Location was great. perfect view with big balcony. a new high quality home with all necessary equipments.

There was a bad smell of sweat in the bathroom the whole time, which was very disgusting.

Such a perfect place to stay, self husband and 2 adult daughters. Loved everything, cold not find a fault! Views stunning, unlike anywhere I've seen in the world....Great patio from which to enjoy. Konstantin and Zoya did everything to support a great holiday including giving us a lift to shops when we got caught out with local shops being closed on Sunday. Great restaurants all in minutes from appartment. The added and ever important bonus especially when travelling with adult kids is the prices of everything being on the lower side of uk!! Loved this holiday ...if u are considering booking, just do it, u won't be disappointed.

The apartment was just perfect - modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the sea and good restaurants. The parking space was provided in the garage. We enjoyed the great sea view from the balcony and wished we could stay longer. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you!

New apartment with modern appliances. The bay was literally at the bottom of the drive way. Decent restaurants, shops just around the corner. Kotor's Old Town 30 min walk with a baby buggy. Nice view from the balcony.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, the only thing missing was…. something to wipe the floor down, which is especially felt when coming back from the sea! Apart from that, the apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated, air conditioning and wifi are working perfectly! You don't go to the sea for more than a minute or two. A garage for cars is also a great thing! The hosts efficiently address the needs of the guests. Right next to it there are good restaurants. I can definitely recommend this place.

Perhaps it would be good for the apartments to put on blackout curtains.

The apartment is really designed for longer-term vacations, and we were only there for three nights. While we did not really need the kitchen, it had top German appliances. 1 bathroom (nice shower, no tub) and a toilet/utility room including a German washer/dryer combination. Bedroom with a large double bed, the living room with a double bed too. Fabulous view from the terrace, only partially blocked by a neighboring building. Immaculately clean throughout. Property manager always responded to text messages promptly. Three restaurants within 50 m. A tiny convenience store, next door. Internet connection worked just fine for our purposes.

The pillows were the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. The living room area could have used a comfortable chair. Perhaps a few pages of information on how to work the sundry appliances would be a wise investment.

The apartment is situated in Dobrata, about 25 mins walk on promenade/road from Kotor. V safe and pleasant walk by the water. Far better to be in Dobrata than Kotor. Kotor is lovely but the fact the authorities allow 3 or sometimes 4 cruise ships to dock each day is ridiculous. It makes the small centre far too congested whilst in Dobrata it is v quiet but still has atmosphere with plenty of restaurants. We stayed in flat 4. It is beautiful. Everything u can think of. Lovely balcony. Beautiful views. Private car parking space. Safe deposit box. Mini Market and restaurant next door Big supermarket 2 mins drive /15 mins walk. The nearby area is fab. Perast is a gem. Old Town Kotor (after the cruise ships have left) is beautiful as is old town Budva. Jaz beach just before Budva is nice especially the bit in front of The Poseidon Hotel. Tivat and the new Porto Montenegro complex are worth a visit. Drive up into the mtns above Kotor and you are in for a treat.

We stayed in apartment 7 and absolutely loved it! Everything was new, clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable, and Konstantin and his wife made us feel welcome. We spent the mornings and late evenings on the lovely balcony with beautiful views over the bay (there’s a roof of the house in front that obstructs the view slightly but it really doesn’t matter, you soon forget it’s there). The parking was tight but secure, and they helped us guide the car into its space. The kitchen had all appliances you could ever need and more, there was a second WC, a washing machine with laundry detergent, a safe, hairdryer... you name it, it was there! The location is PERFECT! A tiny little pebble beach across the road that we loved, a somewhat pricey beach club down the road, a handful of restaurant around, and a corner shop just below the property. The 20 minute walk into Kotor is really lovely and scenic. The area had a laid back feel to it and we absolutely loved it here, and wish we’d stayed longer! And we are PICKY!!! :)

We loved everything! If we could make one suggestion though, it would be to have some more warm low lighting to make the evenings a bit cosier and more romantic, it seems like the lighting in Montenegrian properties are a lot brighter than what us Swedes are used to! :) But this is just a minor thing! Thank you for making the start of our holiday brilliant!
