Great location, grocery store nearby! Enjoyed the terrace!

Gerardo was excellent to deal with. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Loved the terrace. Great hospitality. Highly recommend. Close to restaurants and shops.

We were so happy to stay in this apartment, which had the most amazing balcony, which was huge and wrapped around the building. With views to the sea, Vesuvius and the mountains, it was the perfect place to relax. The host’s parents were really kind and welcoming and gave us homemade lemoncello, lemons, tomatoes from their garden and biscuits. We were really pleased with the location; a short walk from Netto supermarket, a fab pizzeria called Decanter and the most amazing cake shop called Monica’s. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

We had a great time here and the apartment was fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked. The place was very clean. The location is ideal....Far enough from town to be quiet, yet very accessible to the main part of Sorrento. ( about 10 min walk to the center) Within a 100 meters / yards of the apartment there are two markets , a pizzeria and a wonderful local trattoria. We didn't use the AC much but when we did it was powerful and cooled well. Since you are high up, there was a breeze that kept us cool without the AC most days. One of the main attributes is the very large terrace / balcony. It is larger than the apartment and you have views of Vesuvius across the bay. We ate all our breakfasts out there. The washing machine was vey good and with the breeze, all the clothes dried very quickly. The owner is very receptive and welcoming. We were 3 people (my wife and I and grandson). We used this as a base to see the Amalfi coast, Naples , Sorrento itself, Pompeii etc. 10 min walk to the train station and a bit more to the harbor to catch the boat to Naples. I am not sure what could be improved on.

Everything about this apartment was fabulous! The location is brilliant, less than 10 mins walk into the main square, supermarket and loads of restaurants 2 mins walk. Owners parents met us at the gate to let us in, show us around and explain how everything worked. Owner was also available to contact via WhatsApp and replied immediately to any queries! Apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked, even providing all the general necessities but also everything you might need during your stay- adapter plugs, liquid for washing machine, shower gel etc that normally you have to purchase. Loads of towels, even ones for the beach. The views from the balcony was the icing on the cake - spectacular!

Great placement and views

You won’t find better than this place for your stay in Sorrento. Spacious, clean, perfectly located and the patio…. Incredible! We were met by the kindest Italian couple to let us in and give us the information and keys to the apartment. They gifted us lemons, tomatoes, limoncello and homemade olive oil. We had plenty of towels and the AC is strong. Highly recommended.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk to train station and to main square. 15 min walk to port to catch boats to Capri or Palermo. The rooftop terrace is exceptional!! Views in every direction. Supermarket and cafe all within 400 meters walk. Would highly recommend.

We had so much fun and enjoyed the apartment. It was a 15 min walk to the center of town. Hosts were lovely and responsive to all our inquiries. The driver they recommended was amazing and the local restaurant was quite authentic and delicious! Thanks for a great vacation!

The apartment was located a short walk from the busy square with restaurants and shopping in a quite neighborhood. Grocery store and fantastic local restaurant nearby. The views from the huge terrace were fantastic, great sunset views. Thank you to Gerardo and his wife for checking us in and sharing their homemade limoncello and olive oil, it was so good.

So close and easy walk to all we wanted to see. The space was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the private terrace and feeling of being away from the congestion and crowds. We would stay there again!

Used Sorrento as a base for exploring the Sorrentine peninsula in early June. Loved Sorrento and Gerardo's family apartment. They are the most welcoming hosts. Gerardo's father and mother were there to greet us upon arrival making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They provided olive oil, Limoncello, lemons, oranges, and fresh eggs. I have not had a VRBO rental with a more personal touch and caring from the owners. The apartment location is perfect with only a short walk to the town center. The outdoor space is great with the views being postcard perfect. Could not have been better. Thanks Gerardo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The terrace has an incredible view from all sides. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great. Only a short walk into the centre and there was a brilliant Netto supermarket at the end of the road. We were welcomed with open arms when we arrived. We would highly recommend staying here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place with fantastic views.

