We are 5 girlfriends that absolutely LOVED this property. Perfect for each of us had a beautiful bedroom and 3 bathrooms made it easy. Well appointed, clean and modern….with the crashing waves lulling us to sleep. Short walk to the pier and restaurants. We will rent here again for sure!

Our family enjoyed a 4 night stay with toddler and twin babies, the view, backyard lawn,deck and sand play area were perfect for hanging by the beach. Very nicely appointed and designed, we'll be back.

We loved this rental for our family trip to Oceanside. We had plenty of space for all 10 of us! The yard and the sand area was wonderful for our 2.5-year-old. The house was very clean, and well stocked. We loved watching the sunset each evening and having the big sliding doors open with the ocean breeze. Would highly recommend it.

Great for a family with a young child as the sandy front yard was great for playtime. Unable to reach the beach from the house, nor was there a sandy beach close by which was disappointing. Overall a good family time.

House has a strong mold smell downstairs. House has no ac and really needs ceiling fans. Instructions for the odd vent fan system are needed.
However great location and backyard w view. We overpaid but the private beach was worth it.

The house was great, the only issue for me was that there is no beach attached, to actually get in the water, you need to go about a mile or so.
Other then that, really great place, with all the stuff you need!!!
