This place was perfect for the show we were attending at the convention center. The place was super clean, community very safe, and I plan on taking my wife and son back in the near future to go to Disney! Thanks for a wonderful clean stay!

Had a great stay. This location was perfect for us so very close to everything. When we went to use the hairdryer it was broken, i messaged right away and was brought another one. I was super impressed since there was another dryer in the other bathroom. House was very clean, loved that the mickey dishes were displayed on the bar. My family and i will definitely stay here again.

Convenient to all theme parks, grocery store, and restaurants. The amenities were great. Pool, arcade, and park for my 7 year old. Pool and gym for my 17 year old. Pool, gym, and basketball for my significant other. All relaxation for myself. We all enjoyed the stay.

We loved the convenience of this condo. Being on the ground floor was great, and also in walking distance from the pool was a big plus! Everything was clean and as advertised.

I love the Vista Kay area. So much to do and so many restaurants. condo itself had many amenities, as well as Vista K itself.

I would definitely stay here again, very quiet even on NewYears. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Host answered my question on parking very promptly. The location is near a Publix and many restaurants and attractions.

Everything was okay,

It was our first time staying at Vista Cay. It is conveniently located close to all theme parks as well as groceries and food chains. Only complaint is that guest bedroom beds are very small. Adults have hard time fitting in beds because beds are short. Also frequently ran out of hot water when showering. Our owner was very responsive and communicated promptly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay! Everything was clean and neat. Most importantly, it was quiet!! Thick walls and respectful occupants! Everything looked just as pictured! We had no reason to reach out for assistance, because everything was laid out very well! Walking distance from the grocery store (Publix) and the event we attended! Very pleased!

The stay was as advertised. Check in and out was easy. No extra amenities so make sure to bring your own laundry detergent and body wash/shampoo etc.

Beautiful resort style property. The host was very accommodating to my family and I. There’s a couple things that we brought to the attention first day, and when we return the next day, everything is taken care of. She was responsive and prompt.

The location of property was perfect for our reason for being in town. It was close to shopping and attractions which made our trip way easier. I also like the layout of the unit. It was spread out and allowed people to have their own space. We did have a few issues with cleanliness in the kitchen and Jack and Jill bathroom. The water/ ice in refrigerator didn’t work. The handle on the stove and pans were loose as well as the knives, three knives were completely unusable. The property manager was attentive and fixed the handles of pans and stove. Refrigerator could not be fixed. I would suggest in future to have places to hang towels in Jack n Jill bathroom. Very odd not to have any hooks or towel racks. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again.

The location of the condo for our activities was perfect. Great amount of space for our group of 6. Everyone was comfortable, amenities were very nice. Would definitely book again!

A great place for our work trip!

Vista cay is a great location when we come down for volleyball nationals. This unit was great. Clean, well stocked and responsive owner.

Communication was excellent. Everything was explained or noted in the instructions for check in and checkout. Great location as well.

Close to everything on international drive

The property claims to be professionally cleaned and sanitized with extra precaution on disinfection to protect our guests. Upon arriving we found that the counter was filthy, we had to wipe it down. When sitting and watching TV in the living room, I felt something on my leg. A ROACH was climbing up my leg. We later found more roaches in the kitchen on the counters and around and inside the dishwasher. The dishwasher has a foul odor, I am assuming this is from the roaches that are living inside. When taking a shower I noticed a lot of mold on the ceiling. It was also discovered that there was also mold in the other bathroom above the shower as well. When we went to cook, using the pans there, half of them were also dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Bottom line, someone is going to get sick staying at this location until they properly clean, sanitize, and remove the pests within. Apparently, checking reviews, this is a common problem with this rental unit. The owner claims to have handled the situation, however it has been going on for a very long time. I am booked to stay at another condo in Vista Cay in June and I am afraid I will experience the same issues. I expect the owner to respond per the norm. I did not tell them about the issues during the stay, I informed them about it the day we left. They called their property manager about it and will have the unit sprayed and the issues taken care of. Read 4 star reviews from 2022 and 2021. A lot mention roaches.

We loved the accommodations. It was a perfect set up for our group. It would have been nice to have a broom and mop, we cooked three meals a day and the floors got a little messy. Otherwise, I would definitely say we had a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and convenient.
