I don't like you get money for ACC extra

It’s an absolute pleasure to write a review on this place today. I have been a regular visitor at this place for about three years now. The reasons are quite obvious: the place which is always immaculate, the comfort there and the very welcoming hosts (Mr. Andy and Charles). Thank you Charles for your great hospitality. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially to those who travel on a budget, yet want to have their own room for privacy.

Very clean and hygienic, the owner clearly puts a lot of pride into his work when keeping the building in pristine condition. He’s a very welcoming host who creates a friendly environment without being overbearing. Don’t be fooled by the low price, the quality of this accommodation far exceeds some more expensive hotels that I’ve been to.

Amazing stay, highly recommended. The owner was very welcoming and kind. Everything was clean and new, including the bathroom.

The location was really close to the Nicosia center, which was really convenient. I also liked the fact that you could prepare your own lunch.

I would just suggest for the cleaning of the bathroom/WC a part-time person to be there just for a couple of hours, since it is a common use bathroom.

Charles was down to earth to chat with the owner had a big smile lacking in a lot of guesthouses.

That a border separates such a small island

Nice stay for a few days in Nicosia. 30 minutes from the centre of the town. Clean room, quite neighbourhood. A 24hour shop right at the corner.

The bathroom needs restoration from the start.The sink is extra small, the mirror as well. The shower curtain is hanging on you while you shower.

Decent value. Basic kitchen. Coffee. Clean. Accommodating host.

Cold, but there were extra blankets and option to pay for heating.

Everything is very clean and pleasant to use! Food shops nearby, 10 minutes in walk to get to the center. 10/10, I recommend!

Friendly establishment. The owner is adorable, good advice, good conversation and very accommodating.

The owner is very friendly and keen on giving you a very real account of Cyprus if you're interested. Room is simple but comfortable.

It feels more like a regular city Airbnb, no-thrills, run by the owner. The place caters for different types of budget travelers besides the occasional tourist. Bathroom is shared. Location is in a functional neighborhood somewhat far from downtown, which is good if you need a parking spot. If you are aware of these conditions it's a very reasonable place to crash.
