Was a wonderful stay in Napa close to downtown, clean, cozy, and all the necessary functions including kitchen, laundry, etc.

The rental was ideally located. We walked into the Napa restaurant / store area several times. The host was extremely helpful, with info about the local area and things to do. There is a beautiful, outdoor area, just behind the rental... with chairs and lights!

Great property, quiet & relaxing! We enjoyed our stay and would defiantly return. Great location as well! So close to town!

We had a great visit to the Napa area and staying at this cottage was perfect! It was clean, safe, and a quick bike ride or walk to downtown! The property is just as it is described in the details and does have AC for those hotter days! The kitchen was totally stocked - we could have cooked all kinds of meals! The outdoor spaces were pretty and peaceful - a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine! The host was very helpful and a great communicator. We can't wait to return.

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Located within a short walk to Main Street and restaurants. Our host communicated well and was VERY helpful with suggestions and travel advise. She offered to make us a reservation at a Napa winery that is off the beaten path. We would not have had this great experience without her help. The tour and tasting was exceptional and a highlight of our stay in Napa.

The house itself was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are very outdated. There were a lot of items left from previous renters in the fridge/freezer that were open and expired. The kitchen itself needs a good clean out because a lot of things are expired. The house was difficult to find but the host responded quickly with directions. A bit far from downtown to walk in my opinion. The beds were comfortable. The central AC was great. I took off a star due to the issues with the kitchen and because we had a lot of "chores" to do on check out day.

Good communication from property manager. Appreciate the restaurant recommendations. Comfortable stay for 5 adults. The 2 outdoor seating areas were a plus. Would stay again.

The Napa cottage was exactly as described - excellent location, super comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and with a kitchen that was absolutely fully stocked. The property manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, & accommodating. We received terrific restaurant & winery recommendations and felt quite welcomed. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to family & friends as a perfect place to stay!

Owe loved the outdoor space the best! Beautiful flowers, nice table and chairs and a fire pit. Nicely shaded to get out of the heat. The home was very well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and gave us great suggestions. I would stay here again.

Great location, great property, easy access to all Napa has to offer. Excellent home base for touring the valley and enjoying the winery’s. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and very attentive to us when we needed them to be. Highly recommend this property and any property run by this VRBO owner! Wonderful experience!

Our host was very helpful before and during our visit, providing us with ideas for activities in the area. She met us at the house and showed us around. The cottage was perfect walking distance from downtown Napa, so no dealing with downtown parking issues. We especially loved the outdoor seating area--perfect for coffee in the morning. The house was clean and well-equipped. We hope to come back in the future!

We had an absolute blast in Napa and so much of that is because of our wonderful host! The recommendations were phenomenal, the house has so many great amenities, and the location is perfect!

Me and some friends stayed at the condo for a long weekend. On arrival we were greeted with champagne. The outside area is very serene with a lovely waterfall. Although the condo is a little out-dated, the location was great and everything was comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the beds, comforters and pillows were AMAZING. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed to have a wonderful time. Beds were really comfy. Host had lovely food/winery recommendations. The flowers outside were beautiful. Parking is a little tight but not a big deal. Wonderful location. 100% recommend.

The property was well maintained and the host was very friendly. The backyard was very cute and was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The location was great being walking distance to downtown Napa where a lot of the tours started from so we didn’t have to worry about Ubers or driving. The property was a little challenging to find the first night so be sure to pay close attention to the specific instructions sent by the host. Overall a great spot and would highly recommend for others to stay at!

The home was perfect for our girls weekend! Our host, CC, was very helpful and she even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne! We had everything we needed for our weekend. The outdoor area was beautiful! There were redwood trees and lots of plants that gave the area such a relaxing vibe. The area was prefect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, drinks and conversation. We would love to come back the next time we visit Napa.

This cottage was really cute, and it had a quaint outdoor seating area as well. The host was wonderful! She was very helpful in providing suggestions for wineries and restaurants in the area, and even where to find the nearest grocery store. And she welcomed us with a champagne toast when we arrived. The cottage is tucked away down a secluded short driveway, which normally would have been hard to find, but our host made sure to send us a video snippet of what the driveway looks like from the street, so that was a tremendous help. The cottage needs a little updating, but overall it was a nice place to stay and very convenient and within walking distance to downtown Napa.

This was the perfect walkable downtown-adjacent location for a weekend in Napa with friends. The beds were comfortable, as was the house. I would happily stay here again.

The house had everything we needed for our girls trip, and was in a great location to walk into town for tastings/dinners, etc. The host was very helpful, thoughtful with our stay, and friendly to work with. The property does need some TLC in terms of repairs and updating.

My family stayed here with our friends and my infant daughter. The house itself is very quaint and homey feeling - that classic downtown vibe in a home that isn't one of the cookie-cutter places you see all over. The outside area had great seating, lighting, and was perfect for morning, afternoon, and evening chats with the party. It's also walking distance to town with the furthest spot being about a mile away so we were able to walk to dinner and just out and about. The neighbor is also great to walk around so that was a bonus. The host was also really great and so responsive anytime we needed them. We were fortunate enough to be able to meet the host numerous times and talk about wine, their friends in the brewing business, and their background of what led them to be an home host. It was nice to have someone so friendly that you could connect with who can help your trip feel like you connected with the area. I very much enjoyed staying here and was pleased with our choice.

This was a wonderful addition to our family vacation. My husband and I always wanted to visit Napa. The host was amazing! She shared her expertise on the area with us. The cottage was cute and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The location was perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Property manager went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience! She communicated with me as soon as we booked, asking about our plans and preferences. She met with us the day we checked in, and suggested several wineries, restaurants, and events in the area. The location of the house was perfect, and I loved the outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even seasonings in the pantry. I felt like this place was set up very thoughtfully for its guests. I very highly recommend!!
