Meine Familie ist es gewohnt, dass ich besondere Ferienwohnungen aussuche, aber als wir hier die Tür geöffnet haben, waren alle sprachlos: sehr hohe und große Räume, hochwertige Wandvertäfelung und Fenster, modernes Bad und schöner Innenhof. Mit hat vor allem die ruhige Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Fluss und Burg (La Cité) gefallen. Großer Plarz mit Spielplatz vor der Tür. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das alles zu einem angemessenen Preis und kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Übergabe/Anreise mit Schlüsselbox unproblematisch. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht, Schlafzimmer links Tür klemmt. Sitzpolster für Gartenmöbel regengeschützt aufbewahren. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, können uns aber auch längeren Aufenthalt vorstellen.

Sehr große Wohnung. Super Lage. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf einem Hinterhof. Insgesamt sehr gut. Leider kein deutsches TV.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et élégant. La maison était fraîche et sans Clim. La propriétaire très à l’écoute et vraiment gentille. L’appartement est très bien équipé et proche des points touristiques et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié. Nous reviendrons.

Grand appartement, spacieux et idéalement placé, entre Cité et Canal du midi, joliment décoré. Petite déception sur l'extérieur, avec du mobilier vétuste et inconfortable. La cour aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Dommage, car bel espace !

This beautiful apartment in Carcassonne was a great place for our family getaway to Carcassonne (1 almost-3-year-old, 2 parents, 2 grandparents). The check-in and check-out process was very easy, the apartment is clean and well-furnished. It was an easy walk to the castle and to the more modern city center. Our son loved the public square just across from the apartment, with its playground and wonderful children's fountain (perfect for cooling off on a hot afternoon!). The stairs to reach the larger bedroom are rather steep so we were careful to accompany our son every time he wanted to climb them. It is perhaps obvious but is worth pointing out that the apartment is not adapted for people with mobility issues, as you must take a flight of 14 steps down to reach the front door. Once there, however, most of the apartment is on one level or only one step up (wc, large and classy Italian shower). The owner responded promptly to any questions we had, and our stay was smooth and comfortable. We would return again!

Stayed 3 nights and had a very good experience overall. Most amenities you could think of are available in the apartment. Owner is very responsive. Apartment is large and nice inside. Location is great for most Carcassonne activities. The towels could have been a little better and there was not enough paper, but those are minor issues. The apartment fit my family of 5 easily.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment that enhanced our visit to this wonderful town. Spacious, spotlessly clean and well furnished. I would highly recommend

Very clean and elegant property with tasteful decor in an attractive building. Great location on the laid back Gambetta Square with a wonderful view of the medieval city only a stroll away. Just to be aware, one side of the property looks out onto street level, the other side onto a back courtyard. The courtyard has great potential, but is not so developed that one would sit out for breakfast or such. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay, felt quite private, property was well equipped, would return again and can only recommend. Thanks for everything!

The fortress of Carcassonne lies across the river and is also a short, uphill walk away. The only drawbacks were the uneven floor levels and a little traffic noise from a busy street. It’s plenty large for 4 or more but has only one bathroom. We recommend.

Bel appartement, beaux volumes avec une petite cour intérieure agréable. Idéalement situé à 200metres des rues piétonnes et proche de la cité. Petit bémol sur les coussins d exterieur tachés . Mais appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille dans une ville magnifique

Beautiful and so well located. Literally right below the medieval castle and right by the river walk. Loved having so much room to move around. Decor was very classy. Bed was comfortable. Well supplied. Host was a good communicator. Will definitely recommend property.

Stayed here as a family of 4 during July. The apartment is very convenient to both the restaurant / cafe area in town (4 blocks) and to the old city / castle (15 minute walk). Very spacious rooms with high ceilings, lovely quiet courtyard, fully outfitted kitchen and modern bathroom with shower. Slightly warm (it was 95 degrees outside each day) but fan helped and the courtyard side stays cool. Really enjoyed our stay, and the owner’s instructions were perfect.

You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! Beautiful (and large) apartment within walking distance of historic Carcassonne. Very comfortable, clean, and beautiful decor and stained glass! Also, there is convenient and close parking.

L'appartement était extrêmement bien situé à 5 min a pied du centre et 10-15 min de la cité médiévale. Rien ne manquez que ce soit en cuisine ou dans la salle de bain tout y été. Le linge de maison qui était fournis était propre et correspondait au nombre de personnes. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitez !

The apartment was a stylish, spacious and comfortable and well equipped. Given that it was December it was lovely and warm. We came for the Christmas markets and festivities and the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but with lots of good restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. There was a private courtyard outside which would be very useful for sitting out in warmer weather. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend in a beautiful apartment. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to our enquiries.

The apartment is perfect in every way!
