The property looked just like pictures as shown online, great location, clean, comfortable, and on the beach!!! Everything was great with our stay!!! The only thing we notice was not enough towels for length of stay. But overall everything was great & would love to stay again!!! Host laid out all details needed for stay & we didn’t have to contact for anything!!!

Excellent unit, great beach access and well equipped! Large number of bathrooms and sleeping for up to 12! We had a great week and will consider renting this unit again!

Everything was great except for the warm pool which was out of commission the whole time we were there. Grandkids were disappointed.

Shawn was great to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs.

We just wanted a getaway that was 11 hours from home. We loved the location to the beach… plenty of sleeping accommodations for all of us. Very nice!!

Host was amazingly responsive. Location was great...beach, pool, hot tub, shopping repeat! Kitchen was well supplied with plenty of dishes/silverware etc.

Awesome location. Amenities of beach access, pool, gym, etc., were fantastic. Sad it had to be cut short because of hurricane Idalia.

This was a wonderful condo for 11 people and we had plenty room to totally enjoy our family vacation. We found everything as it was described and easy access to the beach and the pool area and splash pad was a great alternative to the beach once that was over for the day!

Family vacations with 8 adults and 4 kids and a baby. Great location and great view from the balconies. Check in was very easy and communication with owner was quick and very easy. Space was perfect for large group. The only problems we had was the upstairs bedroom stayed warm most of the time, and it would have been nice if the bunk room had a door on it. Also, the parking deck area needs lights on at night. There are lights in there, but never came on. Over all great condo and would recommend!

We stayed in this condo for a week last year, decided to stay there again this year & just booked it for next year! The condo is great for our extended family of 10. The condo meets our needs, the owner is very responsive & we love the location. We noticed a few furniture upgrades since last year, we didn’t have any maintenance issues & the condo looked & smelled clean upon arrival.

We had a great time as always!! Weather wasn’t on our side this time but we still had a great time in our Condo. The few days that we got to spend at the beach were priceless. Shawn was great to work with. We will be back. Would definitely rent again!!

The booking process was simple, nice location

Beautiful condo. We all enjoyed it and we had plenty of room. The condo was stocked much better than ones we rented in the past. We had great views of the ocean and the pool. The only negative was the TV in the master just stayed on one channel. The owner had us try everything and had someone come look at it but to no avail. Very weird but the very last night we were there the TV started working . It was possessed😀

This condo was very dirty so dirty that a few of our guests we’re contemplating leaving! The condo complex was very dirty, disgusting and run down too definitely not as advertised. Dirty mattress cover on pull out bed, no extra linens that were CLEAN! No cases on pillows, one of the bunk beds was broken so a guest had to sleep on the floor. We were 45 minutes late checking out and the host tried blackmailing me saying if we don’t leave him a bad review he won’t charge us a late check out fee! Unbelievable! Owner should have reimbursed me the cleaning fee as well as compensation for not having a bed.

We very much enjoyed our time at Mainsail u it 137. The location was great. The condo was very nice, and had great space for our family. Very easy access to the beach as well. We highly recommend.

Overall this was a great property and place to stay and we would consider going back. However, the cleanliness in the upstairs bedrooms, bathroom, and the floors could have been better. There appeared to be mold in one of the bathrooms upstairs which was my biggest concern.

This property is just as presented in the listing. It was an ideal location right by the elevator, which made loading and unloading easy. It is very spacious - plenty of room for three families with children. There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. The entire unit needs a thorough deep clean (air vents, cabinets, floor corners, baseboards, etc.) Overall, it was tidy and clean, but it could use a good "spring cleaning." The upstairs bunk bed was broken but was still usable. I notified the owner who responded right away. He was very responsive to questions during the trip also. Hot tub and pool area were nice, and there is very easy access to the beautiful beach. We would definitely rent it again for our families.

This condo was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Plenty of space for gathering and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. 2 balconies with beautiful ocean views. The owner was super with communication about rental and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this condo. It is also in walking distance of many restaurants and stores.

Family trip with 5 adults and 3 Children accommodations were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their own space as well as the family area. Amazing host and beach access was great. Amenities were great as well.

Accommodating, plenty to do at this complex if you can’t be on the beach the whole time. Great Location in Destin, less traffic and not as crowded on the beach. Easy to navigate from Panama City airport and lots of restaurants, surf stores and grocery very close. Our Happy Place

We had a great stay in Destin with lots of memories made. Shawn, property manager, was responsive and accommodating to our needs the entire trip.

We just returned from our annual (extended) family vacation! We had a wonderful time & as always, so great to be with family that we don’t get to see as often, as we would like! The location was wonderful! So close to shops, restaurants, & grocery stores and of course being on the beach! The condo really fit our needs with 2 master bedrooms, the queen bed room & the bunk room. We never had to juggle bathroom schedules either for our party of 10. My husband struggled at night to sleep with sinus/allergy issues so he ended up sleeping in the recliner/sofa a few nights & said it was a comfortable sleep for him. Before & during our trip, the owner & I stayed in communication with one another. I felt he was quick to respond & very helpful. We would recommend this unit & owner to others!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The owner is very nice and easy to work with but quality of the condo/development is definitely down from three years ago. The washer was not working correctly from day one. It wouldn’t spin the clothes leaving them soaking wet. Shawn tried to get it repaired but couldn’t get a repairman out until the following week. He offered to pay for us to use a laundry service but when traveling with small children laundry is a ongoing thing so this was slightly inconvenient. We couldn’t sit on our patio without smelling our neighbor out there smoking pungent weed…again…not appreciated by myself or for the little kids we had with us. Our condo was DIRTY! We had to mop the floor right away because our socks were turning dark brown from walking on the tile. The couch has reclining chairs and when my husband sat down and reclined the chair I could see what looked like years worth of dirt, food and grime under the couch. The upstairs bathroom has a ton of mold/black substance in the grout. The closet in the downstairs bedroom has air fresheners Placed in it which were very strong and I happen to have asthma that is triggered by those very fragrant things.. The kids were staying in the bunk room bedroom. The window sill in that bedroom had literally 2 inches of dirt and dust in it. The neighbors left LARGE bags of garbage in the hallway because it wouldn’t fit down the garbage chute. It sat there for 4 days and started leaking and oozing all down the walkway. You would think someone that works for mainsail would have seen that and talked to them about it but nope…. The morning we were going to spend all day at the beach the chairs and umbrellas weren’t set up until 10am and even though there were no yellow reserve tags on the chairs Erak RUDELY told us all the chairs set up were for owners only. The ice maker in the freezer had some substance spilled in it with discolored ice and stickiness which we had to clean right away. I expect more when we paid over $6000 for one week. I expect a clean place that I can relax and not have to clean. Mainsail needs to up their commitment to keeping their neighborhood clean. Cleaning staff obviously needs training or maybe to just take a little pride in their work. We won’t be back to mainsail
