Food is easy to get locally. There is Starbucks near by., Jollybee and McDonald. Plenty of local eatery's if you don't mind Philippino food. Or you can cook your own as property has facilities pans and dishes. Good food store with plenty of choices for everyone. Nice clean and large pool on the property. 24h security guards. Taxi always available from property to Ayala mall (Cebu) around$10 10 minutes walk to local beach front to which you will need permit given by owner for up to 4 people

Beware of property rules which not listed on the booking page. For instance pool is available only for 2 guest per room. Each extra person need to pay $7. But maximum of 4 people per room. During our stay we lost internet connection for about 24 hours. It appeared owner forgot to pay bill so account was suspended. As a result we lost all means of communication with outside world as well as some important work emails were missed. Host apologized but did not offer any compensation. Only higher up rooms have views of the sea. As we were on the 6st floor we could only see landscape of Mactan island and backyard of the building, not even pool views. Whilst rooms had 2 aircon units, building itself was very hot inside the main lobby and elevators area.

The location was quite good, because it was near the Mactan Newtown Beach, and the entrance fee was included in the stay. There was a supermarket right below so that was a plus.

When we got our stay, it was stated that our room would be on the 17th floor, but we got the 6th floor and not facing the ocean at all. Our television was also already tilted about 30 degrees and our host said it was fine and continued as if it wasn’t an issue. Our heater was spoilt after the first use, and we tried contacting our host and told us to wait for the maintenance in charge to come but there were no actions taken until the next morning when we called the condo’s maintenance a few times instead, though they were not supposed to be responsible for it. Our host only picked up our call after using the maintenance people’s cellphone to dial his number instead of using the phone provided in the room. He then told us to use the Swimming pool’s facility(shared toilet) if we wanted to have the hot water to shower, which we found was quite ridiculous.
