A Great Location. the room was beautiful. Extra comfortable bed. The staff couldn't have been better or more helpful. Loved that they provided bottled water every day. ANd the room had a tea kettle in addition to the Nespresso maker, Nice!

I specifically booked a “standard king suite” on booking.com and prepaid over 700/night. the photos on booking.com very clearly show a separate living room and bedroom like any suite. when I checked in I was told I had booked a “junior suite”, which does not even exist among the room types on booking.com. I was put in a regular hotel room — not a two room suite — and the hotel continued to deny that I was in the wrong room. when I looked at the hotel website there is no room that ever costs 700/night. I was refunded $200 total so still effectively paid $600/night for the wrong room. I was asked twice whether I actually wanted housekeeping service and it seemed that we were being a bother by saying yes. the staff did nothing other than make the bed and and drop new towels. empty glasses were left in the room, a shirt we had hanging up to dry was thrown on the ground in a ball and replaced by a towel, etc.
