It was great place with plenty to do and plenty of space for all the extended family. Only struggle we had was could have used a few more towels and washcloths but we made it work.

Great house! You get everything in the pictures! Everything worked great! Host was on top of everything! Will rent again!

Pros: ~Spacious: There were 29 of us and we had lots of space! We were all able to retreat to our own personal space. ~Location: Very close to most of the attractions with lots to do. We loved the pools and the games. The kids had an awesome time! ~ Responsive owners: The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. There was also a gentleman that helped maintain the property. He came one day and cleaned out the pool without us having to call first. Cons: ~Lack of cleanliness: They could invest in a better cleaning crew or maybe get a bigger one. The shower curtains in all of the bathrooms need to be replaced. In the cottage when they opened the pull out bed, there were crumbs all over it. ~Bed linens: Several of the bed linens (quilts and comforters) need to be replaced or cleaned. The bed I slept in had stains. ~Overall decor: Could use some updating. The decorations seemed a little random and thrown together.

This cabin is exactly as advertised! It’s minutes from the strip, spacious, cozy, and extremely accommodating for a large group! We took a youth group for our annual CYC trip; we had plenty of room to all be together and fellowship while also providing adequate space to have an evening devotional. The cabin is well furnished and easy to get in and out of! We are going to book again for next year! It’s exactly what we were looking for! Also the owner was quick to respond and answer questions we had. All around great experience!

Me and my family stayed the first week of this past December and we LOVED IT . There’s Enough parking for everyone and it was over 5 cars. So you can come and go with no problems. I Love the fact that the jacuzzi was a newer model, love the Bluetooth feature. All of the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice in size. Love the maintenance guy, very cool and down to earth. Only Small suggestion is to buy better skillets to cook with. The cottage has LOTS of space as well. Will Most definitely booking a again. 10/10

There was a bad moldy smell in the lower level of main cabin bedrooms. The longer people stayed in them they started getting stuffy and couldn’t breathe. Some of the Shower curtains were black on the bottoms. We had to clean a lot of the crock pots and bowls before using. The heat didn’t work correctly. Always cold in the main cabin and very little heat (if any) in the bunk house. The advertised heated pool was not able to be used. I understand the property is in the middle of being sold but if it is going to be advertised as being one thing - that’s what it should have been. Very disappointed but what are you going to do when you have a large group there already. Would never use again.

We had a great weekend. House was roomy and accommodated our group perfectly! Plenty of parking for our 12 cars.

Place was very nice. There were a few things I had to call the owner on, but it was taken care of right away.

Great location, great response time from the owner, enough room for everyone. If you want to have a babysitter this is your cabin! When we checked in Thursday maintenance was there and was there until we turned in at 10:30pm because the kiddie pool was broken and empty, he had to shop vac water out of a bedroom and work on a bathtub in the smaller lodge. Friday maintenance was around for a good portion of the day, as well as housekeeping coming and going for what I assume pay checks as the office is connected to the smaller lodge, which included the owner being on site for a good time Friday as well. Saturday was my wedding reception. The bedroom that was shop vacuumed was flooded, the guests in this room woke up to puddles on their floor and all of their belongings soaking wet. Called the owner and they sent maintenance out who ended up turning off water to the entire cabin with no warning in the middle of dinner for my reception. The room that flooded had moldy blankets and a moldy bedskirt (I do have pictures as I know many cabin owners will say It’s a lie) the housekeeping staff should have noticed this as we did almost instantly. the kitchen is far from advertised. The bar couldn’t power two objects without flipping a breaker, the ice machine on the fridge was frozen over and the wine fridge was caked in ice and not working properly, many of our guests complained that their tv didn’t work. Pulled a charger cord from the outlet and the entire outlet fell out of the wall (have videos and pics), one room the lights couldn’t be turned on as they just flickered. I’d stay again if upgrades were made and cleaning was done a little better. But if you want some privacy and a non moldy cabin this isn’t your stay.

This property was very spacious and Stan was very responsive. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy each other's company w/o being on top of each other. Each room had a bathroom, which was a plus EXCEPT the downstairs part of the cottage had 2 kings and 4 queens but 1 bathroom; it wasn't a big deal for us though. Everyone enjoyed so much, they wanted to stay again next year. There were a few things that could be improved upon though: the mattresses were a bit worn and the sheets could have appeared cleaner (they smelled clean but were very dingy), there was a short in the light in one of the rooms but we just used a lamp from another room, and there could have been either more or larger garbage cans, with 15 adults, 7 children and 3 days, 5 cans weren't enough. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait for next year.

