Great dog friendly property. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower with fab pressure! Plenty of firewood for the fire, just had to buy kindling. Access to main door was not close to car, not ideal if its raining on arrival or departure. Clean and tidy. Location was quiet and handy to CBD. Appreciate that we could bring our dog on holiday.

I can’t rate this property highly enough. My partner, 2 yr old and small dog needed somewhere central to stay during our visit to Taranaki. Not only did we find that but the property was incredibly clean, spacious and light.
But it was the small details like the fluffiest towels (& plenty of them), comfortable beds & linen), hallway storage full of games and toys, child’s playhouse, 2 bathrooms, clothes drying rack, plenty of kitchen utensils etc…
Communication was also really prompt especially when I had questions.
Thank you so much we had a great time exclamation exploring Taranaki and it was so nice to come home to relax at different parts of the day.

This accommodation was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were a great size and had everything we needed. Bathroom was lovely and the water pressure was excellent. Having a separate toilet was also useful.
Being fully fenced meant our puppies could run around outside to their hearts content.
Looking forward to staying here again!!

Very clean property. Well presented with excellent location and amenities. Very private. Sandra is an excellent hostess. The pikelets and jam upon arrival were a nice touch and much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and property had everything we needed. Only complaint is the tenants upstairs who stomped around at all hours, had loud conversations late at night. We were careful not to disturb them but it wasn’t reciprocated unfortunately.

This is a really well appointed ground level apartment with a quiet, private back yard. Guest comfort has been well considered.

Thanks Sandra, we loved your spot. It was very quiet and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and good wifi. We could walk to a couple of bakeries, enjoyed breakfast at the Hub, and loved Fitzroy beach.

The property is well placed and located close to all amenities and the beach. Air Conditioning would be a positive investment and improve the living conditions given that the humidity in the area is high. As a plus the entrance is private and we had the ability to circulate air within the living areas. Further to this they provide fans in the rooms which were great.
The Wifi is average so if you have kids who stream its a challenge.
Given my feedback I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to New Plymouth. It provides great value.

The apartment was big and bright and so comfortable. Nice patio for eating all your meals and close to all the shops . A perfect spot for your Taranaki vacation

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything there that we needed. Floors must be thin as could hear every step (stomp) that the tenant upstairs took.

Over it was a lovely place to stay very clean and well communicated...the only issued we had was that by 9pm we had to keep the noise down we had a few games and laughing alot the games were so funny anyway it was spoilt by people living upstairs stomping thete feet for us to quite down our laughter.. which was annoying...and having the owner email me to to keep the noise down when all we were doing was enjoying our night and laughing.. l think if your only going to be there for one night you can at least enjoy your stay..l know for next time not to get accommodation with a dwelling above with tenants living above you...

Manager fantastic. Communication great and very welcoming. Left biscuits which were welcomed.
Apartment much bigger than expected. Lovely and clean and had what we needed. Beds comfy. Shower fantastic.
Location great.
Only downside was apartment upstairs. Woke us each morning at 5.30 and left us guessing gym equipment being used each night as house shook and very loud. We probably annoyed them to with tantrums from toddler. Not much sound proofing.

Great property - spotlessly clean, nicely furnished & very comfortable. The only downside is that there is another property upstairs so we did get some transmitted noise.

We had a lovely holiday and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the BBQ, help arrived within 10 mins and a replacement BBQ was immediately provided - brilliant service. Thank you Sandra.
