Our family was very pleased with our stay in Kiti. Nice small neighborhood close to the airport and Larnaka. Great pool area, parking space under a roof, nice balcony. Apartment was quite spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms. The only thing that bothered us were small ants in the kitchen area and bathroom. We had no information on that beforehand. Dish washing liquid and toilet cleaning in the apartment would be nice so you don’t have to buy big bottles yourself.

Very good holiday would use again Close to airport. Best with hire car to explore the island You do hear the planes departing. But did not distract from a lovely holiday. Host was really helpful. Flat clean with a host of amenities. Thanks. Harry

Apartment 103 good for a family with a great view of the swimming pool. Plenty to entertain children and adults alike with games and films.

This apartment was better than expected! Lovely rooms, comfy beds, good size bathrooms (1en suite) and easy maintained kitchen. We were there for 3 weeks end of March and beginning of April, slightly out of season, but a good time to go as you get the pool to yourselves pretty much and your choice of loungers to chase the sun! Arrived and it was spotlessly clean and had been aired - so no stuffy smells - all the beds made up and we could just walk in, dump our stuff and start our holiday. Wish I had asked about a welcome pack - but the shops are very near and a great welcome guide directed to the nearby shops and food. The instructions were fantanstic and easy to follow - really is 10-12 mins from the airport! And 20-25 mins from fini beach! Harry is great and Dean and Angie were amazing! We had extra cleaning cos we wanted it and they are very reasonable. Harry - thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment and we will be in contact to stay again soon

Amazing holiday

It looks like Kiti village, where the Hotel is situated grows quite rapidly. It was a bit tricky to find the site, mostly due to my HereWeGO Cyprus map had been out of date. The hotel situated in 10 minutes walk to the main Kiti square. The closest supermarket is in 15 minutes walk. Walking to the closest beach took 30 minutes. Due to it was a middle spring, swimming pool was too cold to use :) Appartments itself are nice. There was all we needed to live there for 2 adults and one child. All household appliances were working perfectly. I would recommend to stay there to families with children, especially if there is an intention to rent a car and see sights around. For those who would like mostly lay beside the sea more suits first line sea hotels. It was a pleasure staying there, and i would sometime stay there again.

The apartments are located in a quiet and cozy Kitty. We did rent a car and nebylo problems. NO AUTO BAD - the beach far away the heat. The room was clean. It has everything you need. Cheapest furniture, tableware. Electrical Power lamp is not all, there is little lighting fittings. Water pressure horrible !!! Wash impossible. After the beach sometimes bathed in the pool shower. Pool clean with a beautiful night lighting. Jacuzzi was not working and non-working gym. We paid the money to the poor internet, there was no cleaning during the stay. On television, there is nothing to watch. The view from the gorgeous windows. To pay a deposit , 2/3 back after my request after 3 weeks. In sleduyushy just do not go !!!

Cypress gardens was a lovely place the apartment was clean & tidy everything you needed was there, pool area was great safe for children. Over all the area of Kiti has lots of bars and restaurants to eat in at a fare price

We arrived at night and the pool and setting was all very beautiful. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we could need as holiday makers. I slept in the second bedroom with the two single beds, the beds were quite small and very low so found them slightly uncomfortable but would be perfect for children. The double bed was lovely and the sofas in the living room were also very comfy. All rooms were clean and modern. First floor with a huge balcony overlooking the pool which was LOVELY every day! Plenty of room to hang out our wet clothes etc The area is lovely and quiet and would definitely recommend to all kinds of parties, adults children all. Walking distance to everything you need, such as restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, and to bus stops which take you into Larnaca and other places. The communication with the owners was fantastic, particularly Harry! And the deposit was paid back the day after returning with no problem at all. We loved Cypress Gardens!

We recently returned from our holidays in Cyprus. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The amazing view of the pool was great. My daughter loved it as she could go to the pool by herself knowing I could see her all the time. Communication with Harry was perfect. All the information he send was very accurate and answered/helped with anything extra we needed. Hopefully we'll be able to go again soon.

