Fabulous property, Mitt was fantastic throughout the booking process and afterwards. What has been stressful and difficult times for all, he made everything better by being incredibly helpful and understanding. We would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again. 😃 A perfect base to explore Woolacombe and the surrounding areas.

Had a lovely short stay, everything you need in the apartment,perfect walking distance to shops ,restaurants and beach.

The property was immaculate and fully equipped for our needs. Attention to detail including hair dryer, cafeteria, iron, fully equipped kitchen. The location is brilliant as you can pop in and out and access everything in Woolacombe. Mitt was great and communicated everything we needed. Highly recommend.

ideal property if your a couple looking for a chilled week break. Close to beach and pubs, Park the car and did not use for the whole week as weather great would recommend for couples as value for money.

Property is clean, contemporary and everything is in excellent condition and full working order. Very convenient for Woolacombe as it is right in the centre only a few minutes walk from the beach and right next to the Tides Inn and Bar Electric. Only downside is that there was no parking available because the village hall was being refurbished. I also got a £60 parking fine for turning around in the car park off Rawnsley Lane!! Which I’m going to contest... beware though, the road next to the apartment is narrow so turning around in the car park must happen all the time! Beach is amazing!

What a beautiful place to escape Christmas for a few days. Brilliant location, well equipped studio which was warm and comfortable. Definitely worth a revisit.

This little studio is just perfect, safe, clean, warm and right on the doorstep of the beech and all amenities, the two of us shacked up here for three nights in March, we had a very pleasant stay here although a bit out of season but still plenty of things to do. Totally recommend this studio to couples, and enough room for a child as well, will be booking this again, without a doubt, 5 * Phil & Debbie, Ascot.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and is kept in excellent condition. Location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a minutes walk to the shops. No issues with noise whatsoever. Surfboard storage very useful and the parking arrangements worked fine. Already planning our return next year. Thanks so much!

This is a lovely apartment, ample room for 2 or 3 people. Bed was so comfy, kitchen had everything you need, very modern and the underfloor heating was welcome. Definitely would stay again if we're ever down that way again.

We've been visiting woolacombe for years and usually stay up the hill in morthoe, but seeing this property was available for the long weekend we required we booked it - and what a joy. Very clean, everything you need for self catering, and more than big enough for three. Only downside was the wet room bathroom - looks beautiful, but so impractical with water flooding the bathroom after each shower - an enclosed shower would be far more suitable. Other than that, can't fault the studio. It was even near enough to the beach to call back and use the loo when the queue for the ladies got too long! Would certainly stay again and recommend.

The studio flat was immaculate, had everything you would need and really lovely. It's in a perfect location right in the centre of town. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we were disappointed with the property for two main reasons: Firstly, the windows were frosted , so we couldn't see out, which we found oppressive. Secondly, it was on the ground floor with an alleyway right next to it, and late night revellers were very noisy, very close to where we were sleeping. I would say it is an apartment which is suitable for the young, who maybe wouldn't be bothered by the above problems.

cannot fault-has left us wanting more-already thinking of next year[this is our 3rd time]-unfortunatly---[as with everywhere-],a bit expensive in the height of the season,otherwise would consider a couple of days in august!!!.Never mind will have to wait & go out of season.You cannot fault westbeach 1.would recommend it to anyone.

Westbeach one was the perfect space for the 2 of us and was really near the beach and main streets in Woolacombe. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great, especially after swimming in the cold sea! Easy to find with the directions they provided and we had a housekeeper on hand in case we needed anything.

This place was everything it said on the tin if not better. It was very clean, perfectly spacious for the 2 of us and very well equipped. The location was fantastic and although the parking was a bit up the hill, it was great to have parking available nonetheless. We have already reccomended it to friends and we had a fantastic stay! We will defiantly stay another time.

Great modern studio with everything to meet your needs, spotlessly clean and excellently presented and maintained. We would thoroughly recommend to all age groups. Ideal for for surfers through to the more mature to use as a base to discover the beauty of Devon.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend to experience the surf in Woolacombe. Overall we had a great experience from start to finish. Claire and Mitt were prompt to reply to the initial booking request and in answering any of my questions. They have a lot of knowledge of the area and (in my case relevant) knowledge of the various surfspots to choose from. The apartment was clean and tidy and exactly as described. It has everything you need for 2-3 people; A well equiped kitchen very nice shower room and comfortable beds. The property is perfectly located for surfing or exploring the beaches in the area. It's an absolute luxury to be able to change into your wetsuit in the flat, grab your board from the boardstore (own boardstore with padlock) and take a 2 minute walk to the beach. It gets even better coming back with the heated floor throughout the apartment, this beats changing in a carpark any day ! There's plenty of space in the bathroom to hang your suits for drying. More on the location: It's right in the center of Woolacombe, just steps from the beach. Boardhire is around the corner (shore 2 surf) as well as restaurants, pubs, shops and entertainment ... everything is right there. I can recommend the cream tea with a view at the Woolacombe hotel. Would I recommend this place ?: Yes, without a doubt
