Once booked I was advised that the checking in time is up to 9pm and the fact that I had shown 9-10pm would not mean that I would definitely be able to check in. The staff member on the contact number found us a like for like property. My partner arrived at the property to find that it was in a poor state. There were holes in the ceilings. The windows did not close properly therefore letting in cold air. The flat was cold and the heating could not be turned on. Contacted the point of contact for the apartment and they advised that we need to turn the knobs on the radiators which I did and they nearly came off due to the poor condition they were in. The heating still did not come on and was then advised to get a heater from downstairs storage cupboard under the stairs as the apartment was in the loft. The radiator was broken and did not work. It also had a leg missing. The shower screen was knackered and could not open it more than 5 inches to get in so had to call the point of contact again who advised that the hooks must have come off the rails and that I should clip them in which was not possible so I had to slide the screen off to have a shower without the screen. The shower water was not hot, under pressure so I had to have a cold shower in a cold apartment. The toilet was too close to the sink and you could not sit on it properly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding had marks all over it which was concerning as I could not tell if it had been washed. The second guest refused to stay at this place and did not turn up due to the poor condition of the apartment. This place should have been checked thoroughly before it was allowed to be booked. We should have been offered a full refund and will never rebook this venue again. Due to the lack of heating and cold air coming into the apartment my partner became ill over night. This is not acceptable. We have a video which we can submit of all but unable to do so so have a few photos.

very spacious apartment, enough to sleep 6/7, full facilities, customer service very prompt, friendly and informative. free parking available on the road in the close. easy access onto the A406 just outside.

Clean and safe place. Really good interaction from the host. Calls before I arrived and messages to check all was OK during and after the visit. Really impressive
