The rooms are tastefully done. They have upgraded my room to the Executive Suite. Their Breakfast spread was good and economical. It was a great comfy stay at Saphire Inn. Hotel staff (from bell boys to help desk and house-keeping to the restaurant) was very helpful and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel...it is the same as shown in the pictures...staff is cooperative and always available... location is perfect since everything is just walking distance from the hotel .. very easy to access market place, restaurants and nearby attractions...we highly recommend Sapphire Inn for family travel... thank you

This property is located centrally in central Baku. The main attractions like Old Baku city, Nizami Strrl, Boulevard and highland park are at walkable distance. The rooms are super size and so is heart of each staff member. Everyone is eager to help the guests. Specially Mr.Ozxan at the reception. Our request for early check in and late check-out were considered by hotel staff and itvmade our arrival and departure more comfortable. Mr. Ozxan also helped us for money exchange also. and understanding local map Though the buffet breakfast was well spread, but had limited vegetarian options , but the restaurant staff took special efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast items. The WiFi is available in all the areas and have good speed.
