Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets. Perfect location for that. The condo was nice. It had everything we needed. The outside of the condo looked a little dated but it looked like it may have been under construction. Great location. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a great stay.

The place was really clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the covered boat slip pavilion. We caught a lot of little fish. My grandsons first time to fish and he caught a lot. There is a really good view from the balcony. The condo is close to everything in Hot Springs so a really good location. The property is a little run down but the condo itself was nice. Everything inside the condo was updated and in good condition.

We had a great time in hot springs. The condo was very clean and very enjoyable. Mt family and i loved it. The only con was the driveway to the condo was steep and the pool needed cleaning but it was a holiday weekend so I'm sure it got cleaned after the holiday

We had an amazing experience staying in one of the condos at The Landings in Hot Springs, AR between Christmas 2023 and New Years 2024. The location was easy to find and the view from the deck overlooking Lake Hamilton was perfect! We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

it was the perfect lake front property for our 3 day weekend stay!

Teen boys enjoyed the pickle ball courts. (Bring your own pickle ball gear). The pool was right next to the courts so that was easy for different ages of kids. Great spot on the water- watched the boats tube and play all day. Right near Back Porch and Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner. Well stocked kitchen. I was able to easily prepare several meals. Room darkening curtains would be very nice in the master bedroom.

The cleanliness, location, decor, and view were spectacular! I highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The views are great. Condo is just as pictured, very nice. We were to be notified when we could check in but never heard from them so just went. No issue’s getting in secure area or home. Very steep area.. be prepared. Can hear the people above walking around. Only downside.

this condo was clean and very accessible to all we did . Had a little trouble with check-in, but once they got the codes to us everything else was great. Would stay here again.

Awesome location and views

This was the perfect location to relax and breathe. Great proximity to downtown. The balcony overlooking the lake was the perfect view for incredible sunsets and listening to the rain. Will definitely be back.

Amazing location, very clean and location was beautiful. Loved that it was gated, gives you extra peace of mind. I make many trips to hot springs, I would definitely book again.

Property was easy to find and access. The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped with anything we needed.

Great location with easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery, etc…very clean condo with updated bathrooms. Ground level entry was a plus! Great experience overall!

Second time at this complex. Nice location, except for steepness of the parking lot. Could have used some cushions on the outdoor furniture. Manager responded quickly to our issues.

Throughly enjoyed the property. Balcony over looks the water from the second floor, beautiful and comfortable contemporary furnishings, bedrooms very comfortable, television programming extensive and sizes were 50" plus in every room. Utensils, plates, pots and pans were more than adequate. Boat slip was nice, but, and this was our only reservation that there was no.launch in close proximity. The boat sales Marina was willing to let me launch my bass boat but it was not convenient. The closest public launch i could find was 6 miles away. I was concerned I would have difficulty navigating back to the slip so I never tried. There was another family that launched at the public launch and said it only took them 10 minutes to get back to their slip which was only two down from mine, so that being said dont be intimidated, reserve a stay at this property before they raise the rent, its a bargain for the comfort, view, and relaxation. You will be glad you did.
