We stayed in Thea apartment (1 of 3).
Roxani is a wonderful host, arranged taxi from airport .. she was at apartment as soon as we arrived and on hand for any questions and gave suggestions for trips.
The apartment was spotless. Views amazing … magnificent large pool … shared with the other two apartments but that was completely fine. So much outside space it felt like we had a large villa to ourselves. It was actually nice to have a bit of interaction with the other guests but we were all also quite separate.
Holiday was perfect.
highlights … Lake Kournas,(saw sweet Terapins in lake ) Village of Gavalochio and Aptera amphitheatre. Speed boat round caves with snorkelling.

The Studio has an amazing view across the bay it literally takes your breath away. The pool is wonderful with plenty of very comfy seating and cushions. The apartment was perfectly clean and cleaner attended 3 times during our 10 day stay. Bed extremely comfortable. Roxanii and her staff make you so welcome, and are so helpful. Local restaurants all good too. The car was a must so we could get about. Definitely will be going back.

Séjour parfait !!! Vue splendide et aménagement cosy .Piscine privée fantastique.
L'emplacement idyllique. Plage directement accessible par des escaliers. Seul bémol, partage immeuble avec un autre logement de 10 personnes parfois fort bruyant !

Lovely apartment, with an amazing view
Stayed for a week in this lovely place, Roxani the owner went out of her way to help us with a small problem at the start of our holiday. (Thank you Roxani, you made our week in Crete a real pleasure)
The apartment we had was well equipped, and lovely and clean.
The pool was fab, although a little cold in the mornings, but as they say it was lovely once you were in.
The view was amazing, boats of all descriptions coming and going, amazing sunsets, and we even watched a submarine heading out to see on one occasion.
All in all a great place to stay if you want to watch boats and yachts coming and going, read a book, or just chill, I can’t think of a nicer place to do just that.

Beautiful accommodation and views!
The property is beautifully presented, well maintained and clean. Roxani makes you feel so welcome, and is very happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit. The property is in a perfect location to make the most of the stunning views, as well as access to the restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back...soon, I hope!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Terasse und Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht und dennoch vergleichsweise zentraler Lage, d.h alle Läden und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Dingen gut ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.
Uns hat es bestens gefallen, wir können die Wohnung unseren besten Freunden weiterempfehlen.

We never had such a fantastic view!
We were there with our daughter, 4 years old. The appartement is clean and beautiful and more than enough space for us. It all fits together, the appartement, the outside table, the pool area, the way to the beach, ...
In case we come back to Crete, it will be this appartement!

Beautiful apartment with fabulous views.
We loved this apartment. There is an excellent swimming pool just outside with our own private patio and poolside loungers. There are just over 100 steps down to sea level and a lovely sandy bay and Almyrida skirts it. It's relatively quiet, but we visited in the first days of September.

Superbe !
Vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Souda, piscine de rêve et accès à la plage et au village par des escaliers. Très tranquille, appartement vraiment très agréable et joliment meublé avec goût, comme sur les photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, bien relax.

Cretan Marvel
Our second visit to the property, last being in October 2015. Only disappointment was that Roxani could not be there as she needed to be else where. Elli was on hand to help and again everything was as we expected. Beautiful setting, great facilities and plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Already planning another visit in 2018.

Wonderful Place to Relax
Even arriving at 1.00am Roxani was there to meet us and show us the wonderful apartment. It was immaculate and Roxani was available if needed. The views across the bay are stunning as is the overall setting. Many, many places to eat and drink within a 10 minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing setting. Will definitely visit again if our travel plans allow. Thank you Roxani for a wonderful week.

Traumhafte Lage kurze Wege zum Essen, Strand und zum Einkaufen.
Toller Pool mit Aussicht auf die Bucht. Wir wohnten im (Erdgeschoss) direkt am Pool. die obere Wohnungen haben eine Terrasse zur Bucht.
Ruhige Lage eine Treppe führt direkt zum Strand, liebevoll eingerichtet.
Außenküche zum Grillen und Palmen als Sonnenschutz.
Alles zusammen eine der Besten wenn nicht die schönste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at the THEA studio in Almyrida.
Views of the bay and the coast are amazing!
This place offers the best location in the Almyrida Bay, overlooking the sea, mountains, village and magnificent sunsets!
The outdoor living area with the pool and patio is spacious and very convenient.
Moreover, the studio is comfortable and well decorated.
The owner is a welcoming and generous woman, she advised us very well in order to find the best places to eat and visit in the area.
I highly recommend THEA studio for a memorable vacation!

incredible!
We had a very happy time at the apartment. Views are so stunningly beautiful that you never can get tired looking at endless sea, mountains, palm trees and sunsets.. The swimming pool is big and clean. BBQ is right there and we were enjoying dinner in the evenings under the stars. The apartment is 2 min walk from the beach. There are plenty of local authentic restaurants with delicious Greek food. The apartment has everything we needed and the kitchen was so well and tastefully equipped that we were enjoying to cook there. we couldn't wish for anything better and definitely would recommend this apartment to have an unforgettable holiday.
