Beautiful house on the Ocean. House stocked with everything. Beautiful view from the porch. Niced vacation rental I'v ever stayed. Our group of 12 were super comfortable.

We booked this house for a work retreat. The house was clean and well-stocked. Most of the bedrooms were on the main floor and the large bunk room was upstairs with an amazing panoramic view. The bedding was clean and comfortable and there were more than enough towels and dinnerware for everyone. My only regret was that we did not have time to use the water toys/equipment because of our meetings. Communication was prompt and clear. Check out was a breeze.

This home has everything you can imagine, you truly can just show up. This is a great spot short walk to local beaches and very pet friendly. We will be back!

This was a great property all the amenities and more. Very impressive on what all was provided from the kitchen to the beach and the for the kids. We will definitely be back next time for much longer.

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children (one infant) very much enjoyed this property. When they say it is fully stocked, they mean it. We had everything we needed plus surprise treasures and outstanding outdoor equipment. The ocean views were wonderful but the river/beach access with all the amenities was prize-winking for relaxing fun for all ages.

My family had a great time at this beach house! The house is located on two bodies of water, ocean on one side and intercostal/river on the other side. The view was stunning!. We were welcomed by a nice basket filled with the beach necessities and snacks. That was very thoughtful. I’ve never been to a rental place that was well stocked as this house was I mean they thought of everything! Everything you need for a baby and your fur fam was there. They also had all the equipment for water activities including kayaks, snorkel gears, boards and more. The kitchen was fully stocked including all the condiments and spices. It felt like I was in my own kitchen. All of us loved having a separate ice maker too. Al, the property manager responded quickly to all of my questions and was very informative. He gave us great suggestions on places to eat, where to get groceries and fun things to do. The beach was beautiful but it was very rocky and slippery which made it difficult to get into the water even with water shoes. I would also use a bug spray if it is not breezy to avoid getting noseeum bites. Everyone agreed that this place had the best checkout procedures! It was so nice to simply gather your stuff and leave without worrying about all the things we have to do before leaving. We were told that their cleaning crew will take care of everything. This is a great place for a family to enjoy!

I cannot say enough great things about this house. In reading all of the reviews, it seems almost too good to believe, but it is even better than you think. We have rented lots of beach homes and nothing even comes close to comparing to this. Al is amazing to work with and really does thing of everything. It makes your vacation so nice, because you really do not worry about anything while there and he thinks of it all. We loved having the river side beach area where we would start and end our days and then spend the afternoons at the ocean side. Just perfect in all regards.

We love renting from Al! He and his team are sooo thoughtful and thorough. They have so much available, pack n play, highchairs, baby gates, all the beach toys you could ever want, coffee, tea, water, laundry pods, foam plates/bowls, plenty of towels, blankets, and soooo much more. Not to mention the comfy beds and tvs in every room, even the master bathroom. Best part besides the views, you don’t have any ‘chores’ at the end of the trip. Nothing, just to ‘relax’. It’s why we keep coming back year after year!

Great place with plenty to do for all age groups. Also lots of space so people can spread out if they choose to.

This house was a GEM! We couldn't have asked for a better staycation. Waking up to the beach, playing on the very well-equipped river, then ending our day at the beach again was AMAZING. The entire family cannot stop talking about how great it was. We had from ages 2-60 at the house, and they all had a blast (even the pups)! The only minor glitch we had was the dryer wouldn't start, and Al sent someone over with lightning speed to fix it. Communication was above and beyond. We were all VERY happy. The thought and effort that went into these homes for guests to enjoy their stay is impressive, so much so that we booked another house immediately.

We had the best time and absolutely loved this immaculate place as it had everything we could think of and beyond! From the complimentary slippers, bathrobes, gift baskets (filled with sunscreen, snacks, and bathroom gift baskets were amazing), fully stocked kitchen with plethora of paper products/dinnerware, to the many beach toys of fun kayaks, boogie boards, hot tub, beach swing, snorkel gear, every life jacket size possible, putting green, bikes….You all surely did not forget one thing we could possibly have needed! Al Roberts is amazing to work with before and during our stay and responded quickly with all our questions and needs (dishwasher broke down first night and Al sent his mechanics over and after testing it several times, they ended up bringing in a new dishwasher, transferred all our dishes into the new one and ran it for us so it was clean within hours!) We loved sitting on the 4 chairs overlooking the ocean every day and having Stuart nearby to shop and dine! Absolutely would recommend this house to anyone with 8-10 adults with kids who are active! Very safe area. Plenty of parking, you can bring a boat or 2 to dock in your backyard beach area, and fish or have a bonfire s’more party as plenty of chairs with a covered bar area to use!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family of 10 comfortably. Al was extremely responsive and Beach Houses in Paradise think of everything you could possibly need.

My family stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. This property exceeded my expectations! No need to leave the property because there is so much to do at the house. We will definitely be back!

Every little detail was well thought; the house has all amenities needed and more. The property manager was available to answer questions and help us with what was needed.

