Well equipped villa, very clean and easy to find. Carol was very easy to contact and helpful. Villa is plenty big enough, just the pool is a bit cold in the Winter! It's about 20 mins from Larnaca centre and the airport. Overall very quiet in the evenings, just an early wake up call from the local roosters.

Villa Kyprus is everying it says in the description. It is well equiped, very spacious with a nice pool and outside area in a very quiet location. The villa was very clean when we arrived and easy to find thanks to the very accurate directions sent to us. Carol was very helpful and was easy to contact but to be honest we did not need to bother her. The villa was for us, being only two people, rather large but it would be ideal for larger families. The only suggestion I would pass on is to improve the lighting in the kitchen area which was a little dim. All in all 5 star acommodation

We have had a great time and fun at the home. The reality we met appeared in line with the published pictures, clean and well maintained. The house is situated in quiet location what appprreciated. A young part of our group was happy with a pooll and got a lot of fun. The owner Carol appeared helpful and sensitive for our comfort. Many thanks for her attendance

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this house. It is just as seen in the photos and everything is in good working order. Carol was always on hand and incredibly quick to respond and support with a wealth of local recommendations. With a car, it is 15-20 mins from a range of beaches, shopping and the airport. A very quiet location although ear plugs are handy to sleep through the wake up call from the local rooster.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is perfect for a family with teenage kids, who whish to relax and enjoy the pool, the sun and play some tabletennis. A well-equipped kitchen and a lot of cozy eating areas. Thank you for a pleasent stay.

Villa and all the facilities were just perfect for us, a group of 8 . There were enough space for everyone. We enjoyed especially the pool and pool table, children played pool all day long. The villa was very near to Larnaca and airport, but still in very quiet neighbourhood. The nearest beach (Carretta) was about 15 min (10 km) drive away, which we visited many times. Communication with Angela, the property manager was very easy.

After arriving late, the access into the villa was so easy everyone was inside, had turned lights on and choosing their rooms and I was still paying the taxi driver! The place was extremely clean inside and out, very tidy, everything to hand. The kitchen had all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and electrical equipment to make eating in easy like being at home. There are lovely views from every window, we loved having a cup of tea on the bedroom balcony every morning admiring the views.

Apart from the odd dog barking or chicken clucking in the distance, the only thing you'll hear are the crickets! We thanked Zeus every day/night for the aircon because without it, we'd have been pretty uncomfortable! The temperature was between 30-34 during mid August and like an oven day and night! The pool is cleaned several times a week but the chaps come early in the morning so you probably won't even hear them going about their business. The under cover pool table/ping pong table were a fantastic distraction for our teenage boys and offered a welcome break from the hot sun during the day. Despite its rural location, the internet is just about fast enough to stream TV services but make sure you take your own streaming device like an Amazon Firestick or Kodi. Although the listing states there's satellite TV, there are no local or English channels. In fact, we couldn't get any channels working to break the deafening rural silence! Angela's welcome pack service is very useful if you're arriving late at night but our advice is, don't go mad thinking you'll make the most from the 20 Euro service fee. The supermarket she uses (although the nearest) is also probably the most expensive. If you're self-catering rather than eating out all the time, you might want to check out the Super Discount Store in Aradippou 15 minutes away in the opposite direction. Here you'll find a massive selection at literally half the price for most goods and the booze is seriously cheap! The Kokos Taverna 10-15 mins walk away is very nice and unbelievable value for money and the local bakery is handy for some yummy goodies, breads and cold drinks. All in all, a lovely place to stay if you just want rest and relaxation. If you want to sample more of the culture and history of the island though, plan you day trips thoroughly, unless you love visiting old churches and small church based museums which are in abundance around the local area! Last but not least, communication with Angela was excellent throughout which added to our peace of mind.

