Great location and clean condo with easy access to beach.

Beautiful condo located right on the beach. Owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Property was clean and updated. Cutest decorations. Close to beach and pool. Ocean view from side porch. Walked one mile on beach to Sliders grill and bar. Fun place!

Well apportioned condo with a short walk to beautiful beach. Check out local nature preserve and Fort Clinch. We rented bikes and rode the length of the island on designated trails. Of course great food downtown at any number of venues.

This place was darling and exactly as described. It has a lot of nice little added welcome touches like waters, snacks, coffees and candies. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and offered his assistance with anything we didn't. The location was great with easy access to the beautiful beach. We loved it being right between downtown Fernandina and Amelia Island Plantation. All in all a five star experience.

The unit is decorated nicely and is comfortable, except for lack of closet space. Owners are storing some stuff in the closets which leaves little room to hang your clothes. The main reason for the 4 stars is the unattractive ness of the outside of the units. They need some updating. However inside is nice and comfortable.

Had a wonderful getaway. Great location and super easy check in/out process. Only down side is that we prefer later check out…10 am is pretty early.

This property was perfectly described and centrally located to everything! My family and I enjoyed our stay for a summer getaway and we look forward to using this location again. Just steps away from the beach and when you're ready to cool down or take a quick swim, the pool was readily available.

My daughter and I rented this condo for a short getaway. Condo was beautiful and very relaxing to stay at. Will definitely plan on being back

The condo was awesome! It was clean and well appointed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the ocean. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. There were a lot of "extras" that we really appreciated. Everything is convenient...parking, pool, elevator and beach. Communication regarding the condo/reservation was clear and helpful. We will be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Condo was excellent! Clean, quiet, with great access to beach and pool. Communicating with Karl was easy and he was very accommodating. Only suggestion I would make is a TV in the bedroom. Will definitely rent again!

Stayed 4/29/2023 till 5/6/2023 Great place clean quiet location for my wife and I for a relaxing vacation. We are both avid biking and rollerbladers so the new bike trails off Simmons Road are right across the Street.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The pool is nice with plenty of seating and the walk to the beach is short. Parking is easy and so is getting into and out of the property. We will definitely be back!

Condo seemed small but over all it was a great location. I do wish the Sand Dollar Villas would add a handicap ramp so it could have easy access for people with hips and knees issues.

Location and layout of property are great. Pool was nice and boardwalk to the beach was perfect. Very family friendly and comfortable. Condo was not quite as clean in certain areas as I would have loved but I’m very particular so I expected that to the be the case and was no major problem. Pull out sofa was not sleep-able which was a bummer as my kids had not planned on sharing a bed but other than that everything was wonderful. Karl was also so nice and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Sand Dollar in Amelia was relaxing and absolutely beautiful! Our condo was clean, updated beautifully, and had a great ocean view. The only drawbacks were that check-in was at 4:00. We checked to see if the unit had been cleaned and the cleaning lady was almost finished, so we asked to put our cold things in the fridge. She was very nice and said that we could and she was almost finished. She was fine with us coming up early after she left. As we began loading our things into the elevator another cleaning lady was very rude to us using profanity that we thought we could come in early. We have stayed at the Sand Dollar for many years and have never had a problem checking in early as long as the room was clean. When you are paying over $300.00 a day, you would think this wouldn't be a problem. They have also began building another condo next door and when we sat on the balcony, it was noisy with construction going on and no privacy. Other than that, our trip was amazing.

Great quiet relaxing vacation, central location of the island used all the bike paths for rollerblading and biking daily will return for another visit.

Our first visit to Amelia Island was amazing! The condo was comfortable and conveniently located. We had a rental car and barely used any gas because everything was within a few miles - including great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The easy beach access at the condo allowed us to view the sunrise and spend as much time soaking up the sun as possible! All basic amenities were provided, along with some extras.

This listing is as described. The owners have done a nice job of updating the condo and having nice furnishings so that you fell as if you are in their home. The location was convenient to downtown Fernandina. The condo was also very clean. The closet space is odd for hanging clothes in the second bedroom. We also had a mix-up at check in which was quickly resolved. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for the Georgia-Florida game in Jacksonville. The condo was convenient to shops, restaurants and of course the beach.

We loved how close the pool & ocean are to the condo! I also enjoyed the paved path across the street to run on!

Excellent rental. Great waterfront location with beautiful pool area. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was attractively and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and baths. Beautiful tile floors. Beds were very comfortable. Obviously the condo has been recently redone. All information needed for internet and TV was available as well as restaurant suggestions. Gaining access was very easy and owner texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Very quiet,clean and relaxing condo. Owner Karl was very easy to communicate with. Pool was great and the short walk to the beach was so attractive.

This was our second time staying at Sand Dollar Villas. We love the location and this quaint complex. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. Will be back again. It would be nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms too. My husband and I rarely watch tv when we’re at home, always so busy, so to have this option while we’re on vacation would be an added bonus. The TV in the living area was great though.

This was super easy renting and communicating with the owners. The condo was right on the beach and super clean. We were a group of ladies who felt safe and had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our place! Very clean and Nicely decorated. They thought of everything we would need for our trip and had plenty to f household necessities stocked (dish detergent, trash bags, laundry pods etc). The pool area was wonderful and the beach access was perfect! We saw many sea turtles and wild hares in the dunes! We will definitely be back!