This is a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. This flat is owned by a wonderful family. Geraldo was my main contact. He responded quickly and is fluent in English, which was helpful since we know only some Italian. His father Francesco and is wife checked us in. Even though they did not speak English, we were able to communicate well enough. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect; close walking distance to the main Piazza Tasso and close to several grocery stores, but out of the hassle and bussle so it's quiet. Geraldo even helped us with car service back to Naples upon our departure. Francesco knocked on our door to let us know our ride was waiting for us! What service! Upon checking in, we were given limoncello, which is a local specialty. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the wonderful apartment in the gorgeous city of Sorrento. Definitely 5 stars!

This was a very roomy and clean penthouse apartment, in a great location with wonderful views from the outdoor patio! We appreciated the warm welcome at checkin and homemade limoncello. Spring travel dates may be impacted by the government imposed heating restrictions which we were surprised by and in the unseasonably cool weather, we had no access to the radiators for heating. We could only use the main hallway unit and two space heaters. But other than that it all worked out for a wonderful week on the Amalfi coast!

We would have liked more comfortable seating on the outside patio. We stayed 3 weeks so wanted to enjoy the patio however the overall facilities and location were perfect.

We were greeted by the proprietor's charming parents who prepared for us a fresh fruit basket and homemade limoncello! Penthouse is on the top floor of the building with a huge wrap around balcony with amazing views. The rooms are a good size and suitable for a family of 4-6. A cozy kitchen with with ample pots and pans. The location is just 6 min. walk to the main shopping street of Sorrento, and a min. walk to a large well stocked grocery store and nice restaurants far enough from the main street as not to be tourist traps. The train station is a 15 min. walk, there is a gradual uphill walk from the main street which required moderate effort with luggage. Highly recommend!

Lovely hosts. Very clean apartment with a very large deck. Close to everything without being right in the middle of the action all the time.

Wonderful apartment! Very spacious, great light through big windows in every room. Gorgeous views and and an absolutely huge terrace. Extremely clean in all rooms! Comfortable beds with clean linens. Pleasant and safe. Parking was not an option for us, so we paid to park at a private lot -8 minute walk away from apartment. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We were met by our hosts and shown around the apartment and showed us how to work the appliances and rolling screens on the windows.They were very friendly and provided fruits and water. There is a wonderful restaurant down the street called Torna a Surriento, wonderful owner very welcoming and funny. The food was delicious, starters were fabulous, egg plant parmigiana was one of my favorites. All of the pasta dishes were amazing . We ate there a few times. The apartment is up the hill just a few minutes away from the centro which made it very quiet. There are two markets near by and further down a pastry coffee shop. Because of the current situation Italy is rationing everyone’s use of heat. Dec. 8th is the forecasted day that residents and businesses can start using their heat for a few limited hours a day. We were quite chilly once the sun went down. We just had to dress warmly in the apartment. We did enjoy the deck during the day. We highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic penthouse apartment with amazing views from 3 sides of the bay, Vesuvius and hills of sorrento. Fully stocked kitchen. Spotless. Lots of space. Easy walk to central area, harbor and train station. Roman foot trails through charming neighborhoods abound. Trattoria with the kindest and most gregarious host who serves supreme eggplant Parmigiana just around the block. Would never stay anywhere else in sorrento.

We were 4 adults staying in Sorrento as our home base to visit the Almalfi Coast. This apartment was just outside the city center and a perfect place to enjoy our time here. The apartment was nice and clean with beautiful views from a wrap around patio to the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive. There is a grocery store just at the corner and there are nice restaurants right down the street. It was a short walk to Piazza Tasso and all the action. The train station was also a very quick walk. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in beautiful Sorrento.

Good location and nice, small apartment. Unfortunately the WiFi went out in our room so we had the neighbors banging on our door after 23:00 TWICE because they share the WiFi in our room and wanted us to reset it. Waking us up and our toddler with us. Very inconvenient for us because we had to leave early morning to fly out. Everything else was good. Love the location.

The apartment is clean and large, with the most amazing views! There is a very large patio, and this was the highlight of the apartment. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed wine, while in awe of the spectacular views. Amazing! It is on the 5th floor of the building, but it does have an elevator. A tiny elevator, but it works great. This was our first time in Italy, and the location of the apartment was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. Perfect! The hosts met us on the road, which was awesome, and showed us how to work everything in the apartment. They were kind and thorough. Absolutely recommend!!
