Location was good, appartment was quite large, close by is very cheap parking

It looks a bit like unfinished appartment, as if missing some furniture, tv etc.

The apartment is really great location with a short walk to subway and shopping center. The facilities is well equipped and function-able. Host always supported us and provided additional tips during our stays.

Very good location, spacious and clean. the communication with the host was very good and the we have been received very warm.

It is a little bit noisy from the street but is normal because is in the city center.

Superb location right next to Naschmarkt and a Billa supermarket, parking and underground station not far away. Quite a few cafes and bars right on the street. Very spacious appartment, very clean, bright and well maintained. It had a portable Wifi router unit which we could take along to use around the city. First floor but with an elevator, which was great to bring the luggage in (but there are a few stairs at the entrance).

Unfortunately the washing machine was out of order, and our kids were missing a TV - we didn't even check its existence when we booked (they used cellphones and a laptop that we had to watch movies when we needed time off everything). I also thought that they should have had some suger and salt available in the appartment. None of these bothered our own stay there.

The location is in different kind of place, Young, close to the tech university, so many bars and hip restaurants. People who like vegan has many options, but also regular food lovers Everything is 10 minutes away. No AC but there are fans provided, and good curtains. Fully equipped kitchen. Planty of space. A big plus, not so touristic as other places, but many places are really close by.

The holiday started slightly with the left foot,because the address of the apartment did not correspond to the location on the booking.com app and the apartment was not ready in time, we had to wait more than two hours until they finished cleaning the apartment, but we agreed with the owner and we stayed two more hours at check out, meaning we did not vacate the apartment at 10, but at 12 (In the hours we had to wait, we were provided with an office for luggage storage ) Otherwise, only words of praise: I found a bottle of wine on the table, sweets put on the bed, for each guest, coffee for the coffee machine, detergents for the dishwasher and for the laundry machine (on the laundry machine I don't have used it because we stayed too little time), large beds and very comfortable mattresses and we managed to rest very well after the large number of kilometers traveled during the day. The apartment in an area easily accessible to many objectives, many restaurants nearby, the apartment spacious, clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. For those who come by car, you should know that at about 50 m distance - at the Technical University WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse Parkgarage is a parking lot where the daily fee is 7.90 €, unlike another parking lot where I was initially, where it costs about 40 € / day.
