There wasn't any breakfast. Our room was nice.

Concerned about the security with the side doors being open. Also, couldn't get towels for the pool. Even though we asked twice. Facility needs some upkeep. Step on pool ladder is broken needs some paint.

There was never pool towels when we’d go to the desk, and the staff seemed annoyed when we would ask. Storage rooms were unlocked, and the only reason I know is because I thought it was the door to the stair case. I feel that was dangerous.

We skipped breakfast and ate with my elderly parents.

The room was not clean--some trash on the floor, inside of the dresser drawers were dirty. Not much hot water for showers. Noisy kids on the second floor at 6:30 AM running around.

Unfortunately we did not stay. We left because of people that were , we believe were living there. I don’t mean to judge but we did not feel safe. The outside was not very welcoming. The lawn needed to be mowed and trash picked up. The lobby looked nice and the room looked ok when I went to check it out. It was the reasons I stated that we left.

Everyone had great customer service and the place was very clean

Grounds maintenance, it would be a better hotel if management was better. Something always doesn't work or work properly., computer and key card issues. Vent missing in the bathroom that left a big hole.

hotel called at 4:30 in afternoon and did not leave a message. called the hotel after they hung up and was told they were canceling reservation and that the hotel had no electricity. asked if they could help us find alternative hotel and was to no they would not because we booked through booking.com. person on phone was rude and very unprofessional. no one should stay there. and Booking.com should confirm that the hotel did not try to book anything

they have a swimming pool

The lobby was beautiful! The room was actually better than expected, the bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The floor was dirty, we saw hair on the sheets, and the worst is that they put a hold on my credit card, it has been 4 days they haven’t released it, so I was charged twice, one charge for the right amount (cleared) and the $169 charge is still pending, we travel a lot and this has never happened before. Be prepared to spend double than the room rate plus the $50 deposit for possibly a week. (or who knows).

That they didn't have hot water the first night

We were evacuated from Fort Myers Florida. We were not informed there was NO HOT WATER at the time of check in. We spoke to the manager the next day and we were informed we would be refunded for our stay. This has not happened, and we were never refunded.
