Beautiful clean home on a gorgeous property with amazing views easily within walking distance. Also access to a hike down to hideaway beach and queens baths within easy walking distance.

If you’re looking for quiet, nature and beauty there’s nothing not to like. We were coming from Oahu, so getting away from the city was fine with us.

Location was good. Easy walk to the pizza restaurant and ocean bluff for the views. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was clean and roomy for 4 adults. Loved the roomy bathrooms and showers! Loved the colors and the brightness of the rooms.

Bigger coffee mugs. Updated coffee machines, nespresso or keurig. The leather couch was hot and no recliner except the small chair. The neighbors in unit 14 were constantly smoking pot and had friends over Saturday. They were so loud and kept yelling. The pot smell and the noise was so bad we had to leave.

House was very clean, and beautiful! Keys were very easy to access. I liked that the lights and ac were on, since we got in late from our flight it was nice to come into a cooler house without it being pitch black.

Based on the pictures I thought the patio opened up to the cliff side, but it opened up to a grass area instead.

Nice size unit with 2 beds and baths. Living room was very comfortable with large TV and excellent furniture. Ceiling fan made the room very comfortable. Peaceful outside sitting area. Great location.

Patio door didn’t lock. Air conditioning was not central and one of the room air conditioners appeared to be on the same circuit as the microwave so the circuit was tripped when the microwave was used. Fan controls did not work for upstairs ceiling fan.

Spacious condo, quiet complex, and a great pool! The location was great for the value!

The unit had portable A/c units, which worked well - however, the windows and fans were off when we got there and it took a full two days for the upstairs room to cool down enough to be bearable. Ants/pests were present, though not obnoxiously so.

Parking space size. We rented a truck for 6.

The location was good. The property was well equipped with kitchen items and beach items (though we didn’t use them). It was very clean and welcoming. Having the pizza pub next door was a good bonus. The pool was lovely and never crowded. The binder with info was very helpful

The extra key was not there (though another was delivered the next day). A map of the complex would have been good since we had problems finding the pool. The upstairs room was very hot even with the portable AC. The neighbors next door were obviously annoyed that we were there despite the fact that we tried to stay quiet but had toddlers that were sometimes loud but we shushed them as fast as we could. (Not during quiet hours just in general during the early evening or morning.)

This was not the actual property we stayed at as they were doing renovations so they moved us to Manu Kai 8. So that is what I am reviewing. It was big and spacious. We had a great time here.

Could not fault the property at all. My only recommendation would be to have a kettle