Our group of 17 enjoyed stay at this property. It’s convenient located and close to everything. Highly recommended for large group visiting Great Smokey Mountain. Pool and hot tub are A+.

The cabin was very spacious and having a private outside pool was nice but a few maintenance things that need to be taken care of as one of the air conditioners leaked and the ice maker didn’t work that great but other than it was great! We would definitely rent this cabin again.

First of all who ever you talk to on the sheet if something is wrong was rude , no empathy or compassion talked to like I was nothing. The roaches were everywhere and I told him I was totally dissatisfied. His reply was we could leave and he would refund our money. Or he could send a exterminator and it woildnbe strong. With 30 people , some with Asthma, and. Me with COPD and 2 babies 1 and 2 that was not a good idea . We would use the roach spray there. 2nd.. The breaker box would flip off and finally had to call this rude person again because the wine fridge was leaking... 3rd. The TV in the cottage on right side was missing remote and they could not get it t work. Over all the place and the grounds could have been better for a million dollar home I expected more up to date and a lot cleaner. We had to purchase a broom there was none to be found. They only good thing is my family had a great time being together....But the rudeness was unnecessary and unforgettable I am o e of those who did not enjoy the house.. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable for the family..

I was impressed. The space and everything was great. Very home feeling. The room decorations was amazing. The cleaning crew i was most impressed with, those people care.

As good as advertised. Roomy, classy and comfortable. Stan was great to work with as well.

Overall, the house is a nice one, but it definitely needs more attention to detail and care. The cleaning crew was not thorough. They clearly did a rush job. The house is spacious and we didn't feel cramped. It has several nice amenities. Arriving as guest though, we should not have to sweep and clean before we feel comfortable unpacking our things. We also purchased our own detergent to wash the towels as requested, none was provided. With the current pandemic, extra care should be taken to make sure the house is clean and sanitized properly. Upon entering the house and assigning rooms, several of the rooms were not properly cleaned and we found a window broken and knobs missing off dressers. Trash was left behind on the floors, bed sheets were dirty and stained and one of the toilets was still dirty! Also when we arrived, the heaters in the downstairs area bedrooms and the fireplace were not working. We called for the maintenance and he came promptly. He was very nice and polite and did not leave until he got them all working. I don't know if the lack of cleaning is common things or not, but it made a bad first impression. Hopefully they'll address this with their cleaning crew or allow them more time in between guest to get the place together.

Loved kitchen and open main floor but one oven & microwave did not work. Disappointed in location & the views. And the Christmas tree was pitiful, very small & unattractive

A group of 25 family & friends came together in Gatlinburg to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We had a marvelous time. The CABIN was great. It was spacious, very clean, everything worked and had everything we needed. If you’re hosting a large group, this will be the perfect cabin for you. Everyone was happy and pleased with our lodging accommodations and I’m confident you will be as well.

Our group had a great time! The kids didn’t want to leave. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great for the kids to get out some energy. The cabin was close to everything even though it felt out in the wilderness.

The property is beautiful! Everyone we very pleased with the accommodations; said it was the perfect place to hold our first reunion. Our original plan was to hold the reunion at different locations, but many in the group (20) requested we return here.

I liked the open concept of the house for my Mastermind meeting and the private baths in each bedroom was great.

Great place for a large Group. Cable n was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and had to get nothing. We had a group of 34 and NEVER felt cramped. Cleanliness is next to godliness and this place was clean!! Would recommend this cabin to anyone and would definitely stay again!!!

Our extended family of 20 had a great time in this beautiful house. Lots of space for everyone to gather and still have room to do different things. Owner was very responsive & helpful to the couple of questions we had.

Great property, great facilities!

Four generations of our family spent our vacation at the cabin and enjoyed every minute! We loved the porch and rocking chairs. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There is plenty of seating in the dining area. Love that it’s close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge.

This is a very nice place for a large group to stay under one roof. Lots of attractions in the surrounding towns. TV's in all bedrooms.

The owners were great to work with. They thought of everything you could possibly need for your mountain getaway. The beds slept nice and it was great that each room had its own bathroom. Lots of nice personal touches.

The house was beautiful and my Family enjoyed our visit the only concern was the pool that's was not drained and cleaned it had a big cement block brick in the bottom of the pool, the kids were very disappointed because they were looking forward to swimming other than The pool a good time was had by all!!!!!!!
