Our family of 9 (incl one baby) was so comfortable - plenty of space for each family to have their private bedroom en-suite and veg large gathering space in dining and living area. The numerous balconies were fantastic to have for more space for people to enjoy togetherness and alone time. Kitchen worked really well - only feedback would be to have more cooking ware (pans for baking like bacon, fries and tater tots) and larger skillets). So thankful for the washer and dryer and the washing detergent (thanks so much)! Bryan our contact was very quick to respond. The grounds are awesome! We literally stayed there the whole weekend between the private beach with tons of places to have fun, the awesome large pool area, the outdoor dinning, playground and hair being able to take a walk. The grounds staff were very nice especially at checkin / checkout. We will very much be back!!!!

Loved it so much, we're hoping to return year after year now. Cannot beat the location and the size of the condo. It was amazing to finally be able to bring our dogs on vacation with us as they are family, too. Condo was spotless and neat and we just loved the long balconies and layout overall. My only feedback is that the kitchen isn't very well stocked. We had planned to prepare most of our meals there, but it was a tad challenging at times (no salt, no pepper, no oil, no baking sheet, no frying pan). We worked around it, but it was frustrating to have to go back to the grocery store for these little things time and again. Also, we could not get the remote/TV to work at all for us in the living room. Granted, you go to the beach to enjoy the beach, but we had a couple of days we were stuck inside with cold and rain and being able to gather in the living room to watch a movie or something together would have been really nice. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect! I am hopeful we have found our annual Christmas vacation spot for our family.

This place was amazing. The property was immaculate. Checking was fast and easy. The one thing that I can say was an inconvenience, if you have small children, there was no bath tub which made it hard to bathe the kiddos. But that was just an small inconvenience to an awesome stay.

The people were helpful and very friendly. Everything in the condo was very nice except the shower. It seemed to be incomplete with terrible tile work on the base and very dirty grout. If they correct this it will be excellent!

Condo was very clean and quiet. Further from the beach than it looked online. Wishing there were more bathrooms around pool area. Pool was very cold. But over all very nice.

Great views and really nice pools. Well maintained property. We were there during feb 2021 cold spell. We lost water for 4 days and power for a few hours. Understandable given issues in Texas. There should have been some proactive communication from the property management about this. We also had a few issues with the unit. We had to follow up multiple times and were told someone would be there the next day to fix. Nobody ever came.

We staying here during oct 2020 covid time and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We were able to isolate from others while still enjoying. Great location and the place was clean. Loved the view from the balcony.