I have just come back from our holiday in Cyprus where we stayed at Ari's apartment in Cypress Gardens. The apartment is comfortably fitted out with all the equipment that you could possibly need - a lounge area connected to a decent sized kitchen, 2 good size bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 en-suite. The lovely large balcony overlooks the pool where breakfast can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. The apartment is ideally situated just outside Larnaca - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town of Kiti has all the shops that you need, fast food outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and the most amazing bakery (open till 4 in the morning most days!) with fresh bread and cakes to die for. If you are wanting to explore Cyprus it couldn't be easier - within a five minute drive you have a major junction where you have the choice to go in any direction - left to Limassol, Paphos or up to the mountains of Troodos and right to Protarus and Ayia Napa. Perfect. Larnaca town is only a 10 minute drive which is a perfect place to start. It has a fabulous choice of restaurants, good choice of shops, a beach and if nightlife is what you are looking for it has clubs and bars directly on the beach. And we would recommend a visit to the Camel Park in Mazotos which is especially ideal for kids but also has a decent sized pool for all to unwind in which is included in the entrance price.

We recently returned from our holiday at Cypress Gardens, Kiti, Cyprus. It was the first time we booked an apartment directly by the owner. I do not have enough words to thanks to Harry for making our holiday wonderful, without any stress. We found an excellent apartment, large, clean well equipped with all you need during the holiday, as Harry described it. We appreciate the shading parking space under the block. Our son enjoyed the Playstation as well as the Movie Center with the large collection of movies categorized very well. The WIFI works very good. Also the large and quiet pool with enough sun beds was welcome. We received before our travel a lot of information from Harry so we found easy and quickly the apartment. He sent us also a travel guide with a lot of information about the island so we were able to found a lot of interesting places to visit. We highly recommend Cypress Gardens for everyone who want to spent a relaxing holiday. Hope to come again and drink a good cypress wine with you Harry! Thanks again for everything!

Very nice place near Larnaca... You can stay here and rest. Friendly people who helps if you need. Flat was clean and full furnished. Pool was clean. Buss from Village to Larnaka in this period was every 1 h. From Larnaka busses to Agia Napa, Limassos and Nicosia. If you are in Cyprus have to see Limassol :-) Everythink was nice I recomend all to spent holidays in Cyprus Gardens.

Harry was very helpful and professional and made our stay totally stress free. Apartment was lovely and clean with spacious veranda with eating area. The apartment was fully equipped. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Cypress Gardens, Kiti, Cyprus. The apartment was very good value for money. The owner was prompt with his responses to any questions we had, accurate in the description of the place and exceptionally good in his pre holiday information, sending a really good information pack to help. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and over looked the pool, with it's own parking space. It was in a quiet place, a short walk from the village centre. There were plenty of sun loungers for the number of people there, pool was clean and even in July it was quiet and relaxing. Wifi is available and a good service so worth taking lap top/tablet. Apartment has some movies on the computer for you to use. Kiti itself has a couple of good places to eat, especially the one close to the police station who's food was nice and good value. The pub that the owner recommends was good for a drink with the owner, Jimmy very friendly. We would recommend hiring a car. Larnaca centre is 15 to 20 minutes drive away and worth a visit. There are a couple of nice beaches. About ten minutes away from the apartment is another beach called Secret Paradise beach (again turn left by the police station and drive about 10 kms). Small quiet, man made beach, worth a visit. Nearby is Pervolia which is a small place with several restaurants, again worth a trip one night. Ayia Napa water park is a good day out (cost 35 euros per adult and 20 euros for children). Go karting is good( 1 euro per minute). If you want a relaxing holiday and don't mind driving a short distance for the beach then this would be good place to go. The service from the owner was outstanding and our deposit was returned within a few days of our return to UK. We had a very relaxing holiday. Everyone was really friendly and an English couple who live there were really helpful. I would highly recommend it and would go again.
