Our only complaint is we could not get good TV service.

Location of this property is fabulous! Not clean enough for our liking and in a little disrepair. You can definitely tell it is just a rental. It’s also very loud. You can hear everything on the streets and lots of light in the bedrooms. The location though is perfect, so just have to consider what you are most particular about. It worked fine for a weekend girls trip.

We came to house and place was visually clean minus all the nooks and crannies. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. No cable. Towels were thin and old. Door handles broken. Leak in kitchen from upstairs bathroom. Location was great but house needs serious TLC. Worst part was listing said pet friendly we brought our dog and owner instantly called and said I see you have a dog. There is a dog “deposit of 50 bucks”. I paid the deposit. A few weeks later I asked for deposit back. She replied that’s just a fee not a deposit. So I’m guessing the place is not pet friendly. Typical deposits are refunded. Here deposit is another way to charge additional fees.

This was one of the best vrbo's we have stayed at. Loved the decor - you can't help having a great time! Location was perfect - walk to many great restaurants, civil rights museum, Peabody and more. Garage parking a huge plus. Tons of space for all 7 of us to spread out. Property manager was awesome as was owner. Can't say enough good things about this. Highly recommend!!

We had two rentals side by side for my birthday trip to Memphis. This is the third time I have rented from Andy and the rentals are great and perfectly located. I cannot wait for our next trip.

Property was exactly as described in listing. A few things need to be updated: 1. Kitchen sink faucet is loose needs repair 2. Upstairs bathroom tube needs repair slippery almost had falls 3. The mold around tube need repair. 4. Too many nets 5. The stairs has a wire hanging out need to be replaced. 6. The patio not safe still. But overall it was great stay!

We loved the location and the property. Just a couple of blocks from Beale Street with a place to eat or get drinks right across the street. It was also within walking distance to the National Civil Rights Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as seen on pictures. The host responded very promptly to our questions. The house is beautiful and in a great location where you don’t have to leave the house (front outside) to enjoy the Fun! There is ONLY one problem. All the TVs are outdated with no cable nor any of them are smart TVs. There for if you bring any kids are someone who wanted to relax in watch Tv, that want be happening!!!!!! Other than that this would be the place to book.

**THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW** First, this property is located within a good walk to a lot of attractions in Memphis. Decorated nicely, very roomy and the couch could seat a football team! However, our stay was over shadowed with all the issues we experienced and the owner and VRBO will not respond to calls or emails and now we have been charged MORE for something we did not do. To start....the roof top deck advertised and pictured is structurally not sound to be on and hasn't been according to the guest book dated back to 2012. With luggage still being carried in, I went to turn on the sink and leaned into the countertop and the front sink panel of the cabinet fell off and landed on my barefoot piercing it with the 1/4" nail that barely held it in place. I tried to place it back but the other then fell off. In an email I explained that to the owner, property manager and to VRBO even sending photos to prove the condition of it [property mgr acknowledged its more maintenance issue not damage to] and have been ignored. That cabinet repair is now costing me an additional $400 to fix when it wasn't right in the first place! The first morning, our group of ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday [yes 60...not the cabinet crashing type] we went to drive somewhere and saw that our garage door that was closed the night before was now open! Luckily the cleaning woman was trying to enter the unit next to us, witnessed our reactions and we all saw that ALL the garages were open EXCEPT the one she was trying to enter! She said there had been a glitch in the system and she was trying to fix it. Our cars and only door into the unit, we thought was secured but was not. To add, the Private gated lot that only renters can use with a code was not so private as it remained open our entire stay allowing many vehicles to park AND block OUR garage making it impossible most of the time to drive! In all, we were ok with the place, it wasn't as clean as we'd prefer [my sheets had make up on them- not stains] but we didn't go to Memphis for a spa experience. The roof top deck was a bummer not be able to use resulting in us standing in the jailcell like porch and people watching..... which I would NOT recommend this place for a family with young ones-teens included! We accepted all these issues as Adults realizing that perfection is hard to find: Was our safety compromised-Yes. Could my foot have gotten infected from the rusty nail - Yes. Was it dirty - Yes. We have a large family of 7, and we took our kids friends, the house was so nice, no one wanted to go outside.. The owner leaves a instruction binder, READ It!

This was the biggest condo I've ever encountered. My family and I one by one were getting lost because it's so spacious. Overall we really enjoyed our stay no major complaints. The property manager was very prompt in communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again

Party pad for sure. Good space to gather and close to restaurants and bars near Beale Street. Kitchen is not equipped to cook. Plan on eating out a lot. Good decor for the area, well thought out. Mosquitoes all in the house so that was annoying and garage door would work sometimes. Bedding and towels were clean but nothing else. Hair in tub. Dirty rugs. Would be a 5 rating if we didn't care about that. All in what you are looking for.

The shower in the master bedroom leaked through the ceiling and recessed lights on to the bedroom floor beneath and made a big mess.Contacted management and they did nothing.Wi fi didn’t work and only two out of four TVs worked.The unit next door had 16 college age adults and were up till after 4am every night being so loud you could not sleep.There was another leak above the steps where mildew or mold is all over the wall.The location is great but would not stay again.They obviously are aware of the problems but never called back after initial contact.
