Quiet and comfortable. Good communication and no issues getting in or out. A few restaurants within walking, but great access to marina and other trails around the areas.

Overall we had a blast in Dillon. The location was grate. Unfortunately the apartment was not quite what we expected. We would describe the overall condition of the place as quite worn - not one single sharp knife in the kitchen, furniture wobbly/ loosing legs, the shower head was leaking/ sprayed outside of the shower and the cleanliness was mediocre. One major issue was definitely the strange smell as you entered the apartment, which lasted even after opening the windows. Furthermore, the bedding of the master bedroom was covered in hair. Nothing that you can’t work with during a few days but far away from making you feel comfy.

My Basin Bliss condo stay was exactly as advertised. Although the property is dated, it was very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. It was very good value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Great place

Condo was clean and well equipped. There is one shower to share among all guests. We made it work with 4 adults. There is also a small bath off the master. Location is great for adventures around Dillon and Breckenridge. Can walk to places in Dillon or make short drive. The condo does not have a view of Lake Dillon. Only issue is the check in is confusing. It starts with the location name is Not the same as listing. Listing is Casa Villa. Location sign says Chateau Claire. The building with the key is not numbered. One you figure out what building has the keys the doors are numbered strangely. A simple "Condo Keys" sign is all that's needed. Once in the key room there are over 30 lock boxes. Our lock box had no room number on it as the directions said it would. I guessed on one that was unnumbered and it worked. Overall it worked for what we needed - a place to crash after a day of hiking.

The location was great. An easy walk to the lake and other locations. The home was clean and everything you needed for the kitchen . We would definitely stay again!!!

My husband, daughter & I had a wonderful vacation in Dillon. The location of the condo was perfect - we could walk everywhere in town. Also, it was a short drive to Frisco, Keystone, Copper Mountain, etc. There were so many things to do that I wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was comfortable & had everything we could possibly have needed. Hope we can stay there again.
