Picked this property so kids each had their own room. Everything was adequate, we didn't do any cooking. One thing I would say, if you have a lot of girls, there's no counter space for doing makeup or hair in the bathrooms, both are just sinks. Small living room but we spent our time outside by the pool.

Everything was accurately described and clean. The pool was nice. As said in previous reviews, the neighbors play loud music over the weekend and the pool cleaner comes Wednesday afternoon which was a bit of a surprise. Would stay again. One suggestion would be to supply kleenex's.

We came in for a quick trip to visit family and this was a perfect place to stay. Beds were comfortable though the twin on the left was missing 2 supporting slats so the mattress sunk in.

My family came together to celebrate my mom's 90th. ❤️ Your home was a perfect place for my sister, her grandson and my dogs. The house, pool and yard was so nice for all our needs.

Great location, nice house. Only two complaints. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress and the ice/ water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. Fortunately the ice maker did work and the ice was accessible. Overall, it was a great place.

We stayed for 6 nights, and it is a precious house!! The pool is perfect!! The main bedroom is actually the small garage transformed but has a glass door that goes out to the pool. We didn’t use the other 2 bedrooms but they were precious. If you are hot natured, you may want to bring a fan to sleep with. Other than that, there was ample items for cooking, and it was clean. The neighbors played extremely loud music most of the weekend but they were quiet during the week days. The tile by the pool is extremely slippery when it gets wet, my husband fell when he got out of the pool, so be carful!!! The pool man came on Wednesday morning to clean the pool, glad we were not swimming when he came. They also mowed the lawn in the morning while we were there. You may want to ask management about schedules if you have plans.

We had a great time, location was easy to get to water front and beaches. House was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool.

Our family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed for 2 weeks and everything was great. The location is perfect and close to everything. We had plenty of room for everyone in the house including our dogs. The pool was nice too. We would stay here again and would recommend.

Nice quiet neighborhood!!

The pool is a nice thing to have at this property however, it needs a new gel coat. We felt like we had fiberglass all over us for two days. We had no where to put our trash. The trash cans were completely full when we got there and we had to put them out ourselves for the trash to be picked up. There was also no paper goods there when we arrived. We didn’t realize this until it was too late when one in our group…. Well, you can figure that one out. Other than that, it is in a great location.

I, my husband and 3 kids stayed at this property for a week for our family vacation. With a short drive to the beach, the house was a little deceiving from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed to prepare meals through the week. The pool was perfect and crystal clear, and the water was warm from the sun without being heated. Larissa had coolers, beach chairs, some sand toys, and beach towels available that came in very handy when we went to the beach. There were plenty of bath towels for everyone and water pressure was perfect. Larissa was a great host and her home was so inviting and perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Awesome property and pool. We really enjoyed it. 15 min from siesta key and downtown Sarasota. House was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed it.

The property needs a good cleaning. I have had a rental property and always left detailed instructions on how to operate things, trash pickups and the like. It took us four days to figure out how to make the cable work on the TV. You need more comfortable seating outside by the pool. For a house that slept 6 only 4 could sit easily.

Property misleading. Took about 10 days to get green algae buildup cleared from pool to even get in it, then 3 days after looking clear again becomes green. .Never was heated as advertised at 82 degrees. Had to buy our own lounge chairs. None there as picture shows…I laundered the filthy throw rugs myself,,, quiet ridiculous. Not enough cleaning supplies to keep it clean. Even a cheap sponge mop would have helped to get tile clean and keep clean. Our past 5 years at renting in south have FAR EXCEEDED THIS STAY. We told “ assistant manager” a list of things: chair legs on 2 chairs nearly unscrewed, luckily not hurt, but needing fixed frequently,,, glass table in setting area broken leg with no bolt to even try to fix….. ON A MUCH NEEDED positive note, our beds slept very good., bathrooms were clean., and no type of bugs noted! Only putting the truth out there, to be fair to anyone paying this much rent… I would not recommend. WE never had contact with the property manager, only “the assistant”. Kenny of Ky

Our family had nice time at this place.I loved fully equipped kitchen.Pool was great,even we had the coldest weather :o).Larisa was great to set up heat in the house right a way.THANK YOU. The House is close to Sarasota downtown,for walk and restaurants and Lido beach which we all enjoyed picking up beautiful shells.Neighborhood was great for evening walks. We loved the home .The pool and fenced in area were perfect . Larissa was quick to respond concerning the pool. Home was immaculate .This home had everything we needed. We actually left behind a few essentials for the next family that we had purchased. Paper plates ..laundry tabs .. coffee..Fenced in yard was perfect for our 15 year old Boxer . Home was in a very good location. I recommend this VRBO for your next trip to Sarasota Florida. Thank you

On the plus side, this rental had a newer washer/dryer that worked very well, the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, there were enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Unfortunately, there was far too much evidence of inadequate upkeep to recommend this rental.The king bed was very uncomfortable and after receiving no response through VRBO from the property owner about whether or not a mattress pad might be missing, I called her. Her response was that the cleaning person had discarded the mattress pad because it was "disgusting". This did not make me feel good about how well the amenities were monitored. A new mattress pad was provided but the bed remained quite uncomfortable. The couple who slept in the twin beds said they were badly sagging mattresses. There was no notebook with any instructions as is usually found at vacation rental properties. There was a full-size garbage can and recycling can which we took to the street when we saw the neighbors do so, but again, no instructions or request to do so. There was hand soap provided at the kitchen sink and in the full bathroom but none in the half bath; we purchased some to use and leave for the next guests. The propane tank for the gas grill was almost empty. Although the house sleeps six, there was only enough silverware for five. We had to use the plastic utensils I assume were left behind by other guests. The housing on the inside front door for the deadbolt is not affixed well and can be moved from side to side. This was not a bad problem but if it ever causes the keypad to not work properly, someone could be locked out. There was a tremendous amount of frost surrounding the icemaker (inside the freezer). It appears that the refrigerator is not level which we suspect is causing water leakage inside the freezer, making the frost. The inground pool is a lovely amenity but there was evidence again of needed upkeep. Some of the pool's paint was peeling, the garden hose was left off its hook, some of the fabric on the patio chairs is starting to fray, areas of the privacy fence are held up by metal posts and bands, gutter overflowing because it's full, too much disrepair for the price. But the most offensive finding was discovered on our fourth night there--cockroaches coming from under the refrigerator and stove and inside the cabinet under the sink where the garbage can was kept. We did not leave food or dirty dishes out. For the price paid, I expected much better.

The property was great and the location was perfect. Close to beaches, restaurants, stores. The pool was a plus that my kiddos really enjoyed. We had a few hickups (pool heater not working, spotty WiFi) but Larissa was very quick to respond and solve all issues. Would stay again.

We spent about two weeks at the house. Great location - close to downtown and beaches. Many restaurants nearby downtown and on St Armands. Nearby Fruitville Road has everything you would need. The pool was great to come back to after a long day. Neighborhood was very safe. We went on many walks and runs down to Payne Park.The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns.We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Close to everything. Enjoyed our family vacation.

You may wanna look into the leak in the pool because we’ve had to refill the pool water on three occasions
