This location in Nago near the city hall is easily accessible by bus or car and is close to a variety of restaurants and shops as well as city offices. The hotel itself is simple to check into given the key code system which can be used at any time after check-in time opens. The lobby has vending machines and is always nicely decorated for the seasons, which is a cute touch. The rooms themselves are decently sized and include a sitting area with a table and sofa, a bed, TV, separate bathroom and shower room, and a washer and dryer set. All of this makes it a great option for those who are doing longer stays. The kitchenette includes a large sink and a single burner and the hotel recently began including cooking utensils and pans with the room for no additional charge. It feels like having your own apartment, rather than simply staying at a hotel!

Given that there are no staff on-site to assign designated parking spots in the hotel lot it can be a bit difficult to get a parking spot consistently if the hotel is busy however, given that parking is free I cannot complain!

Comfort Plus is perfect if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel/inn. The room is clean and spacious enough for couples. It is an 8-minute walk to American Village. The staffs are polite and helpful. Surprisingly, they granted my husband’s request to prepare a small cake or some sort for my birthday. The Comfort Plus in Chatan has quickly become one of our go-to hotels in the Chatan area for weekend getaways. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From their warm greeting and helpful information to their complimentary coffee and extra towels and toiletries, they seem to think of it all. They even offered us umbrellas when it was raining heavily during the typhoon, which was very kind of them. The rooms are clean and comfortable and even have a washer and dryer in each room, which makes it great for longer stays. I will definitely be coming back again!

While the hotel is not directly in the American Village or Sunabe seawall area, both are easily accessible by foot or car. There are many restaurants close to the hotel as well, so while it might not be a part of the village itself, I still think that it is a great location! Parking at the hotel is available but could be limited when they are busy, so if you will be traveling with a car I would suggest letting the hotel know, as the staff will happily hold a spot for you.

Clean and well equipped room for a short time stay.

The ceiling is very thin so you can be annoyed by upstairs living people, we had trouble sleeping since people upstairs kept making noise from midnight till the morning nonstop for 3 nights.

Everything was beyond great. The location, the staff, the facilities, the apartment itself. If you're looking for a place in American village to stay, do yourself a favor and make it Comfort Plus. They've set a new bar for how stays should be.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel itself is quite comfortable with decently sized rooms, kitchenette set-ups, with a fridge, hot plate, microwave, and electric kettle included. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The staff at the front desk was very thorough when explaining the details of the hotel including where to find fresh towels and beach towels if we needed them, which was a nice touch. There is parking available on-site for an extra 1000 yen as well which was helpful. The hotel is very close to American Village and several restaurants including yakiniku, conveyor belt sushi, and more.

Overall we had a pleasant stay here and will likely be staying here again in the future! :)

- Very clean and spacious. - has a washing machine and dryer. - really recommend staying here if you’re in Chatan

- Pillow was a little too hard. - Would be nice to have some basic cooking items like pots and pans since there was a hotplate provided.

I didn't like the pillows -- too low and hard. The room was smaller than others I'd stayed at in the same area.Only one chair and no table to eat at. No electric outlet near the desk. Only two hangers.
