We loved the pool, the quiet location and the lovely warm welcome we received and we really liked Tenerife. In our opinion, the owner of the property, however, needs to invest a little time and money to repair wear and tear in a property that has been rented a long time without any recent updating. The problems are not major - but there are enough neglected things to make the whole place feel a bit shabby and aged. It felt rather basic and wasn't really a home from home: The sofas for example were very stained under the pink throws that had been used to cover them up, there was bathroom furniture which was cracked, ancient and had the laminate falling off. The toilet seats were stained with age, so didn't seem that clean. There was ingrained mould in the shower, the freezer had not been cleaned or defrosted and was full of ice. There were power sockets in the kitchen literally falling off the walls (dangerous, as near water), the power tripped every time we used the oven or more than 1 electric ring at a time. The washing machine was full of mould (we cleaned this before using it). The hot water was instantly scolding hot and dangerous for small children. (There should be a way to regulate water temperature to a safe temperature - it was way too hot and burned hands instantly) The inside of the wardrobes were cluttered with odd dirty blankets and old socks - from past guests, not a very inviting place to put your clean clothes. All pillows are feather and very old/musty. (synthetic pillows with pillow covers that can be washed regularly would be much more sanitary) The TV went off (due to poor internet connection we believe) every time we tried to watch something it would cut out part way through the program , which was a bit frustrating, so we didn't bother watching anything. There were other minor niggles - but nothing that couldn't be put right easily. With an inventory and an update, this house could be really great and made a lot more comfortable for people staying in it.

Josie met us on arrival and gave excellent instructions on how everything worked. Villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Area is quiet apart from the planes which don’t bother us, views over golf course were interesting, but didn’t feel too overlooked actually. Nice restaurants in walking distance, as well as a brilliant little supermarket at Augusta Park. Hoping to return again next year!!

Está situado en una urbanización muy tranquila, muy limpio y una gran atención. Perfecto para vacaciones en familia.

Wir haben als Familie einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa gehabt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool war warm und für die Kinder das Highlight. Die Villa befindet sich direkt am Golfplatz, so dass unsere Kinder auch auf dem Grün spielen und toben konnten. Im Areal des Golfplatzes gab es zur Freude unserer Kinder auch einen Reitstall. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Woche auf Teneriffa verbracht. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und auch die Einweisung vor Ort war super lieb und nett. Josie hat uns vor Ort neben der Villa auch gleich noch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gezeigt. Das Einzige, was man wissen sollte: Die Villa liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass regelmäßig Flugzeuge darüber fliegen - was uns aber nicht wesentlich störte. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen !

Great outdoor space and lovely pool (although we had daily visits from the Pool Men due to a small leak, but this didn't stop us using the pool each day. The villa is within a short walk to bars and restaurants, our favourite bar was 19th Hole! Josie was a star! She met us at the villa and drove us to the big supermarket to get essentials. She was always on hand if we had any questions. Highly recommend this villa.

Josie met us and told us all we needed to know, she said to just ring her if we needed anything. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in the area. Great location, well equipped and very clean. The building works opposite the front are proceeding very slowly (there is a very small workforce) but did not cause us a problem. We would love to return to the villa.

We had a fabulous holiday. There were two familys with 3 children in our party. This was our first time staying in a villa and we couldn't have picked a better one. We were greated by the lovely Jocey on arrival who couldn't have done any more for us, Lesley is very fortunate to have her looking after the guests. The villa itself was superb, everything and more you could have wanted with a lovely pool, which the children loved. We made the most of the bbq. It's in a lovely quiet area, the golf club up the road is worth a visit. We had lovely meals at the restaurant La Marina on the beach front, which is only a short walk from the villa. There is also a lovely pancake house there too. It's worth heading up to golf de sur too. Thank you to Lesley and Jocey for a lovely holiday.

Had one of the most amazing holidays. The pool was great it was fantastic to be able to just jump in when you wanted. With some of the family still in the villa and some outside you felt like you were never separated and worrying about each other her. Some fantastic bars about, the terrace bar is great and food is very cheap but good quality. Also try and walk on again to the swing pool bar. A great day out where ladies can relax with a massage, kids play in the pool and the guys can watch some golf with a pint. Try and head down to the coast just around the corner. There is some great views and also a little cove down there a lot easier to get out and have a swim in the ocean. I am sure we will be going back again very soon.

