We had a lovely stay as the property is very clean and has everything we needed for a great holiday. Having an allocated parking space was very useful as all the car parks in Camber were full due to the very hot weather. It’s within a few minutes of the beach but in a quieter road. We would definitely stay again.

Helpful hosts and very close to the beach. You can access the dunes more or less down the same road as where the house is suitated. Lovely conservatory and relaxing home in general. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in the door the pictures we had seen did not do the house justice. The decor and finishing touches were really lovely. The kitchen has everything you could wish for to make for an easy stay. Quiet location, even though it was busier in Camber than expected. I would highly recommend this property. Nina is very accommodating and should be very proud of her house. We both enjoyed our stay very much. Steph & Phil.

Stayed for a few days at this conveniently located property a few minutes walk from Camber Sands Beach. Lovely property with everything I needed for the few days I was there. Located near to both the beach and transport link into Rye, as well as some local shops/ restaurants for food and drinks. Nina met me at the property and was very welcoming and helpful.

Really great location, just a few minutes walk for the lovely sandy beach. Nice comfortable house, just a shame the washing machine and dryer weren’t working during our stay.

We are a family of 4 with a 14yr old and a 12yr old. The house has been so tastefully decorated and it was a great base for our holiday. The fact that the hosts provide bikes, windbreaks, DVD’s and games is great. It is also genuinely 5 minutes to the beach! There is no wifi which is restrictive if you need to work or have teens who want their own time after a full on family day and I think the price increase to cover this is easily justified. There is however, digital TV so lots to watch after a day out and about if needed. There is no washing machine, which we knew in advance, again a pain but there is a laundrette less than 2 mins walk so again not a deal breaker. The area is in desperate need of investment from a facilities point of view but the houses are well kept and the beach is beautiful and as I say the house was a great base. Hastings is just 30 mins away which is great for rainy days (Smugglers Adventure and the Aquarium) and has a lovely old town to walk through as well as your usual sea side amusements, Bodium Castle is also nearby. Rye is beautiful and also has the local Jempson’s which has everything you can need and more, but is a little pricy in comparison to your usual supermarket. If you want rock pools, Pett Level Beach is the place but go at low tide. Keeping closer to home you MUST go to The Owl, less than 5 minutes walk from the house and the food and service is amazing. We had a bit of contact with the host, Nina, both before and during our stay and she was responsive and informative each time.

This is the perfect base for a beach holiday at Camber. A couple of minutes stroll to the sandy beach with some pubs/restaurants within walking distance. The house is spacious and the parking space is a definite bonus, not needing to compete with the day-visitors (the little town gets busy with all car park full by 10am on a sunny day!). Lots of useful local information within the house and Nina was helpful and showed us around the house when we checked in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, thank you.

Camber sands a lovely beech. We felt a bit cheated that although the online details said well equipped kitchen and showed a picture of a washing machine, it was not in use. The owner said it was not listed on the website as one of the features. Seems a bit invidious to me. Otherwise lovely and clean , though it reminded me a new loo brush and potato peeler every few years would be a good idea. The owner was contactable easily . We suggest the website be updated to explain no washer so folk bring more clothes than we did. Thank you. A

A comfortable, well equipped cottage in a peaceful location less than 200 metres from the sand dunes and beach. We had a lovely relaxing break.

This property is in a fantastic location if looking for a beach stay. There are bars and restaurants close by and the property has everything that you need. Easy check in too. Would stay again.

This was a lovely seaside holiday house that had everything we needed. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with and left instructions for how everything works. This is a great, basic property that has easy access to the beach, it was clean and tidy and is a great option for a seaside holiday. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful three night break in Camber Sands and this property was ideal. Perfect location, minutes walk to the beach and some restaurants. We were lucky with the weather which meant we could spend most of our time exploring the dunes! The house was lovely and clean, and was perfect for a short break!

The house is very near to Camber Beach, just a few minutes to walk. There are shops nearby, where you can get all what you need. The house itself is well equipped with alll what you need for your day and for cooking. We found a comfortable, very clean house where we enjoyed to stay for, unfortunately, for just ten days only.
