Ob prihodu je bila receptorka zelo zgubljena malo ne prisotna mislim ,da je imela veliko odhodov in prihodov trikrat me je vprašala ali boste pustili avto zunaj na parkirišču ali v garaži z veseljem sem ji odgovoril, da v garaži razumem receptorko gospa je že v letih pa ne mislim nič slabega delam v turizmu in vem kako je, ko je preveč. Na pomoč ji je priskočila kolegica in mi ponudila željeni materjal za metro ,ki sem povprašal. Moram pa pohvalit gospo receptorko ,ki je bila popoldne 25.9.2023 polna energije veselja prav žari in oda pozitivno energije, zaželela mi je naj se imam lepo na Oktoberfestu res mi je polepšala ta dan. Tudi gospa receptorka ,ki je bila danes zjutraj na odhodu zelo pohvalno celo povedal mi je kako naj zapeljem z avtomobilom iz hotelskega parkirišča ni ji bilo težko zapustiti recepcije in se sprehoditi z mano in mi pokazati kako naj zapustim dvorišče hotela. Hotel mi je všeč.

Ob prihodu ni bilo nad tuša mila za tuširanje aob prošnji sem ga prijel od sobarice. se zgodi.

Einbruchsversuch in unserem Auto auf dem Hof des Hotels, Kratzer von Hebelversuch an Beifahrertür und hinterer Tür dahinter. Die Rezeptionistin und der Manager zeigten wenig Verständnis für die Verärgerung meiner Freundin. Kurzes Schulterzucken, "da können wir nicht helfen". Es mag ja sein, dass man nicht haftbar ist. Etwas mehr Einfühlungsvermögen wäre aber ganz nett gewesen. Geringfügiger Kritikpunkt: sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer

An old-fashioned hotel in the positive sense of the word: friendly reception, small but quiet and clean rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast buffet and decent coffee, easy public transport to city centre, parking available. Good value for money in Munich.

Great location, very clean and tidy hotel, breakfast and WiFi very good. A comfortable, albeit small room. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The pillow provided was odd! Took a bit of getting used to. The room was hot even with the window open.

Air condition or ventilation in the room was quite poor, but since it was not hot summer day it was no a killer question.

the Location is 10 walking minutes from the subway, hence not ideal. but that would be the only little flaw I can think of.

Hotel located in quite busy road, but since rooms located in the back of the 2 part building, they were very quiet. Breakfast selection was also excellent enough for such a bit smaller hotel and both service and breakfast room were pleasent. Beds were good. Hotel has good parking (both garage and outside) area.

Reception is not open 24/7 and since we needed to leave very early (at 6 am), checkout had to be made the evening before. Ventilation in the room was not very sufficient unless you open the window :)

It is a bit older hotel but very clean and well maintained. The wifi is a bit slow for videoconferencing
