This place has become our favorite place to stay in Carmel. It’s spacious, well-appointed, and in a perfect location. Full size washer and dryer meant we could pack light. Kitchen allowed us to have a few meals in the with kids, and to stock up on beach and hiking food. The best part was being in the middle of downtown. The hosts were great. We will definitely book this property again!

Greg and Gretchen were so kind and the place was lovely. The location can’t be beat for exploring Carmel! Wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

This worked perfect for our group of 4 adults. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Decor was cute and modern. The location was great - walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything that was advertised about this unit was accurate, and still they did not share all the fabulous things about this unit. The instructions were clear and concise; the unit was as pictured, the amenities were the best stocked that we have ever seen in a VRBO unit and with extras if what was provided was not enough. The bedding and bed were incredible....if I could have staying in bed the entire day, I would have - but Carmel was calling! The location within Carmel was perfect. Walking distance to all and everything. What a all-around fabulous experience.....thank you to the Hosts for making this one of our most enjoyable holidays!

We had such an incredible time in Carmel & this apartment was the perfect location! It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay for my family, including my one year old twin boys. The kitchen was completely stocked with absolutely everything. The patio was perfect for enjoying meals & the bathrooms were so nice - we loved the heated tiles! it is located directly in the middle of town so you are just a step away from cute boutiques & restaurants. It's just a short walk from the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous! And the Thursday morning Farmers' Market was so fun! We had an absolute blast & cannot wait to visit again!

Love walking to all the shops and of course walking distance to the beach with amazing views of Pebble Beach golf course. Street parking was a non-issue for us. Suggest using Cultura restaurant for the GPS to find the place. (and visit the restaurant - the owner was amazing!) Thank you for a perfect place to stay - would love to come back and stay here again!

We loved our stay here!! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere and also enjoyed spending time in the apartment. It had everything we needed!

It is a great property in a great location. Owner was very responsive. Kitchen had everything we needed. There are a couple minor things, the shower in one bathroom was missing its handle, and the cold dial could not get very cold so the shower was almost too hot. There is a bunch of wiring from the walls, maybe an unfinished project? And the last petty thing was that there was only one roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, and no dish soap to hand wash dishes. I really like when a nice property like this has shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, dish soap, Kleenex and plenty of toilet paper especially when staying for a week over a holiday. Also with the proximity to the beach, it would be nice to have a couple chairs or a bucket and shovel. We purchased an inexpensive boogie board, shovel and pail for the beach since we had fantastic weather and left them there. If you get a rental car, the unlimited parking was very close.

Liked the elevator right next door. Wife liked the decor and bed. Very convenient to Ocean street and shopping and restaurants

This property is incredible. It is in the perfect location in Carmel, walking distance to the beach and everything Carmel has to offer. It was fully equipped with a wonderful kitchen and two gorgeous bedrooms with large king beds. The value for the property was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Carmel.

My family (parents and two adult children) loved this apartment! Well equipped with sheets, towels, and comfy beds, I’d stay here again in a minute.

The property is exactly as described and on 6th and Lincoln right down town, just steps from wonderful restaurants and fun little shops. It is equipped with every thing you need to enjoy your stay. We were prepared for the parking situation, which was the only challenge.

Greg and Gretchen’s apartment is very comfortable - plenty of space and stocked with everything you need - in a fabulous location! You will hear some sound from the neighboring restaurants, but nothing too late or too loud. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Greg and Gretchen's place is very cute and convenient. It was a much better option than staying at a hotel. The beds were comfortable and the appliances are all very up to date and modern. It was a perfect little place.

We stayed for two months here, fortunate enough to escape the east coast for some central coast love! Greg and Gretchen were very helpful in navigating the process with covid restrictions which helped from afar. The place is amazing. Lots and lots of good stuff like the heated floor in the bathroom. They really have some nice touches and it feels like a beach house in one of the cutest cities in the US! We could sit on the porch and see the ocean!!Overall it was a really great experience and I recommend it to anyone for a great value. We found that as CA opened back up there was a bit of increased noise, especially from the pocket restaurant behind the building, so if you are sensitive to noise be aware that it could keep you up on the weekend. And speaking of the weekend- parking can be a bit of a pain, but we found that usually the strip right across from us was available early in the day and we pushed it w the two hour limit a few times but you may not have the same luck. We’re thankful for our winter getaway and would love to come back again sometime! Highly recommend.

We loved this quaint apartment! Gave our family of 4 room to spread out and the location was perfect right in the heart of downtown Carmel and an easy drive to Monterey. Greg was very responsive and easy to work with. We'd definitely come back and stay here again!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Owners are absolutely the best!
