The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The pool was not properly cleaned.

Beach close. Common areas are perfect. The only thing is that the weather was too hot, and the A/C was not cooling that good. However, it was a Great place!

We had a room with rooftop access and a partial view of the sea, it was nice. The property was clean.

The bed mattress is covered in some plastic cover which makes an unpleasant sound and made us feel very hot at night. This isn't comfortable at all. I wish I knew it before booking the apartment, we had a bad sleep all 4 nights.

Palmeras Del Mar is beautifully maintained property. We loved the room and the location. The transactions were smooth and getting into the apartment at 1:30 AM was a breeze. The communication with the owner was super easy. We will go here again without any hesitation.

Nothing major and these are little nitpicks. The neighbor played loud music, fortunately, only during the day. So not a major issue unless you are trying to take an afternoon siesta. We could have used more spoons, only had 1, and glasses. Again, not a major issue. There are few apartments on the ground or 1st floor, and couple on 1st or 2nd floor, depending on how to count floors. It would have been helpful to know the location of our apartment ahead of time.

The location is good; less than a mile from Jobos beach and near many restaurants. Parking is free and in a driveway on premise. The place was clean except for the kitchen sink which had some food debris. We had apartment 5, a one bedroom with access to a private roof deck. The kitchen was well appointed and looked new. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a small living room area. There is also a shared patio and a pool area, cute and clean. Victor was quite responsive and helpful. The roof deck was awesome! We had coffee, cocktails and enjoyed the full moon up there. You can see the ocean and nature preserve behind the apartment. Every morning we watched the iguana's in the trees.

I would give this this place a 10 except for two things : Bed comfort; The queen bed has a plastic mattress cover that makes it uncomfortable and hot. The sheets were pilled and scratchy, they did provide new sheets when I asked. The other thing was the water pressure, or lack thereof. I have thick hair and it was difficult to thoroughly rinse my hair after shampooing. My husband said this could be improved with a better shower head. That being said I would stay here again and it was a good value.

Check in was super easy ! No keys (coded entry) We really enjoyed our stay here , it was comfortable, safe and quiet. The pool area is super cute and intimate and the property was super close to everything! We would stay again.

Such a wonderful set up. We came to Isabela for a long weekend and this property was fantastic. Victor is a top notch host. We rented the lower apartment which was delightful. The room is well apportioned and the outside common areas were very attractive and perfect to unwind. Pool was very inviting.

Loved everything. Pool was a bit chilly, but well maintained. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer

I called to check availability. Rented the unit, made the pre-payment, and on the day of our check-in the manager calls me and tells me that he made a mistake with the calendar and that the unit was not available that day, only starting the following day. He apologized profusely, but that did not help the fact that I had to scramble to find something else. I have to say, he returned the money right away and he gave me the name of a friend who also rents (I ended up not renting there). This has never happened to me. I cannot attest to the great reviews and cannot say much more since we did not stay there, but for us, this was a sour note.

Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful! We loved the beach by the apartment.The landlord was awesome and easy to work with.

About the only thing we weren’t crazy about was the bed. It was really hard and the mattress cover made you hot.