On our first visit to Cyprus, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Near airport, and ideal location for traveling on the motorway. Nice village location, with local facilities. Villa has everything you need, clean, spacious and south facing. We dealt with Angela, who was very helpful, met us to discuss facilities, and pointed out local attractions and shops etc. Very easy to book on line, pay as required, and deposit return upon arrival in uk. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Atletriko! Our family of five plus grandparents had a great week in Atletriko from 7th till 14th of October. Not to hot and still nice both for being outside and stay on the beach. The kids loved the swimming pool. The house had all we needed to make our own meals and the restaurant close by had excellent Cypriotic food. Will also recommend the food at the take-away close by. The location is a quiet suburb and you need a rental car to get around. We got great recommendation from Angela and got to look around the country. Driving was easier than expected.

Villa Kypros provides everything you could need for a family holiday. The villa was spacious and well appointed and spotlessly clean. The children loved the pool which was also well maintained and cleaned regularly during our 10 day stay. We also enjoyed the added bonus of the pool/table tennis table. Angela, the property manager, provided an excellent service including shopping for our arrival which was later in the evening. Angela also arranged airport transfers and car hire for us which was invaluable. Payment was made directly to the property manager, and this worked without any issues The villa is located in a quiet area but within a few minutes of the main highway which gives easy access to the airport, Larnaca and other towns and amenities. There is an excellent bakery in the village which also sells a range of other foods such as cheese, meats, milk, etc. The cakes are delicious! This was our first visit to Cyprus and Villa Kypros provided the perfect home from home. Angela was on hand to offer advice and support if we had any problems, (which we didn’t), so all in all we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in Villa Kypros.

Another great stay at Villa Kypros (our 4th visit). The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything you may require for a week's stay. The location is quiet so ideal for family holiday, particularly given the private pool. However, there are some lovely restaurants in the local area and the property is in a good location for further exploration. The Villa Manager, Angela, is excellent and very helpful. Payment is made by bank transfer directly to her which is very straightforward. We would certainly recommend the Villa to others and will be returning.

We stayed in this property for a week on a trip away with friends, and it was a lovely, relaxing home away from home for that time. All the amenities you would expect and want from a villa, in a nice location with lovely towns nearby for day trips / restaurants. The villa is spacious, modern and very well appointed with all the facilities you would need to have a successful holiday. The pool and outside area is lovely, clean and perfect spot to relax, read and have a lazy day! We cooked in several nights, which worked very well and took taxis to local restaurants on other occasions which was great. Perfectly located for day trips, evenings out and relaxed days in! Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a lovely Cyprus holiday!

Every year we come back to this villa, a great fun. Our kids (6,8) love this villa. It is well maintained, great facilities. Excellent management on the place. The location is also great as everything is 5 min drive to any direction.

Our stay at Kypros villa was amazing! The villa is really spacious, with everything you need and more. We filled every room and still had plenty of space. Angela was really good from start to finish, helping us book, making sure we had everything we need, and popping round on our first day to give us advice about the local area and check if we needed anything else. We had no trouble booking with her direct, we were a bit hesitant at first to pay directly into her bank account but after reading the reviews of plenty of people who have done so without any trouble we did pay that way, and of course had no problems at all! I would recommend this villa to anyone, and a massive thank you once again to Angela for being so thorough and organised!

The villa is really big. Our family out of 5 people enjoyed the villa a lot. The house provided everything we needed from housekeeping stuff to air conditioning and huge refrigerator. The house is really clean and if you keep track that you put everything away quickly you don’t have a problem with ants. The pool was big enough to fit us all and was really clean. The pool also gets cleaned on a regular base in short intervals. The place where you can play tabletennis is chosen very well so you don’t have the influence from wind and you can play when ever you want . There is just a small thing that we have to mention , the sticks for billiard could be replaced. The booking process was easy and we were able to pay directly by bank transfer with the villa manager. All future guests don’t have to be afraid of a fake deal. There was a really nice typical food place in walking distance from the villa. The tavern is called Kokos Tavern and it has typical delicious Greece food for a very low and good price. We highly recommend the villa for every family . We have just returned from a great October half term week in Kypros Villa to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday, 2 adults and 3 children, 21, 16 & 13 years. We had expected the villa to be good, having seen the photographs, but we were surprised on arrival just how good it was. It was more spacious downstairs than the photographs show and it was immaculately clean and really well equipped. We could not think of a single thing we were missing, there even being a coolbox ready for picnics! The fact that the bedding, towels and even pool towels were included meant a lot less to be packed and Angela's offer of a Grocery Welcome Pack was just amazing. We didn't arrive at the villa until 7.30pm on Sunday night and found wine, beer, bread and cheese all ready in the fridge ready for supper - such a welcome treat. In fact, we didn't even need to shop until Wednesday as Angela had done such a fab job. We had such a relaxing time, the weather was amazing for the time of year, reaching 24/25/26 degrees on most days and, although we did have a shower or two they very quickly blew over. The fact that the villa was only 20 minutes from the airport meant that getting around was really easy and, although we anticipated some plane noise, we did not once see or hear one go overhead. We had initially been anxious that Angela had suggested payment directly to her but, having met her and seen the standard of accommodation, would certainly advise not to think twice about this, it is only intended to save you money on fees. So, all in all, a fantastic villa in a fantastic location which we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. This was our first visit to Cyprus and to one of Angela's villas and it will definitely not be our last! Many thanks to the owners, to Angela and her team!

