We could not have been more pleased with this property. Its location is fantastic as a base from which to explore Kinsale. It is extremely functional and well laid-out; the pictures of its high-quality finishes do not really do it justice. It was a perfect place for our family -- great kitchen, W/D, outdoor space. Would rebook again tomorrow if we were going to be back in Kinsale. Just Terrific!

Kinsale was great.. space was nice, but the beds were hard and it was extraordinarily warm…. Unusual, but made it tough to sleep.

Very comfortable accommodations and perfectly located on quiet street right next to the top of Stoney steps which will lead you right down into the charming town of Kinsale!

The check-in process was to contact a "friend in the area". Since we were arriving from another country, it made finding the place, getting the key and figuring how to get into the house very difficult. The parking situation and the narrow street that the house was on made driving and parking scary. The house was ok but we were expecting more. There was a dirty, used dish scrubber and no paper towels or napkins. The view outback was not appealing and the house could use some TLC. We wouldn't book again.

Kinsale Town Centre is just that - modern home in the heart of Kinsale. The best features (besides location) are the light that streams in the windows, the enclosed sunroom, an outside patio, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied. The manager was very helpful in staying on the phone to direct us to the house. I would recommend this property.

I loved this place! Beautiful and convenient to everything. Rita was great and always available if we had questions. I would definitely come back here again.

Thank you so much for the lovely accommodations. Our primary concern when booking is funding a location that allows us to walk to everything. This one couldn’t have been more perfect. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. We didn’t use any of the other amenities because we were out exploring, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for your stay in Kinsale.

This home was fabulous. Great view from the rear/porch overlooking the tops of Kinsale homes/churches. Perfect location. Parking right at front door. Very quiet. Stairway down to market square just steps from the front door. Redecoration of home was top notch and beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kinsale. This house was decorated so cute - really nice furnishing. Just the right amount of space for us (4). Extremely convenient spot, yet amazingly quiet street. Local management (Ruth) was very nice and responsive. Our family loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Higher O’Connell Street property! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was literally within a few minutes walk to everywhere we ate. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay here and loved the home! It was the perfect location and steps from everything in Kinsale. Very clean home, comfy beds (which is always a plus), everything you would need in the kitchen. There was a Smart TV so we were able to log into Netflix while our son napped during the day. The manager even arranged for a sitter at night so my husband and I could go to dinner! The only bummer was the stove didn't work, so we couldn't cook eggs for our son or boil his bottles. They asked to fix it while we were there but we told them not to worry about it. I would 100% recommend staying here. It was fantastic!

Great place in a good location.

The property has a modern décor, well presented and very well appointed, but could do with a few additional items in the kitchen, maybe the odd baking tray and additional utensils would be handy, for those people that choose not to eat out every night, but other than that, the property and its location was first class for all our holiday requirements, being just one road back from the town, shops, bars and restaurants, we could not ask for more. The plus points other than above, you get met by Ruth and receive a full hand over of the property and keys for the start of your stay, most informative and on call for any help or emergencies should they arise. The negative points were the issues with the neighbour and his parking, as you need to park your car in between the property boundary lines, of which he seems to have a problem with, when I found that he had reversed his car over the boundary and up to the front of mine (damaging the paint work), you could not even get a credit card into the gap between his rear and my front bumper, the bloke is a total ####? Other than the parking issues, this property comes highly recommended by my family and I, we will be looking to return again in 2017.
