Polozenie przy samej plazy, w ladnej zatoce (niestety mialo to rowniez swoj minus, poniewaz nagromadzenie kilku ogromnych budynkow hotelowych generowalo mase ludzi na plazy, ktora byla potwornie zatloczona). Mielismy pokoj z widokiem na morze w pierwszej linii od plazy, sam pokoj bez szalu, ale czysty i z ladnym widokiem. Bardzo mily personel hotelowy.
Brak parkingu hotelowego (co oznaczalo koniecznosc krazenia okolicznymi uliczkami w poszukiwaniu miejsca do zaparkowania), mylace zdjecia zaplecza basenowo-rekreacyjnego dla dzieci - to, co na zdjeciach wygladalo na pokaznych rozmiarow zjezdzalnie, na miejscu okazalo sie odpowiednie wylacznie dla maluszkow, ale kompletnie nie odpowiadalo potrzebom naszych dzieci w wieku 8-11 lat. Hotel wybralismy na 1 noc, wiedzac, ze nie odpowiada ogolnie naszemu stylowi spedzania czasu na wakacjach, ale dzieciom zalezalo na zjezdzalniach, co jak sie okazalo bylo duzym rozczarowaniem. Wszystkie baseny byly zlokalizowane pomiedzy / otoczone budynkami, co przy ogolnej betonozie i temperaturach powyzej 30 stopni bylo nie do zniesienia. Sniadanie przecietne, ale dalo sie cos wybrac.

El apartamento era completo y bien ubicado.
Andar con las toallas de la playa desde la recepción hasta los apartamentos ida y vuelta.
Un día cerrraron una piscina por presencia de cristales teniendo que desplazarnos a l del edificio principal. La piscina infantil está masificada. No hay ningún control sobre las personas alojadas. No se comprueba nombre en el desayuno ni en nada y se nota que hay gente que se cuela de fuera del hotel.

Perfektní lokace.Krasne, čisté a prostorné studio. Bohatá snídaně, ochotný personal. Perfektní po všech stránkách!

Resort was nice and clean, quite new with good facilities for young kids. Location right next to beach with free street parking. Only thing is that it said you can make use of hotel shuttle bus from airport,but it is outsourced and they ask very high price so we ended up renting a car after all.
More clear communication on the hotel shuttle service, this is outsourced and very expensive that it makes more sense to rent a car.

Essen war gut, tolle Auswahl. Lage am Strand war top! Der Strand ist super schön. Zimmerservice und Sauberkeit im Hotel war gut. Unterkunft gut.
Pool sollte beheizt werden. So ist er trotz Neopren nicht genutzt werden. Mit Solar sollte das auch kein Problem sein und die Kosten würden sich in Grenzen halten. Für die urlaubsqualität wäre es ein riesiger Gewinn.
Bettdecken sind wie überall im Süden Laken mit Wolldecken darüber. Damit kamen unsere Kinder gar nicht zurecht. Die Wolldecken finde ich persönlich auch unhygienisch, da ich bezweifle, dass sie regelmäßig gewaschen werden.
Kaffeemaschine fehlte.

Zarezerwowałyśmy apartment z widokiem na morze i to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Nie było problemu z halsem dzieci na basenie, było prywatnie na tarasie z przepięknym widokiem 🥰🌴🌊 do dyspozycji gości codzienne atrakcje i baseny. Mimo że jest to hotel dla rodzin (pewnie z wycieczek zorganizowanych) to udało nam się tego tak nie odczuć.

Location and convenience of amenities was perfect with families. It made a family trip feel like a real vacation. It is a very safe and honest place. I dropped my wallet at the store across the street, someone found it and brought it to the hotel reception. The Hotel called me immediately. Nothing was taken. This is not common where I am from (USA). I was deeply grateful and impressed with the professionalism at the hotel. My children loved the beach and pool options. The rooms were large and comfortable. We will sing Hipotels praises to all who will listen.

The hotel was great and kids were well catered for. Great facilities.
The persons at the reception desk did not have the correct information. They thought doctors were going to be there but this was not the case In the end we had an emergency and had to rush to the hospital as we ended up waiting for a doctor that was never going to arrive. very bad, especially at a family hotel with hundreds of kids.
Also there was a miscommunication regarding the airport transfer. somehow the hotel thinks that it is ok to put a highly pregnant woman and a 2 year old on a bus that takes hours to get to the hotel. And to top it off they try and rip one off by charging the same as the taxi for this transfer. Top tip: take a taxi to the hotel. pay the money. much less stressful.

Rooms clean, close to beach, pool OK.
Breakfest was nothing special. Long queue for everything (toast, eggs, ham, etc.). Very noisy, quality of coffee terrible. No juice, only sweet something from the machine.

Buffet restaurants can get really crowded and loud. The water from all pools were extremely cold, also the kids one, which could be an exception 😉

Its right by a fantastic beach!
And we were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the beach.

The view from our room was very nice with a direct view of the beach.
The hotel was bigger than expected, with multiple outdoor pools.
The pool area was super nice, and not crowded/blocked by towels (was not allowed by the hotel).
We arrived around 3 AM, but it was no problem to check in.

staff were all very friendly and helpful
Fitness centre was off site (5 min walk up the road) at a gym with plenty of equipment
