresponds exactly to what is advertised on the site. Positive points: pool with temperate water; comfort of the rooms; good living/gaming area. Less positive points: refrigerator doesn’t seem to work properly; too many stairs considering that the kitchen is on the upper floor in relation to the preferred dining area, by the pool. In general, a very positive experience.

Its difficult to make comments when everything was exceptional! Before going to the house the communication with Brian was very easy. He answered quickly to our questions and if there was something missing in the house he made all efforts to meet our "wishes". The house was very cleaned and ready for our arrival. The house was just perfect four needs. I would like point out a great area, separate from the sleeping rooms, where we could relax and play games with our kids and friends. The top of the house was the heated swimming pool. A perfect water temperature that allowed us to stay for several hours in the swimming pool even when the weather conditions were not very good. I highly recommend this house and I'm planning to return next year again! Pedro

We were a group of 9 from 2 families, 4 Adults and 5 teenagers. The space was great and the games room an added bonus (sold it to us in looking for a villa to stay) everyone enjoyed the pool space too. Very quiet area but with small local shop and restaurant nearby. We had hired cars which let us tour around the area. We did a mixture of days out and staying around the villa and Carvoeiro which was a meandering 45 minute walk away. Taxi was about 6-7 euros back from town to villa. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you.

Two families booked, and two families utterly delighted with where we chose, 5 bedrooms, and more bathrooms than I ever saw, games room, A/C throught out the villa, great outside pool area, fantastic large pool ( although shallow to deep, is quite rapid ) numerous sun beds, nothing to fault the accommodation at all, Highly recommend this villa to all !!

We were a party of 8 & two generations. This lovely property gave us exactly what we were looking for. The younger generation were able to have their own space in the games room, whilst the older members of the party could sit upstairs in the lounge/ dining room if they wanted to. We all used the downstairs space a lot though as it went straight out to the pool area, & on evenings when it was too cool to eat outside we could all eat together inside but still look over the pool. Overall we had a wonderful holiday & this beautiful villa made it very special.

The house is perfect. It has a pool table and table tennis, sky tv, a PlayStation, Wi-Fi indoors so the kids have things to do that dont require constant supervision (not all of our kids can be in the pool alone yet). The pool is heated which is great for lazy evenings outside and big enoigh for all 9 of us at once during the day. Carla comes to clean during the stay and makes sure everything is ok for you. She knows whats good to do and will help in any way she can. Locally there are bars and a few shops but a little further out there are beaches, waterparks, restaurant's, golf courses and and the zoomarine is great. We (there are 2 families) planned on going to a different country every year bit this may have changed our minds. Couldnt reccommend this place enough.

The villa is exceptional both in size and what it offers to large groups. Each bedroom is large and the standard of cleanliness throughout is of a very high standard thanks to Carla who visits regularly to keep things that way. There is plenty of inside and outside space if you need to be alone but we spent most of our time in the basement and sitting by the pool. The basement is a great space and we had lots of fun playing pool and mixing cocktails at the bar. With a TV and comfortable seating and eating area what more could you ask. We declined pool heating so the pool was chilly but very refreshing so I would recommend you ask for it from September anyway. We all thought the efficiency of the showers was great and never had a problem with hot water. We hired a taxi for 8 people to take us down into Carvoeiro which cost around 8 euro each way. You can also rely on UBER if you have the app. We hired a car which was great for getting out to do big food and drink shops and for taking the recycling which we did a lot of. All in all a wonderful stay we will definitely be back.

There were 10 adults and a toddler and this villa suited our needs perfectly. We have stayed in a few villas over the years in the Algarve but this is our favourite. It was clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It is situated in a quiet residential area really close to Carvoeiro. The beds are really comfortable and we slept well. There is a games room with table tennis and a pool table and loads of space for family get-togethers. The villa owner couldn't have been more helpful prior to our holiday and we would recommend this villa wholeheartedly. Look no further - just book it!

We were a party of 11 people and spent 10 days at the property. The property itself was very comfortable, spacious, well maintained and very clean. The weather was extremely hot during our stay so the air conditioning was a necessity and worked very well throughout the villa.We had teenagers in our group and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of sunbeds, outdoor furniture and a great barbeque to cook outside. The owner checked in with us during our stay by phone and Carla the cleaner called regularly and was very friendly. I would recommend this villa for a quiet relaxing holiday, the villa has everything you could need and Carvoiera is just a short taxi ride away.

The journey was quick and straightforward from Southend Airport to Faro with a simple 30-minute taxi ride from Faro airport to the front door. This was facilitated by using the EasyJet “Special Assistance” facility and pre-booking our seats at the front of the plane to keep waiting times to a minimum. The villa itself was spacious and immaculately decorated with the huge bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, TV/entertainment area and pool room containing all the mod-cons needed to keep a large group entertained and very comfortable. The large swimming itself was simply gorgeous with a very shallow end accessed via wide steps and then graduating to a deeper end, suitable for swimming. It was protected by an electric safety pool cover which we used every time the pool was unattended. We visited Carvoeiro town centre numerous times, managing to easily order 8 seater taxis at a cost of approx. 8 euro each way. There were plenty of restaurants to visit with our group of extremely fussy eaters all being able to find something they liked. Carla (Manager) was a wonder in disguise, keeping everything clean and tidy and Brian (the owner) made sure every question we had was answered clearly and concisely. Brian even went the extra mile in sending us special photos to create a “Social Story” book for our children so that they knew what to expect. I cannot recommend this villa enough and looking forward to visiting again.

A truly beautiful villa, clean and spacious and specification wise to a very high standard. Fantastic pool. Information supplied prior to arrival was plentiful and accurate. The grounds were beautifully maintained and our time spent there was very enjoyable. Carvoiero was a short taxi ride away and the selection of restaurants was plentiful, all seven we sampled we would happily visit again. Special mention for the owner Brian, he ensured our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful villa!! Has everything u could ask for and more.pool gorgeous and warm.spotlessly clean.near to a shop where u can get all the things u need.a 30 minute walk to carvoeiro town ,with bars on the way,or a 6.5 euro taxi if u don't want to walk.a 30 euro taxi to alburfuria ,which is always a crazy,lively night out!! Karla the cleaner is lovely,and very helpful if u have any questions. Will defo b back ,next year for a guaranteed brilliant holiday 👍😍☀️

Second time at this villa and it was just as good as the first. The pool has been updated(we thought it was excellent last year). We were a party of ten ladies and the villa suited us. Everything you need and spotlessly clean. Suitable for family's as there is a pool table, BBQ, plenty of sunbeds even sky sports tv. 7/8 euros for mini bus into carvoeiro where you will find lots of nice restaurants. Would recommend A'Gale' on Farol road and Steak on the stone at monte carvoeiro also nice cocktail bar at monte carvoeiro. Carla the manager cleans and looks after you very well - a lovely lady. Brian the manager provides excellent customer service - top man. We hope to return.

Had a fabulous holiday at villa Casa Bah. 9 ladies for a special birthday. The villa is lovely - spotlessly clean and everything needed to make your holiday. The manager came in every other day to clean and check everything was OK. In a good location a supermarket and bar just down the road. A short taxi ride into carvoeiro where there are loads of restaurants and a few shops, and a small but sandy beach. We didn't go to any of the local beaches as the villa has a realy good pool. Brian the villa owner was very helpful before, during and after our holiday. We enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked for 2016 and can't wait.
