Being ocean front was wonderful..I loved the balconey . I had my coffee in the lounge chair and looked at the ocean . There was an area to have breakfast. It was a nice setup.

The condo was just as advertised and very clean and Lynn was very helpful with the entire process from check in to check out!

To be honest the condo was more than what we expected from the online listing, we will definitely be in touch to stay again. Lynn was exceptional in communicating.

The view and location was amazing. Came down for a rock festival and wanted to stay a little bit away from Daytona where it would be a quieter at night. This was the perfect location not to far from everything and didn’t have to be in middle of everything at night when trying to relax and being right on the beach was the best part.

the check in/check out instructions told us everything we needed to know. once we were there we were pleased beyond expectations! clean, great location, quiet, great views. we will definitely be back!

The condo was just perfect for our family! We loved the ocean view, inter coastal view and being directly on the beach! We could even see the Daytona racetrack from our balcony. The condo had everything we needed! We definitely want to stay again!

The entire process was effortless, from reserving the property to our final check out. We were provided detailed information of what to expect. The property was cleaned and well cared for. Beautiful views, with beach and pool access. Truly an enjoyable experience.

We had a great time. The condo was very clean. Very comfortable beds. The condo building itself was also very nice. Clean and warm pool. Lynn, owner, was very accommodating, called to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay again.

My husband passed away in April. I wanted to bring the kids on spring break and make some happy memories. This was a perfect get away and we had a great time and made lots of beautiful memories. We loved our condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the ocean and river. Lynne made moving effortless and our place was even ready early. Looking forward to staying again!

This was a great property. Very clean abs exactly as advertised. Great location. The AC went out in our until the third day we were there. We called the owner and they had someone out within 2 hours to get it fixed. Turns out the whole system needed to be replaced and they couldn't do it until the next day. The owner offered to pay for us to stay in a hotel until they could get the AC fixed. They were super apologetic and helpful. The only thing I can say bad about the unit is the master bedroom bed. The mattress is SUPER uncomfortable. If that was improved the unit would be absolutely perfect. We had an assigned parking spot so we never had to fight with other guests to get a parking spot. The building is very secure and we felt totally safe staying there. Even though this unit is on the side of the building and not direct ocean front you still have a great view of the ocean.

We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located right across the street from Cowlicks Icecream, which was a plus for our 10 year old. I can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone.. very clean, very nice, had everything we needed. Lynn and Donald were extremely helpful with anything we needed or questions we had.

THE AMENITIES, OCEANFRONT VIEW & BEACH LOCATION ARE TERRIFIC. LYNN IS QUICK RESPONDING TO ALL SITUATIONS THAT MAY ARISE. EVEN GOING BEYOND TO SATISFY RENTER'S. WE PLAN TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

My family and I took a much needed family vacation and stayed in this wonderful condo. Lynn, the owner, was so helpful and even went as far as to help us locate a place to print some tickets we purchased online to Kennedy Space Center. As for the condo, it was perfect. Both of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living area had everything we needed and more. You can literally sit on the patio and watch the sun rise over the ocean and then, in the evening, watch the sun set over the river- just incredible. The pool area is really great too, and we enjoyed being able to sit at the pool and see the ocean from there. We had everything we could ask for here, and we will definitely go back again.

My family stayed here for the first time. Lynn was the sweetest person. She contacted me immediately after we sent our request to book. She sent us info on some places to eat, all of which were very good. She called us on our day of arrival to check on us. The condo was beautiful, clean, everything we were hoping for. I will definitely stay here again. The only downfall was Sandpoint does not have beach chairs to use so we had to rent chairs everyday. Other than that I can not say enough good about the condo.
