The still quite new property and plot are imposing and even more beautiful than in the photos. The property is overall very impressive and the location perfect with a very great view of the bay of Port Pollenca. One feels very private, undisturbed and can enjoy the peace and nature. Already the driveway, where you are greeted by cacti and lined with huge olive trees, is a highlight. Although you are in the north of the island, you are very quickly in Palma (about 30 min) and also everything else is very easy to reach. There are many shopping possibilities nearby. The nature in Pollenca is beautiful and overall you are in a region without mass tourism. Finca and property were very clean, very well maintained and the equipment was also very good. The materials used in the property are luxurious - just like the furnishings. You can tell that the finca is planned and maintained with a lot of love and heart. All rooms/bathrooms are well thought out and beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and linens and towels of a special quality. Additionally, there were plenty of beach towels. The utility rooms, vein sized refrigerator and the two dishwashers were also especially handy. The contact and check-in/out process with the landlord were uncomplicated, friendly and very personal. As a welcome there was wine and snacks. :-). The rest of the service was perfect. Every day the gardeners/house technicians came and took care of the garden, pools, cleaning of the grill, garbage

The property was fabulous with all necessary amenities. The BBQ cleaned every day that we used it. Cleanliness of the hot tub was a little disappointing. Support from the owner and manager was very excellent, who reacted very quickly when we lost power after the thunderstorms.

If I won the lottery, this is what I would buy, or model something on this, and believe me, it would need to be the Euromillions jackpot. This house is amazing. The quality, the location and amenities are amazing. And a big thanks to Salvador and Joselete for looking after us so efficiently and in such a friendly manner.

Exactly what our group was looking for in a relaxing vacation getaway. To be honest, the pictures don't do the place justice as the view and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would recommend for any families (or groups of friends) looking for a great location in Mallorca

Zusammengefasst: es war eine unglaubliche Woche in Pollenca, in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft. Wir waren im November (21.11.-27.11.21) mit 13 Leuten vor Ort, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles PERFEKT. Die Aufteilung der Villa, die Größe der Doppelzimmer und der jeweils dazugehörigen Badezimmer, der Wohnbereich, der Essbereich, die Küche und die weiteren Zimmer sind als hervorragend zu bezeichnen. Das Housekeeping hat jeden Morgen den Grillplatz gereinigt, den Whirlpool aufgefüllt und kontrolliert, den Pool gesäubert und sich um den Müll gekümmert. Ein Service, der seinesgleichen sucht! VIELEN DANK FÜR ALLES!!!

Great villa

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa . The facilities are excellent . Extremely clean and well maintained . The beds are comfortable and large . The bathrooms modern with all amenities . The views are spectacular and the villa is quiet and peaceful but not far from the main road to Pollenca . We loved the pool and outdoor area with hot tub and ping pong . The villa is visited daily to clean bbq and remove rubbish and the cleaning team service the villa regularly . Communication with the owner is excellent and the villa met all our expectations and more . Thank you

This Place is amazing. We stayed with our family in this beautifull villa during the easter holidays and enjoyed every minute. Communication: This villa is run bei the owners directly so the communication is not through an agent but with the son of the family (Salvador). He always reacted super quick, also if we had any questions during our stay or needed assistance for a hospital or when we wanted to extend our stay. There is one guys (Joselette) who comes every day to clean the barbecue, taking away the garbage and taking care of the pool. He was always there if we needed anything as well and even brought us breakfast once - great guy thanks Joselette! Villa: If I could i would rate it 6 Stars. I honestly cant think of a nicer house with a superb location. The view over the bay of Pollence is much better than the pictures show. The house is modern with a great interior. Everything you need and more from 2 dish washers to a huge kitchen, a big sofa and space enough on big dining tables. The rooms have very comfortable matresses and every en-suite bathroom has another modern and cool interior. There are 2 bedroom in the groundfloor and 5 in the first floor. All of them have beatifull views over the bay. Outside: We loved the big pool, which had the option to be heated (at an extra charge) which was great since we were there early in the season. There is a jacuzzi as well and a table tennis in the garden. The terrace is really big and has lots of different options to sit down and enjoy the views There is plenty of parking space in front of the villa The property and land arround the house is big and the area has just a few fincas here and there so nobody can see into the garden. Location: The villa is a 5 Min drive by car to the town of Pollence which offers everthing you need from restaurants to supermarkets and shops. It takes approximately 10 mins to be at the sea or in Port of Pollenca. 15 minutes to Alcudia or Playa Murro. There are no shops or restaurants in walking distance arround the villa so you definetely need a car. But overall the location is good since its pretty central to alot of different villages. The Pollenca Golfclub is only a few minutes by car. So all in all i can highly reccomend the villa, especially for a group of friends or some families it has everything you can ask for. We loved our time there so much we decided to cancel the other villa we had rented and extended with Salvador. I will definetely be back!

Excellent communication and an outstanding property. Staff and cleaning were faultless, location stunning and the villa itself was truly amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A quite delightful property with a view to die for. we were made to feel very welcome with every one so helpful in making my disabled wife as comfortable as possible. Salvador and his manager were wonderful hosts and a real credit to the island.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist in jeder Hinsicht top, der Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca einfach traumhaft. Wir waren Anfang September mit 14 Personen für 5 Tage vor Ort. Auch für diese personelle Auslastung waren mehr als ausreichende Kochutensilien, zwei Spülmaschinen und zwei große Kühl- und Gefriereinheiten vorhanden. Täglich waren dienstbare Hände vor Ort und haben sich um den Whirlpool, den Grill oder den Abfall gekümmert. Die Kommunikation mit Salvador war einwandfrei. Von uns ausnahmslos 5 Sterne plus!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. The house was huge, clean and well equipped. We cooked all our dinners and breakfasts in the house and enjoyed the magnificent view. The house was the highlight of our trip and I would highly recommend this place.

Wir besuchten Mallorca mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen. Bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft fanden wir diese Villa. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung hatten uns sofort begeistert. Also buchten wir die Villa für 4 Übernachtungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war exzellent. Jede Anfrage wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Trotz einer dreistündigen Verspätung bei der Ankunft wurden wir mitten in der Nacht freundlich begrüßt. Wir können bestätigen, dass die Villa fantastisch ist. Sie ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und von sehr guter Qualität. Das ganze Anwesen besticht durch Eleganz und Großzügigkeit. Von dem beheizten Pool und dem Jaccuzi haben wir regen Gebrauch gemacht. Wir hatten lediglich einen kleinen Wunsch: für 14 Personen (Maximalbelegung) war die Kaffeemaschine etwas klein. Mehr gibt es einfach nicht zu kritisieren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wollten am liebsten noch länger bleiben. Eine schöne Villa auf einer schönen Insel...

11 ladies having an " escape from it all" 4 night break. The villa is stylish and practical with large open spaces, everything you could possibly want. All bedrooms were equally as good, and the quality of bedding etc was superb. The outside area boasted fantastic views and the pool and table tennis table kept us occupied for many hours! When I booked this villa I did worry "Will it be as good as it looks in the pictures?" It was better! Thank you to Salvador and his team, we had a blast! Sarah. Bedfordshire.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa catered perfectly for all three generations on the holiday, including a manual wheelchair user. The Villa is luxurious, the pool made the holiday, the kids spent the week swimming. The views are spectacular and the location is convenient for all near by ports and tourist destinations. We highly recommend staying and are going to return next year. Thank you Salvador, you and your team looked after us superbly.