The villa was superb, well equipped (dishwasher and washing machine) and spotless. Our family had a fantastic time using the pool for swimming and games. The BBQ was huge and we had wonderful evenings on the terrace eating, drinking and relaxing. We chose the bedroom with ensuite bathroom which had a separate entrance area. The further two bedrooms and bathroom had their own entrance area making it seem very private. The lounge and dining area inside (rarely used) was spacious and comfortable. Outside there was ample sun lounges and dining area. What made the villa so lovely was the wonder aspect over the golf course and view out to the sea. The villa is not overlooked like many of the complexes in the area. It felt private and almost secluded. Of course occasional golfers do pass by. There has been previous mention of building works and it would only be fair to mention them. There are buildings being built on the opposite side of the road at the front. The majority of the buildings directly opposite are mainly up/shell/concrete. There is some dust but if you are a regular visitor to Tenerife and know it is windy you also know there is dust. The noise was minimal and not anything that caused disruption or spoilt our holiday and within a few weeks it will all be over and the building completed. We would rent this villa again knowing about this. It is not a built up touristy area which we found to our benefit. There is a supermarket within 4 mins walk and a few bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We met Lesley on arrival she showed us around the property and spent time answering any queries we had. She is a very nice person and takes pride in the property ensuring it is up to her high standard for your stay. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance in Amarilla complex but a stroll to Golf del Sur, or by car, is recommended as there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants. We would recommend the Irish Pub, Grandee O'Donnell, for a great breakfast, if you order the large make sure your hungry. There is always great entertainment there in the evening . There is a nice Spanish bar/restaurant in Los Abrigos at the end of the path from Amarilla overlooking the sea, if the parked cars are not blocking your view, where you can get menu del dia for around 8.5 Euros great food and service - don't be put off because most of the tables are on the pavement and there are pictures of the tapas on the wall, its well worth a visit. There is another just before the roundabout on the main road which is also very good. ( sorry I can't recall the names ). There are of course plenty of fish restaurants by the harbour but remember - the nearer you get to the sea the more expensive the fish. Visit Las Galletas and call in the" VARADERO viejo " on the front -excellent. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of nice shops.

Great space for four adults. Lovely deep pool (checked every day) and private outside area with plenty of sunbeds, mattresses and towels. Faces south so sun all day!! Great location for walks to restaurants, pubs, supermarket and the sea. Promenade walk along the coast. We got used to the planes flying overhead!!!! We had a car so drove to the bigger supermarket and Lidl 10 minutes away. Owner was fantastic, greeting us and giving us advice on where to go. Sorted out English channels so my elderly mum could watch the news and Emmerdale!!

Villa was well maintained and equipped. Great for a family . Lovely views from the back and surprisinly quiet even though at the end of the golf course.Did not hire a car as plenty of amenities locally and good bus service.

We shared this villa with our friends plus 3 children and found it very comfortable, spacious and accommodating. Three good sized double bedrooms all with comfortable beds. The heated pool was great surrounded by patio, plenty of space for everyone. The yellow submarine close by is a must. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Italian over Herman's supermarket, Amarilla Golf and Bistro 27, Golf del Sur, ask for "Menu of the Day" both are very good. The villa was as described, clean and well maintained and would definitely recommend to a friend.

My husband and I stayed in the villa in January this year and were surprised by the beautiful weather, it was much warmer than expected and stunning views over the golf course. We loved the comfort of the villa and feel of being outside, whilst "in" and particularly loved the walk-in ensuite shower. We were able to walk up to the Clubhouse with ease and thought the new restaurant a must for any visitors! There are lots of restaurants in walking distance and use of a car for explorers who like Canarian culture is helpful. The villa was beautifully clean and has everything to hand. We plan to visit with friends next year.

Great Villa, really nice fixtures, fittings and furniture. Lovely views and nice to be within walking distance of the club house.
