Nothing to complain about everything was great.

The property is in a nice location near to a lot of amenities. It was clean with OK facilities, but we had issues with our stay as we were two adults couples and although it is advertised as two double rooms, the second is not really a double room. It had a double bed in it, but you had to climb over each other to get in and out of it, not really what you want in the middle of the night. No window and you could not swing a cat in it, so only really good for children in bunk beds in truth. Also one of the group has mobility issues and needed to hire a mobility scooter to get around, but the reception security refused to let us park it anywhere on site or charge the battery. So we had to find alternative accommodation on the second night as we could not stay there. They should have said not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues or requiring the use of a mobility device and that the second bedroom was so small. The property would only be good for younger people with small children, but for us it was a complete waste of our money as we had to find alternative accomodation.

This is a fantastic apartment and the photos don’t do it justice. Great for 4 people sharing. Pros: - Spacious, new bathrooms, well equipped - Two pools on complex and affordable bar/cafe - Walking distance to shops and bars and only 10 min walk to Siam Park, a real bonus Cons: - Just one but it really impacted our enjoyment of the holiday. The walls and floors are really thin. We stayed 4 nights and each night were woken for long periods of time. The first night the nearby Iberostar had a booming party til very late. The next night/morning we were woken at 5am by the person above us moving furniture for 1.5 hrs; it sounded like they were cleaning but a strange choice for Easter Sunday. The following night it was neighbours arriving back at 3.15 am and arguing - the same last night. It was topped off by drilling starting the second it hit 9am, two floors up. We tried putting the fans on to produce ‘white noise’ and used earplugs but I’m completely exhausted and can’t wait for my own bed. However I can see we did get unlucky as surrounding us are lots of polite families and older couples - we just got the disrespectful idiots on all sides. If you want guaranteed peace then I wouldn’t suggest this but if you are a heavy sleeper or plan to party yourself, go for it!

Fantastic location. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Property as described with stunning view of the sea. Complex has safe pool area with its own bar and restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for a better break away

Stayed here 7-17 AUG 2022. A well maintained apartment, located very nearby Siam Waterpark (7 minutes walk) and Siam Mall at walking distance, many different restaurants to have good food all starting in about 5 minutes walking. Large supermarket Mercadona at about 7 minutes walking. Fanabe beach 10 minutes walking. All in all a great place to stay and enjoy for the holidays. ***Recommended***

The property is in excellent condition and very close to all basic amenities. We were situated to the rear of the complex and were not disturbed by loud music coming from some of the nearby bars. We tried a couple of the local bars for breakfast and were happy with the price and quality. We would use this complex again.

There was plenty of everything for our stay, cutlery, towels and bedding. Bedding changed three times during our two weeks, the only problem was the beds were a little firm for our liking otherwise very nice apartment, will use again.

The property was ok, but with a few wee touches could be excellent. If money was spent on WiFi hairdryer, new cooker, a new tv & showers updated. I.e had to go and purchase remote control batteries to get tv to work, more input to little things would make a vast difference.

We booked and stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration, only dissappointment was 4 members of our party were unable to travel due to the UK governments inability to manage the Covid-19 pandemic correctly and put travellers back from Tenerife into 14 day isolation upon arrival back - only myself and wife stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy, only dissappointment was showever heads not working properly

The apartment was perfect for our needs, great location, sun nearly all day on the balcony. Pool bar excellent value and served good food as did the Winning post bar. Hope to return next year.

Had a lovely stay over Christmas and New year. Large apartment. Nice new bathrooms. View exactly as shown. Couple of little points (as previous reviewers have mentioned) A long mirror would be nice also a hairdryer. Cleaner came in twice to change towels and bed linen and a quick clean which was good. Would definitely stay again and have recommended it to my friends Very handy for large supermarket 5 min walk away. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. We particularly like Rossini's. Nice large apartment for a reasonable price. . Easy to book and Valerie very helpful.