This was our second stay in the villa and our fourth visit to one of Angela's portfolio in Alethriko. We have enjoyed every holiday and found the service we receive both pre, during and post holiday to be excellent. The payment process via direct bank transfer is simple and Angela is on hand to speedily answer any queries. Alethriko is a lovely quiet village and there a a number of others nearby, it's also only a short car journey to some of the island's busier areas, large supermarkets and the airport so is also very practical for those looking to explore. The local tavernas serve great traditional food and the bakery certainly caters for those with a sweet tooth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sun-filled, relaxing and carefree holiday.

The property is a modern villa which easily accommodates 8 guests providing plenty of living space inside and out. There is always shade within the outside area. The pool was a good size and easily fitted children, adults and inflatables. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook meals. There are 2 local taverns in the village and a bakery open between 6am-9pm stocking basics. The main supermarket is a 10min drive but stocks a full range. There are also a number of other local taverns in the adjoining villages which are worth a visit and are listed on trip advisor. To book the villa you need to contact Angela direct and payment is made directly to Angela's British bank by bank transfer. As a family of 6 we enjoyed the space the villa had to offer and the location was ideal to visit Larnaca, Limassol, Ayia Napa and Nicosia. Angela ensures the villa is very clean and is exceptionally helpful with information regarding the local area. Please note the electricity plugs are british 3 pin so you do not need to take adaptors for your items. If you wish to use mosquito plugs you will need to take adaptors to use them in the sockets. I would highly recommend this villa for a family stay in Cyprus.

We were really impressed with the images of the villa on line but they were even better in person! The whole downstairs is very spacious which was great for us as we have two toddlers who enjoyed playing there. The service from the villa manager was superb and looked after us very well. We called to say the internet stopped working and she solved the problem for us immediately...one of the kids had unplugged it!! :-/ We were slightly nervous about paying for villa direct as we had never stayed there before but of course there were no problems at all and we were refunded our deposit as soon as we left. We can't wait to come back again!!!

This is our third visit to one of Angela's properties and as always we were not dissapointed.The villa was clean spacious with great decor.The pool and outside dinning area was perfect.The views from the villa were amazing and it was a very peaceful location .I am sure we will visit the villa again .Thanks to you Angela another fab holiday.

A year ago we were in one of Angela's villas and it was clear to us that we must come again. This summer we came back to this villa and we enjoyed every minute. The quiet, calm, peacful, comfortable villa made it to be a perfect vacation! The villa is clean and fully equipped with everything you need and more and the manager Angela is very nice and kind and available for whatever you need. strongly recommended!!!

This is a lovely villa, very convenient from the airport and to major roads. The welcome shopping was excellent and Angela was very helpful in making recommendations and with local knowledge. Accommodation was very clean and the pool was great, games table really popular with our kids and the water park in lamosa was excellent and quite quiet. The local beaches are amazing and very secluded. Angela allowed us to check out of the villa later than we should have for no extra cost which made our late flight back so much easier. Highly recommended, especially if you have children! Lovely county and really friendly local people!
