Great for a family with a young child as the sandy front yard was great for playtime. Unable to reach the beach from the house, nor was there a sandy beach close by which was disappointing. Overall a good family time.

House has a strong mold smell downstairs. House has no ac and really needs ceiling fans. Instructions for the odd vent fan system are needed. However great location and backyard w view. We overpaid but the private beach was worth it.

We all enjoyed our selves. House was perfect for the number of people.

Our group enjoyed staying at this house. The kids loved the sand yard and we even got to see dolphins swimming in the ocean.

It was such a break from the normal hustle and bustle. We saw dolphins in the ocean every day. I lived sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee in the mornings

We live in San Diego and rent a house every year just to escape. This house was perfect for larger groups since it has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. Ample parking outside - great location.

The house was great, the only issue for me was that there is no beach attached, to actually get in the water, you need to go about a mile or so. Other then that, really great place, with all the stuff you need!!!

This was a great property. This is our 3rd VRBO and this was the best by far for cleanliness, location, privacy (nice to have our own backyard and private sand area. Great for family and friends. A great stay, we would stay here again.

As a three family gathering each year, with 10-12 people, being right on the coast in Southern California was a wonderful experience. The house was clean, bedrooms ample, and living room furniture really comfortable to sit on. Decor open and spacious in feel. We loved it. The owner is exceptionally quick to respond and so (!) accommodating. One of the best. Weather can be on the cool side in June, so bring sweatshirts. And we liked the town of Oceanside too.

Perfect location right on the water with plenty of room for our entire family! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable with every amenity. The view and location cannot be beat! Wonderful!

I don’t even know where to begin other than to say this property is absolutely perfect! You are right on the ocean with your own private yard and sand area. They even provided beach toys for the kids. Each bedroom is stunning. The linens. The decor. Everything! The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. It is the perfect arrangement for a large group. The best part is the host. She is so accommodating. She made sure our stay was perfect and checked in multiple times. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, tooth brush and your clothes. They take care of the rest. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back!

This property was stunning from the second you opened the front door. and look straight through to the ocean. Elegant beach home was just what we needed. Walk out your back door to the beach! Beautifully appointed home and well provisioned kitchen to put on a nice meal for family and friends, pretty much anything you need to cook is there- indoors or out. We were there for a 6 day stay with myself, my husband and my 2 kids (24 & 26 yrs old)- had an amazing time! We live only 20 minutes away yet it felt like we were on a real vacation! Best Staycation ever! Kim was very responsive answering any questions we had. It will be fun to come with more family when Covid is over. We can't wait to come back!

Had a mother/daughter get away - the house was perfect and the grass and sand sections of the yard were ideal for enjoying the outside.

It was exactly what we needed, a little staycation with ocean front view. Spend quiet, quality times with our family. Everything in the house was very clean, nicely decorated and check in was easy.

Lovely, calm stay with sound of waves engulfing our senses. A perilous, yet doable trek down the rocks allowed us access during low tide to enjoy the Pacific Ocean waters. Clean and beautiful blue colors decor lulled us into the charm of the place.

We have visited this location many times over the years- the remodel turned out great! We enjoyed the great weather and saw dolphins daily. We will be back!

This place was awesome! Just like the pictures! 5 couples each had our own room and plenty of space to relax! The beach in the yard was perfect!! Can’t wait to come back 👍🏻

Due to Covid, we hadn’t done anything all summer And really wasn’t planning to but I researched houses and mapped out 8 and went one afternoon to find one that gave us the best access to beach with the fewest people around and this house is it! Because the beach is only accessible during low tide, it’s not a beach goer location where people can set up camp so no ones around, other than people from the other houses and they aren’t out everyday. We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and a 4 year old so even during high tide we were out boogie boarding! We seen dolphins and otter everyday, which was exciting so don’t forget your binoculars! There is tons of beach toys and boogie boards already there! Tons of towels, though wash rags went quickly. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided but if you decide to do Uber eats the front door is split in half which was perfect for waiting on deliveries! The TVs in all the rooms is great because after a long day at the beach it’s nice to lay in your room and watch tv. We walked up and down the beach and this house has the best yard by far. The stairs down to the beach only go half way, but it’s easy to climb down the big rocks and we used those rocks to sit on instead of bringing down our chairs. If you are looking for a beach house to vacation at in the age of covid and social distancing, this is the house!

For the last 10 years my family has gathered at beach houses up and down Southern California and this one was the best so far. The house is beautiful as depicted in the pictures, the grassy yard had room for games and is topped off with your own private sand beach. Do not bring sand toys they have more there than you will ever need. Access to the water is less than 30 seconds and an easy climb, although after 3 o’clock it starts to get rough for young children. I stood in the kitchen making dinner watching my grandchildren boogie board, need I say more.
