El personal no brinda la información completa. El espacio del “spa” en la playa está súper sucio. Las piscinas y áreas de las piscinas estaban sucias. La comida en el restaurante no es muy buena. No hay servicio en las piscinas. La playa no es para utilizarse.

the property was beautiful , the restaurant made wonderful cocktails and the food was delicious. The private beach for the resort was easily accessible to the one swimming pool. There is a second swimming pool that is by the tennis courts. Very beautiful grounds and staff

The Room described in the Booking.com was not accurate, so we were disappointed that we did not have a garden to sit and walk to the beach. The room was a third floor unit with no elevator and did have a balcony and not as close to the beach.

Have been in love with the place for many years and enjoyed a lot previous stays.

First night stayed at a room on a third floor that I didn't expect for the price and didn't even have hot water! Had to ask to be moved to another room.

The resort is beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable with just a 2 minute walk to the beach, pools, and restaurant. The restaurant was amazing with delicious food and a beautiful open-air space with a view of the beach. We loved taking advantage of the beach cabanas and complementary snorkeling equipment. We rented a car for the trip which allowed us to explore Isabela with it's great beachfront bars & restaurants that are no more than 10 minutes away.

Walls are pretty thin in the villas so you are definitely going to hear anyone around you.

Breakfast was okay but to many flies on the area, dinner time could use alittle bit better detail to how they cook the food had lamb and taco both were not as desired

Beautiful location right on the beach. Beautiful facility. Nice pools. Eclipse restaurant was delicious.

They use leaf blowers non stop. If you enjoy quiet this is not the place to go. Hours of leaf blowing right outside your door. Neighbors played their own music loud too. Housekeeping took a long time to come on the day we requested. Gave my husband a childrens size scuba mask instead of an adult size.

I was very dissatisfied-:( This was our second time ( first time was for a wedding) at this resort,and we ended up paying a lot of money to stay in this place after both of my parents have died. we wanted Peace) The gym is disgusted very old-fashioned the restaurant can use a lot of worki.the pool was not working closed our entire stay here for eight (8) days ..and the room is nothing of what we expected.the villa ..and was also not what we had hoped for.Had to move to get a villa ,ocean view,and it was less spacious,and a lot more expensive.The staff,was amazing.Worked very had to accommodate every guest. i would definitely not come back to this resort.

Private Beach, location to Jobos for restaurants and activities. Room stayed wonderfully cool the whole stay.

The walk to the beach from the room as longer than expected. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable along with low quality pillows. No ice maker near the rooms or complimentary bottle waters provided for guests. On-site restaurant is delicious but expensive.
