I loved this home!! I loved the fact that it had its own pool and privacy fence around it. There was enough parking for everyone!

absolutely loved the house, had everything that we needed from linens, to plates and utensils. house was overall very clean. would recommend and would definitely stay again. plenty of parking as well!

This place was great, but check out time at 10:00am was early.

The house was as described in the listing. All the amenities that a large family or group would need. There was close access to the beach which we enjoyed. We all enjoyed the pool as well. The neighborhood was quiet as well. We will definitely look into this house again next time we stay on the island.

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. We loved having our own pool and walking the short distance to the beach every day. It was so relaxing! Highly recommend this property.

Location and home is great. Kids enjoyed the pool. The shower in the master bedroom doesn't work. Bring your own towels the ones provided are very old. . They also need new bedding and pillows. Other than that it was a great getaway!

We had a great stay! We had issues with appliances but made due! Lori handled it quickly and as best she could. The house is great size for a big family and thee are lots of bathrooms! Beach is so close and we enjoyed playing during the day and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. My niece wished there were lounge chairs by the pool . And my husband wished for a larger grill. But would definitely recommend the house to family and friends! South Padre Island is a great beach getaway!

We all really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. Lorie was amazing. If we had questions she replied quickly. We would stay here again.

This beach house was great! Every you could ask for and more and with plenty of space for the whole family.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The pool was great. The house, towels, bedding, and walls were very dirty. The “white” towels were yellow, or black and were crusty. Surfaces were sticky. The bedding (pillows) had an odor. Some pillows did not have pillow cases they just had shams. Upon pulling comforters off there was hair on the sheets. The bedding on some beds appeared to have not been washed. This is very concerning to me because of the times we are living in due to Covid and other germs. The walls were stained. It was so unclean that I chose to shower with flip flops. When I talked with the property owner Lori to let her know the condition the house was in and that we were leaving a day early (we only booked 3 nights) because as a family we decided we would rather lose a day of vacation than have to stay in such a dirty place she did not have much to say. The lack of cleanliness really impacted our stay as a result we left early. I would not stay here again. If this were my first time renting a property listed on VRBO I would never have considered this site again. Fortunately, prior to this we had a VRBO stay at another beach location a few years prior and had a fabulous stay. However, in light of the times we are living in I am concerned if we property owners are throughly cleaning their properties.

I had an amazing stay easy to check in only probably is I had to check in one hour after I was supposed to because they had another family stay I bit longer but discounted the 50 for the heating pool due to the fact that they had me check in late and the wifi was not working so I wasn't able to log in my laptop

The property was located in the quieter eastern part of the island, 2 minutes walk from the beach, had warm water pool, well equipped kitchen and a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay. Especially in the era of social distancing, one can only hope to get a property like this. Perfect location for a family who would love to enjoy the beach away from the rush and enjoy pool time! Thank you for having us create great memories! We will be back for sure.
