The countryside location was very peaceful. The sunrises were amazing. This was the best experience for city dwellers and youngsters. There was a Rooster with his hens at the farm in a very caring and protected atmosphere. There were facilities for indoor swimming and a pool table. There were proper notes for the local route on how to get there. The farm owner, Jonothan, was very friendly and approachable whenever help was needed.

We quickly got used to the additional flies in the conservatory. This is also a part of the countryside life.

Location a little remote

The rooms were spotlessly clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pan's etc. Plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Warmed up very quickly when heating was on. Plenty to do on site. Play areas, swimming pool etc. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Very clean too. Staff very friendly and welcoming too

The double bed was quite uncomfortable but I think that was probably a personal thing. We found the kitchen area was on the small side. Not much worktop space for preparing meals

the location was spot on to get around north devon, the little village of bampton was 8 mins away and brilliant for a drink, or use the local shops.. the hosts were attentive and the property fabulous for our family and dog...cant wait to return!

Rural Location, stunning scenery, wonderful indoor heated pool, spacious homely accomodation, nice gardens. Just a nice feel

No pub within walking distance but not alot the site can do about that.

Really enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was amazing and the accommodation was great especially with a log burner. Lots of room to move about. Really clean throughout
