The only thing that we liked was the view

This apartment is in desperate need of renovation. Nothing works as it should, including : aircons, jacuzzi, braai (bbq), water dispenser on fridge. The pool table need refurbishment, the padding has no bounce. The lounge furniture needs a good clean, the couches are stained and dirty. The patio or balcony has lovely views but the furniture is broken. Cutlery and crockery is all mismatched. Shower caddies are rusted or dirty. This is a four bedroom 3 bathroom apartment and only one rechargeable light is supplied for loadshedding periods. The TV's in the bedrooms don't work. The dishwasher has a missing wheel on the pull out drawer making loading and unloading very difficult. Overall the apartment needed cleaning, we took off our shoes and walked barefoot on the first day and our feet were black underneath from the tiles. The apartment block behind Santorini is very noisy on weekends, the three back bedrooms facing it were almost impossible to sleep in.

The location - awesome ocean view The space - even with 8 people it would never feel cramped. The comforts such as full DSTV and a dishwasher The facilities - pool, very close to the beach, entertainment room with table tennis and pool table.

The patio braai area and furniture could do with an update, as they look a bit weathered.

we loved everything, the location sea view from the main bedroom was exceptional. The facilities 👌🏾 everything was beyond our expectations.

we didn’t like the rule about noise, we were a group of young people having fun we felt a bit constrained.

The house was beautiful and clean, the furniture top.

Working aircons

They really have a beautiful place but the service conditions are reduculous. End up not enjoying.

No one inspected the place when we came but when we left we were told of a number of things that are "broken or lost" so we had to pay, even though we were sure nothing was taken from the place or broken. Very disappointing! TVs were not working in some of the rooms as well

The checklist of items in the apartment to go over was very long and took up a lot of time I advise they have someone come in to do the checklist with whoever has booked on arrival

space and cleanliness

terrible location, immediate surroundings are noisy and undesirable environment for the price. Aircon not working, electrical faults, terrible washing machine. bad smelling lifts.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. The view of the sea is breathtaking. There is a sea view from all rooms facing the sea including the kitchen. The apartment has almost everything you need when traveling with your family and kids. The apartment is situated in the center of Margate, which makes it easier to travel around Margate.

There is an uncomfortable bed in one of the rooms. The bed did not seem comfortable to my kids. On the last day of our stay, DSTV was not working. The apartment does not have access to Wifi

The unit was beautiful and clean. The leisure letting team was so accommodating. Unit presented far better than pics

There was no wi-fi connection

The unit was spacious and comfortable, with the pool table as a welcome sight.

The washing machine had some issues, did close so we couldn't use it. As a bnb we have always had someone to come in to maintain toilets and kitchen daily. We had to clean up daily, not something everybody was keen to do. Just being honest!

Host were totally un accomodating,the facility had no water even for sanitation purposes when asked the host for assistance, she was extremely rude and arrogant had sent a person in who did not maintain covid protocols and imposed as a plumber, when contacted the host again she had switched her cellphone off and did not care, ran us in to inconvenience and off our budget of purchasing water boiling water on the stove to bath, yet all the other apartments had water. very unpleasant vacation.

The space was big enough for all 8 of without us getting in each other's faces the kids loved the pool table and extra bathroom was a life saver

Aircon in main living area didn't work and jacuzzi wasn't working

Central Location and great views. lovely apartment.

1. The extensive inventory checklist of 7 pages is a major turnoff when I am on holiday this is the last thing I want to check. **seems to be a South African thing!!** 2. My guests found the 3 bedrooms unbearable to sleep in as there was very little air flow and the fans provided did not help much. These rooms need air conditioning. This is the only reason I will not book this unit again. **If the rooms have air conditioning I will not hesitate to book this unit.

Charged for 9 items that were damaged 7 of which were damaged when we arrived there and not used !!! No reply to correspondence !!

no there was no breakfast on the premises but there is a wimpy very close its even a walking distance.

we were dissapointed when we were told we were making noise and it was still in the afternoon around 16:30. We were just talking no music was even playing. We couldn't really understand. I wish the pool was a heated one because the water was iced cold we couldn't even try swimming.
