The house is very clean, well appointed, is exactly like the photos online and the location is within walking distance of the main street. However the night before our check out, I was taken aback that the Property Manager Bec requested that we take out the rubbish to the bins outside. I thought this is why a cleaning fee is charged. I’ve never had this request with other properties I’ve stayed at in recent months. I don’t know if this is a new thing or it’s just this property in particular.

We had a great time at the place, it is nice and central and exactly as described. Rebecca was great to deal with and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The home is located right at the edge of town and close to everything, the Margaret River, walks, cycling paths and all restaurants and shops. The comms with Bec was easy and timely and she was helpful in answering my questions. The home is spacious and was super clean and has everything you need but we found the outdoor area could be done a bit nicer in our opinion. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of building going around the neighbourhood so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. The main bedroom bed was also a bit squeaky but I let Bec know and hopefully this will be fixed for the text holidayers.

Great location just a short walk into town. The house was lovely and clean. It was really nice to have a warm and cosy house to come back to after a day out checking out the sights of Margaret River. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Large comfortable house. One bed and bathroom are separated from the other bath and bedrooms so there is privacy. The only real complaint was the lack of insulation in the building, as it was hard to heat properly (it was winter) without burning lots of electricity. Chairs around the tables are also really tired and uncomfortable. Not major issues, but would improve the property if fixed.

The house is very well appointed with amenities like a hotel. Beds are comfortable and we felt at home there.

Great setup and super close to the centre of town / coffee / eats and drinks. Fantastic base of operations for a weekend away :)

The house is even better than the photos. Very modern and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed. Walking distance from the Main Street and the river. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great house in a great location...however due to major roadworks in the Main Street traffic is diverted directly past the property and is very noisy at times

Well situated and well maintained. The seal around the rubber on the washing machine needs a thorough clean, and a note to leave open, otherwise it goes moldy!

We had a great time during our stay, place was perfect for our needs with 2 small kids. It was clean and tidy, had all amenities, close to town, close to the rover and walking trails. Will definitely stay again.

Fitted our needs well. We would have preferred individual chairs in the lounge instead of the large sofa. Apart from this everything else worked efficiently - thank you.

A couple of niggles. Dining chairs and sofa are in dire need of repair or replacement. Oven hood obviously hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time ( gave it a quick once over before using it ). A very cold weekend so a heater in both bathrooms would have been appreciated. Apart from that, the home was sparkling clean with all the conveniences, plus more, that you could hope for. Bed linen and towels were crisp and clean and all the eco soaps and shampoo were a nice touch. Have no hesitation in recommending this home to anyone visiting the area. Rivergem is in a great location within the township - close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants - we walked to dinner every night. The river is also a minute's walk away for a bit of nature time, so it has the best of both worlds. The house had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, internet and washing machine, perfect for a family with young kids. Due to the age of the house, the floors can change in levels, so something to consider for people with mobility issues. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

The house was lovely, very clean and in an excellent location. Near beautiful walking and cycling trails, close to the Brewhouse, Rotary Park and close to town. We would definitely go back.
