The Kramersdorf met all our expectations.
The room was comfortable, well-appointed and the bed/bedding was new and super-comfortable.
The bathroom functioned well, great water pressure and the towels were clean, fresh and plentiful.
Excellent free WIFI is on offer.
The breakfast was tasty, fresh with a decent assortment of foods to suit all the different needs in our group.
We used the Kramersdorf as our base for an overnight stop in Swakopmund and we would happily use it again and have no hesitation in recommending it to other travellers.
Robert and his team are friendly and helpful too.

Friendly and helpful owner, well maintained property, nice breakfast and very good service.
The property is a bit on the outskirts of Swakopmund. Not really a walking distance to the town centre and beach. Having a car this was not a problem. It is easy to park downtown Swakopmund.

Although a little way back from the sea front the Kramersdorf is quiet, clean and very restful. The manager/owner is exceptionally helpful and the breakfast provided by the ladies who work there was all one could wish for. A fantastic choice for Swakopmund.

the property and location was fine. it was cozy, the breakfast was great, Robert and team are doing an awesome job.
There is no one on the property when we come back from daily excursions, so you can't ask for an ironing board, or assistance with plans for the next day. Sort of feels like a self catering apartment, which wouldn't be an issue if the pricing was at that level. I expected more for the price we paid.
There is a number to call after hours, but we are foreigners, we don't have a local SIM card and the admin to save the number before you can do a WhatsApp call didn't seem worth it after a long day with kids.

Everything. The host was always available and very helpful. Breakfast was great. And the overall ambiance of the place is exquisite at an affordable price point. My biggest pain point is usually the bathroom and this was an easy 10/10. 💯
Their is need for a large duvet for people 6ft tall. Normal king size duvet would be great.

Robert was an excellent host. He offered to organise trips and gave helpful advice. Delicious breakfast. I especially loved the overnight porridge.

The staff was lovely. Natasha helped with planning trips, and the ladies who cooked breakfast and cleaned the rooms were warm and friendly. a wonderful stay.

Kramersdorf was the perfect place to return to civilization after a dusty desert. Robert the hotel manager greeted us truly like his guests, not just clients.
He helped us send our super dirty clothes to laundry. Also he was super helpful to recommend us the best restaurants in Swakopmund and even helped book the top 1 restaurant.
He was also very kind to agree and arrange breakfast earlier than usual time because we had an early excursions. Big thanks to Robert!
Rooms were so spacious and cosy that we even regretted we stayed just for 2 nights!
The only little disadvantage was that during one of the nights the neighbour from a nearby house was walking with a strong torch and tried to light it into our window :)

We loved our stay at Kramersdorf Guesthouse!! The staff were exceptional. Robert was on hand for any questions and helped us book a fantastic tour around Walvis Bay. Our room was spacious, well thought out and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the oats and the pancakes.

Everything!!! The owner and staff were friendly. There was ample parking space. Breakfast yum. The bed was the price winner. Comfy with white sheets. Splendid!!! Exceptionally hospitable. Will definitely book again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this Guesthouse. The welcome is excellent, Robert takes the time to advise these guests in the choice of restaurants and activities and takes care of reservations. He is very attentive to the well-being of these guests. The accommodations are very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The garden is very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. Robert also helped us contact Pathcare so that we could make an appointment for PCR testing. We really appreciated and recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Robert is a perfect host that gave us all the information needed. The room was spacious and nice, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free parking for the car. Very recomendable.
The house is far away from the centre

Breakfast was great. Location was not bad, but it would be better if it was not right next to a busy street. The host was very friendly and helpful on all fronts. What a nice guy.
I was expecting two seperate rooms, so I was a little disappointed to find I had to share one communal room with my boyfriend and my parents. It was a little awkward.

The room was extremely spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The owner Robert was super friendly and helpful and on the breakfast buffet we didn’t miss a single thing. The guesthouse is not located in the center but we enjoyed the small idyllic walk everytime :-) We will definitely come back on our next weekend in Swakopmund!
