The property and location are incredible. You can tell how much love and care has gone into this home. We didn’t want to leave, it’s incredibly picturesque! Isabella is an attentive host, with great recommendations and went above and beyond in helping us out of a couple of travel issues. Forever grateful for her and our time in her beautiful home.

Our stay was amazing

Background: Two families, 4 adults 4 kids (ages 5-11) who have been vacationing in Greece for many many years. Overall consensus: Everything was perfect. Like everything. House and property was even better than the listing and pics. What. A. Gem. This was the most perfect find for us 8, the kids didn’t want to leave and pretty sure us adults didn’t want to either. There was more than enough house for us to never feel on top of each other or crowded, plenty of bathrooms which honestly I don’t think I’ve come across many places in Greece with full baths in every bedroom in all of the summers I’ve been there. The home was immaculately clean and stocked with anything you’d typically have in your house but wouldn’t travel overseas with. The pool was beautiful and utilized morning day and night. Along with the other multiple outdoor spaces to lounge, eat, etc. The view was beautiful and at night lounging on the lawn couches you could see a stunning sky with stars and constellations you’ve never seen before. Nidri town was a short walk away and an even shorter drive. Also, less than a minute walk past the gated driveway was a coffee shop with snacks, drinks that became our quick stop for easily grabbing coffees in the morning and beers late evening. We loved everything from inside the house to the outdoor spaces and pool to the home’s location. No detail was missed in this gem, you won’t be disappointed, we certainly were not and can’t wait to go back!

We spent a week at the beach villa with our 3 children (ages 5, 2, 2) and their grandmother and highly recommend it! The villa is spotlessly clean and very modern with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The outdoor space (beach, pool, patio, and garden) can not be beat! We took advantage of the relationship the villa has with the boat rental and private chef and really enjoyed both!

Alles was fijn en goed geregeld. Mooi huis, alle toebehoren aanwezig, heel schoon, comfortabel, goede ligging en prachtig uitzicht. Fijne gastvrouw. Wij vonden het niet goedkoop maar het is het geld waard.

We had a really wonderful week at The Beach Villa! The location is very special and we loved the convenience of being right on the beach and walking distance to the town. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need, the decor is lovely and the outside areas (especially the pool) are fantastic! We really couldn't fault it and we hope to return again sometime.