This house was fully stocked. Accommodations were some of the best that I’ve ever seen. Everything was there from boogie boards to life jackets. Tons of toys and things for the kids. Tents, beach chairs and bikes. Fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, paper goods and condiments. The description is a little misleading and the house is pretty small. We were a group of 15. There is three legit bedrooms and a loft. The fourth bedroom looks like it might’ve been a closet to the master bedroom that they tried to turned into a bedroom. The only thing in there is a bed no closet and no space at all and it connects to the master. There is definitely not a pool with this house. The pictures are a little misleading as the furniture in the pictures is actually miniature furniture. I would call it an oversized hot tub. The bathrooms are very tiny also. With that said the beach view is beautiful. So if you are looking for that this is the house. The ocean is pretty Rockies so I would recommend water shoes while you’re out there as it can be dangerous. There was lots of ways when we were there so the kids had a good time doing that. The lake side is nice. The water kind of smells and I would not swim in there personally but we did use the paddle boards over there and the kids fished. They also had a full stock of rods and fishing supplies. There were lots of extra beds tucked away but the size of the house really could not accommodate any more people in the main living space. Only one large refrigerator which is tough for large groups. Lots of nice TVs throughout. The weight room is also misleading. It is in the garage but not big enough to stand up in. You can work out laying down. If you are taller than 5’5 you can’t stand up in there. Lots of great things in this house and we did enjoy it but make sure you know what you are getting. Bathtub beach down the road was super nice. The kids and adults enjoyed that. Kind of a mixed review here. We would probably not book again just because it was to small for our family and there is no pool and that is something we enjoy.

We loved our stay. Full of activity options for all ages. Well stocked, well kept. A place you will be happy to return to.

Beautiful laid back home. Well stocked with absolutely everything. Loved ocean side AND river side. Impeccable response to our requests! Very comfy for age 7 months to 64! Very little need to leave this paradise but did enjoy Kyle’s Steakhouse and Dolphins. Would love to return some days as many memories made! Check out was very different from other properties as no long list of stuff to do morning of departure—just relax they take care of everything! I am officially spoiled!

It was wonderful having the 2 beaches. Fishing, kayaking and swimming was great on the riverside. Always a cool breeze from the ocean. Plenty of seating outside. All the extras that were included saved us a lot of shopping. Too many to name. We won't be back here because it is an 8 hour drive. Hopefully I can find a 2 beach place further north. I expect 2 more additions to the family next year and the house will be too small. It was a tight fit this time.

Listing is spot on! Main living area is a tad smaller than the pictures and video online. Here are a few things to note: *Bring your own PS4/XBox games or log in and download *When the house says they have it all...they have it all!!! Tea, Coffee, Oil, Spices, Paper Products, Sugar, etc *Wear water shoes on the river side (they are provided) *Use bug spray at ALL times (cans of it provided in laundry room) *Travel toiletries provided for each bathroom *Laundry soap plus fabric sheets provided *Buy and bring with you bug bite itch cream *Beach, in front of house, was rocky (large rocks/stones) *Pool is an overside hot tub * Sleep mask are a MUST for the loft *Tons of board games, water games, puzzles, beach games, ping pong & a small workout area. *AC works VERY WELL! Bring sweatshirts! Overall, we would stay here again! Our teenagers got a little antsy towards the end with little to do as far as teenager stuff ;) Touristy stuff you must drive to! If you are content with staying put, then do not even think about it, book it! We utilized Instacart for grocery delivery! It was wonderful!

We were truly amazed at the attention to detail with our vacation stay. I had read descriptions and reviews and knew it was mentioned to just bring your clothes and buy your food and you’d be set, but that really was true! All the small things you’ll need are there. No need for a dozen trips to the store to get the little necessities you may need or may have forgotten. No need to pack any “toys” for the beach or river. They’re all there provided for your use. We were pleasantly surprised and quite impressed with our rental! It truly made our stay all the more special.

Couldn’t have been better, these homeowners are over the top in covering everything! We had an amazing time and will for sure come back. They make this place worth every penny! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing time and were very happy with our experience! The home was stocked very well and the attention to detail of anything one might want was great! We even had a surprise opportunity to canoe by the dolphins.We will definitely consider another visit.

Our family had a fantastic time at this comfortable and beautiful home. The beach and view was stunning! The house was so STOCKED with everything we could imagine and the organized system made it so simple to navigate. We loved all the toys, amenities and the local area too. The dock and river area was a perfect place to relax. Thank you for a wonderful location for our mom's 80th birthday vacation!

14 members of our family were hosted by Al Robert’s. Atlantic Ocean on front of property, lagoon on the rear of property. This was a special week for all of us…and yes, we typically return year after year.

We planned months in advance for this family reunion. We were from Seattle so the setting was perfect for November. The home was comfortable and bright facing the ocean. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week stay.

We stayed at Gemini Beach in June of 2021. It is now almost 6 months later and the trip has stuck with us. We often find ourselves looking at the pictures, reminiscing about our shared time together, and commenting about what a great house it was. Of course the location can't be beat, but a big part of what made it so wonderful was the care for and attention to detail from Al, the property manager. It was such a great experience, that for our next vacation, we will be checking out one of Al's other amazing properties. He truly does go above and beyond!

If you’re flying to get there, keep in mind that they have a dollar tree a couple miles away that is stocked with travel size everything, name brands included. Wonderful stay : ))

Would do it again

We all want to stay here again! We loved it. The only thing is the pool is a big hot tub like. Not a big pool. But that was ok with us. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The owner provides almost everything for you (literally)! All the water adult toys. Awesome!! My grown kids loved them!! My husband and I loved that one there is a beach that is right off the porch and a dock to dish off and a place to hang out/have dinner all just a couple of hundred steps on the backside of the house. Beautiful settings everywhere!! You come into the house with soft music playing and it smells like paradise. I am in love!! Thank you so much with our lovely spot!!! ❤️
