We arrived and never got in our car again. It was fun just getting around in the golf cart. I wouldn't live there because it is super hot, but I would visit The Villages again and stay at this house. It was a pleasant experience, and communication with the owner was quick.
I do wish there was a little more parking space. It was enough for two cars but it was a bit tight.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great. We played a lot of golf. We had family spend a few days with us. The unit had everything we needed to fix our meals and enjoy ourselves. The property owner called to see if we were checked in and happy. He was glad to answer any questions we had.

Check in process very easy, and a helpful notebook of information about the house and The Villages. House is really comfortable and well stocked, and great for lounging around. The location between Brownwood and Sumter is just what we were looking for, and close to family and friends. The house included a nice golf cart too (such a bonus). Don and Lynn were very kind and nice to work with. Great communication. Would highly recommend this rental.

Everything was great! Anything you need or want is nearby or right there in the house. Only thing we would like is more night lights in the house. We get up frequently during the night and need to see!! Master bed could use stairs to get into. I'm short and had an issue getting into the bed! Don & Lynn were great hosts!

We rented this house to meet up with friends who have a home in The Villages. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. The screened in area was perfect for morning coffee. Having the golf cart was was an added bonus. We would definitely consider renting this property again sometime in the future. The owner was very accommodating when we extended our stay.

Loved this place. Was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and greatly taken care of. Excellent communication from owner at every stage. Felt very welcome and comfortable. There was a notebook with great emergency information and local information too.All appliances we used were in great condition and clean. It was very hot while we were there and it was cool inside. We are big golfers and the cart was so nice. A place to let one feel like a Villager. Will definitely return and recommend.

We were only in for a quick 3 night stay but enjoyed our time. Don and Lynn’s home is perfect, has all comforts of home and in perfect central location! Don was very quick to respond to any questions and effortless check-in and out process. I would definitely choose this property again.

Great communication with owner. He went out of his way to answer questions and help me out. Home super stocked with anything you could need. Friends staying in 2nd bedroom would have liked having a ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom. Lights on end tables, but rather dim.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check- in and check-out was easy. Prompt and pleasant communication with Don. The house was as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the golf cart. A pool was nearby for a nice mid-afternoon swim.

Kurt and Brenda's first vist to the Villages.
Don and Lynn's house was extremely comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Don was very nice and always available when we had a question. They have a book with all the information of the Villages, maps, restaurants, etc. We felt right at home with very comfortable furniture and beds! We enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai in the evening , so peaceful. We had a short trip and hope to return soon for a longer .
