We have been going to the Ozarks for 20 years and have went between condos and houses depending on size of our group and choosing different parts of the lake. This is the first time we have stayed around this area or at Palisades. We had 3 families. This condo was very nice...definitely one of the best condos we have stayed in. It has a great layout with 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has an attached bathroom which is perfect so couples didn't have to share bathrooms. The patio is very cozy, kitchen is big and spacious. it's filled with plenty of towels, items for the kitchen, plenty of extra pillows/blankets/rollaway beds. It is right next to one pool and extremely close to the other pool - not too far from dock either. Owner is very quick and responsive in answering questions/ making recommendations and even mailed something very quickly that was left there. We are planning to stay there again next year!

This condo was PERFECTION for the weekend that we had planned for our family. The perfect location, the perfect space (4 beds/4 baths) and the amazing amenities (Pool/boat towels, chargers in every room) that were supplied. The owners thought of everything that one would need when staying there. We will be coming back again! Can't wait

The condo was great for our group of friends to stay at. Everything was very clean and had plenty of extra cots and bedding. The extra fridge was perfect for all the drinks/food we had. Reserved parking plus open spots was a huge plus. Will definitely book this condo again.

Our family has stayed at this condo for 3 straight years now! We love the location and the owner provides great customer service to us. We were even more impressed when we walked in this year and they had made upgrades to the kitchen! Great view of the lake and the couch in the screened in porch is absolutely wonderful! We sat and drank our coffee every morning out there!

After the cold winter days, it was good to get away and enjoy some relaxing time and unplug! The kitchen was remolded and very nice and nice balcony area to sit and view the Lake!

There was 9 of us, plenty of room and supplies. Was so nice and comfortable, clean and everything in working order.

This is the second time we have stayed. We had our 2 month old granddaughter with both of our boys and wife. Had a great time. Everything you need. Air went out but great communication and got it fixed. Pool close. Great deck. Spacious. Absolutely the best. Will be back next year!

Beautiful condo, highly recommend!

This was the first time our family has visited the Lake of the Ozarks and this vacation rental was the perfect place. It was just as pictured and had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 9. The extra frig in the laundry room was a nice benefit, so we had plenty of room for beverages and food. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our screened in deck (which we loved). We highly recommend!

This was the perfect condo for our family! It was beautifully decorated. It had many very nice amenities. It’s also in the perfect location for our family. We will be renting this condo again!!

We will be booking our third year in a row for our family vacation at this condo! The location is very convenient! The outdoor porch is screened in with a large outdoor couch and bar table! It is always hard to please a large group of family members. However, they ALL enjoy staying here!!!

Three couples stayed over New Years weekend. The property is tastefully decorated with a lot of furnishings to use. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Palisades was great. The condo was as described and pictured. There were 3 couples and plenty of room for all. Beds very comfortable. The property was very clean and well supplied. Second stay in this condo which is perfect for our party of nine. Plenty of sleeping space, comfortable beds, screened in porch with an outstanding view of the lake, we couldn't ask for more.

This condo was perfect! It was gorgeous, had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had anything we needed to cook meals. The 2nd fridge is perfect! Our group highly recommends staying here. Scott made the whole process easy, and very easy to work with. Loved it! We will be back!

Clean, relaxing, great set-up and owner was very easy to work with. The whole family loved it and want to go back again. Pool was close by and visited the other one but that was a bit of a walk. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. We were traveling with our adult children with their significant others and one grandson. It was so perfect for us. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom space. The family living space was a nice size too for watching tv/movies/games. The best part about the place is the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time out there. There's plenty of sofas and chairs to hang out. We enjoyed watching boats, weather, people, etc all bug free. It's location in the facility is perfect too. There are other buildings with better views but we loved that we never got blasted with the morning sun or the evening sun. It was very pleasant. The parking spaces were great. One was right outside the front door, and the other is a garage across the way. There is also a guest parking spot across the way which is what we used for our second vehicle. I would totally recommend this condo. It was very comfortable. There were also a few staples available, which was convenient. We left a few staples behind as well. I'd say the only bummer of the trip was that the pool was really cold. This is certainly not the owners fault. It'll probably get warmer as the season gets warmer too.

We absolutely loved staying here! Communications with Scott about the property were outstanding and the condo perfect in every way! Our family could not have been happier :-) and we plan to book this property again into the future to enjoy it again.

This condo is perfect! It looks like the pictures, just gorgeous! There were 10 of us, ranging from ages 80 to 2 and there was plenty of room for us all. The balcony was our favorite morning and evening hangout, so nice and comfy, with a beautiful view of the lake! It is stocked with so many amenities, from the kitchen to the bathroom. I can't say enough good about it! We would definitely stay here again!
